I took my shirts in for dry cleaning with medium starch, the very first time I took them here…read more Everything was great then after weeks, the same shirts look like around the sleeves and on the shoulder look like a like they weren't ironed, the lady told me to bring him back they would redo them , I brought them back when I went to pick them up they didn't look like they've been touched, they said they were doing tomorrow. I came by to pick them up like they said the next day and they look like they've not been done and now the word is that they can't do them. I know when I take the same shirts at home spray starch on those areas and put an iron on it. The goes away and it looks like pressed shirt so they can't do them.

The hours they have posted are a suggestion because they open and close whenever they want. We were trying to drop off some clothes before they closed and unfortunately arriving 30 mins before they close wasn't soon enough. When asking the owner for an idea on total pricing he could not be bothered telling us to go else where and he doesn't know any pricing.

Then, she calls her husband (apparently also works there) and he proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any damages. At that time, the female employee found a small sign that was turned away from customers, that states the same. The husband continued to tell me that it was insulting to him that I pointed out my uniform was damaged. When I drop off an item that is not damaged, I do not expect to pick it up damaged. I understand things happen, but I would expect the company to fix my uniform.
