TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Would give 0 stars. This place USE to be great but not after new ownership. Would never recommend anyone come back. I took my wedding dress to be cleaned and I was in for a surprise when it came back a totally different color. My dress was ivory and so was the detailing, it was all one color (you can see in the picture where it's hanging) My dress is now like a dark cream looking color and the detailing is bright white?? (Lightings obviously play a roll but I know my dress was one color to begin with, I have multiple photos in multiple lightings) When I asked if there was bleach used they all suspiciously said no lol.. when I tried telling them that the colors were off the man went back and forth with me even when I have picture proof. I showed him the dress on the rack and he said no that's a different color dress .. that's literally the dress I bought!!!!! It changed color after I had it cleaned here. Never got an explanation, apology, or even a refund was just gaslite the whole time. Then when I leave clearly upset the lady wants to go and say thank you in a snobby voice lol. Just so unprofessional, they do not know how to handle customer complaints. Unfortunately the dress of my dreams is just ruinied now and no accountability was taken for that. read more

Ive brought several items to get tailored here, and the owner never disappoints! She shortened the sleeves and pants on a custom suit and did a fantastic job, and charged way less than what I expected. She also took in the waist on an Armani button up which I was quite nervous about having someone work on, and once again it fit like a glove. The price was very reasonable on this one as well. Her turn around time is quick and she has a very sweet personality. She is my go-to tailor in Moreno Valley without a doubt. Definitely recommend! read more

I highly recommend this place. The lady (whom I think is the owner) is super nice!! It's always nice to support small business owners, specially when they offer great quality service. I had my pants tailored/dry cleaned and they did a great job! The owner asked me how did I find her dry cleaning and I told her I went on yelp since I was new to the area. She asked me if I could show her the reviews others have posted. After showing her, she was really sad that someone had posted a bad review. I told her that if she does a good job dry cleaning and tailoring my clothes I would take a minute of my time to share a good review. This "professional" dry cleaners was trusted in cleaning my sister-in-law's wedding dress, an invaluable treasured memorabilia, and was returned in unacceptable conditions. The owner first apologized and admittedly took fault but when asked for reimbursement, she denied responsibility and claimed the white dress was ivory to begin which is now yellow. Not even ivory. Upon unpacking, to my dismay my blazer was crumpled & not suitable for my cousin's graduation the next day! I chose Sun Cleaners to have my blazer dry cleaned b/c it was in the area I was staying at, & I'm glad I chose this place for my last-minute needs! The lady at the counter (I think she's the owner) was super nice & assured me that my blazer would be dry cleaned in time for my cousin's graduation. Sure enough, it was! This is by far the worse cleaner in the world, People there are so rude , don't even understand English, I called to ask about a price , when I got there she changed it on me , when I asked why , she said that she doesn't want to take my item anymore, the worse customer service i have ever gotten, I would never recommend this place to anyone , I 'll rather pay twice the amount , than go to this place. read more
