The gentleman in the morning is always helpful and on top of caring for the place. Machine size ranges, I use the really large machines to wash my comforters and blankets. It is in a rough area, the wonderers outside seem to be a bit crazy. The great service and cleanliness made it a great experience and I continue to go back.

(They do turn on all the ceiling fans but only after an attendant arrives so if you want to do your laundry right when they open - it will be warm inside the laundromat). I urge fellow Black customers to keep an eye on their items and hope the management addresses this inconsistency so everyone receives equal care. I set my timer for 25 minutes but returned a little late and found that a man had accidentally run into my car on his electric bike--his bike had died, and he looked disoriented, so I helped him get safely to the sidewalk and walk home. When I came back, my clothes were piled on top of a basket, and despite explaining the situation, the staff ignored my concerns. One staff member even went to the back of her cubby, began eating, and when I asked for her name and a manager's contact, she refused to provide any information. As I was leaving, a gentleman asked what had happened, and I explained that my clothes had been taken out. He mentioned that his own clothes were missing too and that the staff wasn't helping him; he even called the number on the door, only to be told nothing could be done. He was also Black in his work uniform. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I've never experienced such treatment--I will never return and won't recommend this laundromat to anyone in my community.

There are different prices for different washers that you use single load, top load, and multiple loads. You load a washing card with money and use the card to start the machines. Cards are reusable and convenient cause you don't need to carry around a lot of change. I'll be back.

This is a neighbor hood business that I will always use. It's great when you go somewhere and they know your name and your phone number to look you up. The Taylor does a good job on alterations and can fix a zipper like nobody else. Prices are reasonable and fair. This is definitely a place you want to try.
