What a disappointment. We have gone here for years and after this last experience, unfortunately we will not be back. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but it is not way to treat or speak to people let alone your customers. The hours they have posted are a suggestion because they open and close whenever they want. We were trying to drop off some clothes before they closed and unfortunately arriving 30 mins before they close wasn't soon enough. When asking the owner for an idea on total pricing he could not be bothered telling us to go else where and he doesn't know any pricing. read more

He cut off business with me after his tailor did 1/3 pants exactly like how I wanted it done. Yet the 2/3 were incorrect even though I wanted all of them to be the exact same tailoring. He wanted to double charge me to correct the mistake, but said never mind don't come back here because I respectfully questioned why 1 was so perfectly done. He also asked me to come back when the job was supposed to be done and never called me explaining that it wasn't. I was cool about multiple mistakes, but not anymore since in the end I was told not to return again. Not 0 stars because they finally got the tailoring right, but the journey to get there was horrendous. read more

I drove 35 mins to this business because they open early but they 100 % advertised they do alterations so I get to the business and they have nobody to do them .. I get that people retire but if that's one part of services you should hire someone else or at least post on your business that it's NOT accepting alterations at this time. My second time to come here. First time is, before COVID-19 shutdown in school. The first dry cleaned clothes were not even enjoyed by my daughter because the school closed before the competition. The second dry cleaned uniform had two fold lines on the pants. If I did not double check the clothes that I dropped off, my husbands blazer/suit top could have been misplaced by a long sleeve shirt with an unusual color that my husband will never wear. Why five stars ? The owners are really nice - true to their promise and even offered me a free home delivery because I came too early for pick-up ( exact time the receipt says I can pick-up but it says after ) and apologetic at the mistake that happened. They did not charge any extra charges after their quote prices. Will definitely come here still, mistakes can happen but hopefully not too often. read more

Affordable always does a good job on hemming my work pants and Jeans.I brought In Jeans I brought from Walmart and asked him if he could hem them 6 inches he said yes. Any time I by new Jeans are pants I will bring them to him. read more

I came here to drop off a suit and two shirts for dry cleaning, I don't know how much I'm paying for that but the dress I brought for some alterations is gonna cost me $28 dollars!!! He's only doing a hem and said he has a tailor and that it might be less, my dress only cost me 24.99. Normally at other places I pay between 8 and 12 dollars for a simple hem....Once I pick up my garments I will not be returning to this establishment. The owner is always on his game. His tailoring work is amazing and he always gets his work done on time or early. His tailoring has been some of the best I've seen from the tailors in the riverside area. I can honestly say I've never had any issues with his work. Their cleaning and pressing is flawless as well, he has gotten out stains that I would have thought would ruin most garments but he had my shirt for 24 hours and got it looking brand new. The staff is very friendly, the owner even makes an effort to get to know his customers. After the second or third time I went there he already knew me on a first name basis. I have used Victoria Cleaner for years and recently took a pair of Talbots pants in and they were dry cleaned. I took them home and luckily tried them on and they were stretched out several inches in the waist. Today I went to let the cleaners know and they were very unsatisfactory in customer service. The owner made me try on them on which I did and showed him how stretched out in the waist they were and he said " you must have brought them in like that". I then explained that I had recently worn the pants and they now fell off my waist and the crotch down almost to my knees were not what I brought in. He just stared at me and went on to other busines. I am truly disappointed and very upset. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I used to live in San Diego and had a local family-run cleaner that I used all the time. They were quick, courteous and inexpensive. Then we moved to Denver, and over the 2 years I lived there, I had yet to find a cleaner I was happy with. They were all usually very expensive and not as quick, but I dealt with it. I never realized how much I had taken the cleaners I had in San Diego for granted. When we moved back to California and set up shop in Riverside, I wasn't looking forward to finding a cleaner again for my laundry. I searched Yelp and, lo-and-behold, the best rated cleaner in town also happened to be the closest one for me. Great, let's give them a shot! I took in a suit and couple dress shirts to be cleaned. Easy, right? I walked in and the owner -- Rigo -- immediately came out and asked me my name, I introduced myself. He then shook my hand and introduced himself, handed me his card and thanked me for coming in; all before asking what services I needed. I dropped off my clothes and was given a printed claim ticket with the prices right there: $2.50 per shirt (lightly starched) and $10.95 for the suit. This was a little pricier than my San Diego cleaner -- not by much -- but way below what I was paying in Denver. Oh, and because I was a new customer, he gave me a 20% discount, so I didn't have to pay the original $15.95; that was a nice touch. I picked up my clothes 2 days later and they were clean and pressed and looked way better than I expected them to. When I dropped the suit off, it was covered in cat hair, carpet fibers and dust; a casualty of our three-state move. The suit was nice and black and without any semblance of lint, hair or dirt to be seen. The shirts were clean and crisply pressed; much better than I could ever do at home. I have found my new favorite cleaner, not just in Riverside, but my favorite ever. read more

We dropped off bridal attire to get steam-cleaned and dry-cleaned since it was closest to sisters home. Very decent prices and friendly service. The gentlemen (I don't remember his name, sorry) insisted on bagging my dress uber-tight and neat even though he had no designated wedding dress bags (and perfusely apologized); he even asked several times if I needed help carrying the dress out and how I was going to do it since my "fiannce" was waiting in the car (very sweet and cute). I can't say I live in the area and would ever need to come back, but I would def recommend this place! ps - It is just like a typical dry-cleaners, so don't expect them to be open long hours (like say before 9 and after 6) read more

Quick and easy place to stop by for my suit pants to be hemmed. It costs $12 for them to be hemmed and $16-18 for the width of the suit pant's legs to be made more slim (I forgot the term it's called). Rigo was very friendly and cared to make sure each pant turned out to be the perfect length and they had a great turn around time. Would definitely return for my future alteration needs! read more

I don't live in this area but I have to work in Riverside sometimes so I decided to give this place a try since I drive passed it each day, and I was very happy that I did. I dropped my clothes off (19 pieces ) on Tuesday morning and was able to pick them up on Thursday. All my dresses and husbands suits were laundered perfectly. The gentleman that helped me on Thursday even took my clothes to my car and hung them up in my back seat......what service! I will for sure come back to this place again. read more

Came here awhile back in september, had to get some pants tailored for my bosses wedding. Decided to search a few places up on here and notice this place specializes in suits, so i decided to give it a go. Right when i walked in, i was greeted by who i assumed was the owner. Very friendly guy, looked a lil tired, but that was probably because i showed up 10 mins before closing time. I had brought a pair of pants to compared to. Made the process alot easier and he had me wear the pants to get a more accurate measurement. He notice that the pants was also very big and roomy around my butt area. I told him i bought it from the store like that and they told me all the suits are sold to be tailored. He marked it up and pinned where he would be cutting off. Told me itll be $40 and itll be done in 3 days. Fast forward a week later since i was too lazy to go pick it up couple days after. I went and got the pants, paid the man his money. Ask a few questions about 1 day cleaning, which he does do, and left on my way home. Got home, tried the pants on with dress shoes, and thought it was perfect. Wedding day comes, i have my whole suit on. All i can say is, it did not disappoint me at all. This had to be one of the easiet and most politest cleaners/tailor spot ive been to. Found this place on yelp. I needed to get a pair of slacks tailored, an this place was close with good reviews. When I called they assured me the slacks would be ready by when I needed them. Brought the slacks in, the gentleman who was working asked if I was sure about the alteration since I only needed about an inch and a half to be brought in on the waist, but when I told him I was sure he got all the info. Slacks were ready when they were promised and fit perfectly. Will be sure to go back for future needs. read more
