You can load credit on the laundry card via a debit card, credit card, or cash. However, the minimum you can add is $10 which is frustrating. We added $40 to our card. Turned out we needed $41 to finish our laundry. We couldn't just add $1. We had to add $10. So I docked it one star for that inconvenience. Also sharing the prices below as of July 2025. I urge fellow Black customers to keep an eye on their items and hope the management addresses this inconsistency so everyone receives equal care. I set my timer for 25 minutes but returned a little late and found that a man had accidentally run into my car on his electric bike--his bike had died, and he looked disoriented, so I helped him get safely to the sidewalk and walk home. When I came back, my clothes were piled on top of a basket, and despite explaining the situation, the staff ignored my concerns. One staff member even went to the back of her cubby, began eating, and when I asked for her name and a manager's contact, she refused to provide any information. As I was leaving, a gentleman asked what had happened, and I explained that my clothes had been taken out. He mentioned that his own clothes were missing too and that the staff wasn't helping him; he even called the number on the door, only to be told nothing could be done. He was also Black in his work uniform. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I've never experienced such treatment--I will never return and won't recommend this laundromat to anyone in my community.

I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially considering this was an important dress for a special occasion. While steaming itself was only $20, the cost is insignificant compared to the damage done to my dress. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, or at the very least being informed if something happened while it was in their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaner. I hope they take greater care with customers' garments in the future so others don't have a similar experience.

There are different prices for different washers that you use single load, top load, and multiple loads. You load a washing card with money and use the card to start the machines. Cards are reusable and convenient cause you don't need to carry around a lot of change. I'll be back.
