Currently doing laundry here for the first time while I wait for my new appliances to be delivered. Customer service sucks. Waved a man over to come help, he saw me and just kept walking. A nice lady who was washing came over and asked if she could help. Everything is dirty. I didn't even want to add my detergent cuz everything looked gross. They charge $1 for new cards. Hate this card system. Wish it could be coins like before. Feel like I spent so much more. Drying machines are terrible. Have started them about 6 times now because they don't dry. First time customer here. The yelps reviews said best laundromat in town, made this place seem new and clean. So I drove 10 minutes from home to wash a comforter . Ha! Total opposite. Looks like I need to go to another city to do laundry,if this is the best! Machines are dirty and old. Not impressed at all. I had a great experience. Machines always work great, there's always someone there cleaning. Bathroom always works. Fair priced, you load money onto a card the change machine gives you. The gentleman in the morning is always helpful and on top of caring for the place. Machine size ranges, I use the really large machines to wash my comforters and blankets. It is in a rough area, the wonderers outside seem to be a bit crazy. The great service and cleanliness made it a great experience and I continue to go back. read more

I've just moved to Riverside and was nervous about going to a laundry mat since I would be washing at night and all that. So I tried to find a place that was bright and had lots of people around. This place is SOO AMAZING! It's bright big and the staff is the best! Andrew is great! Super helpful! Tips if you go here: if you throw a small basket full of clothes into the dryer it takes two cycles. Anything more to do all at once WILL take more than 3 Cycles. But it's cheap anyway! I always split my wet clothes up so it's not a big deal. If you like to throw it all in there..don't be that person who complains about the clothes being wet still when you won't separate your clothes. It's not a magic laundromat! I usually hate going to the laundromat BUT this place has made me feel better about going. It is always CLEAN and everyone wears a mask. Also, the attendants are always helpful and nice. I get in and out with all my clothes washed within an hour! Last week, I actually forgot a load in the dryer. The ladies there bagged it and put it away with a tag saying what day it was left behind. Tried three laundromats til I found this one. The whole place is clean! Not all dingy and unwelcoming. I constantly see people going around cleaning the machines, sweeping floors and stocking the vending machines. Very impressed with how many machines they have . All of them were working! I'm so happy with the customer service I received from an attendant named Laura. She was so helpful and informative. Even helped me clean up a spill because I over poured fabric softener. Came recently and place is clean for the most part--there was some stuff in the dryers but it did not affected my clothes. Make sure before u use a dryer/washer that there isn't stuff in there (e.g., battery on washer). Attendant was very helpful and dryers work very good. Took 30 minutes just to dry almost all my loads together (about 3). $.32 for each 10 minutes on dryer. It was around $1.50 for the 1 load washer and above $2 for the 2 load. read more

Update: I still come here to do my laundry. It is still just as clean and friendly. Since we do a lot of laundry at once it is important that the clothes get ACTUALLY CLEAN and not just less filthy. This place doesn't disappoint. The staff on hand is quick to clean up any wayward spills and messes. Today was a bit busier than I have seen it before but the staff member on hand was still as friendly as possible. read more

Bruh 1/4 of the machines are out of service. The coin machine is out of service, this establishment is long over due for a major renovation. First time and last time coming to that establishment. For its location with having a high customer presence it needs to top notch. Cutting corners is not the way to go. I would of taken pictures but I didn't not want to disturb the customers. read more

The entire place is dirty and almost all of the single load machines were broken. The larger machines don't do a good job washing.

We come here often and never have had any issues. Almost all of the machines are usually in working order and the staff does a good job in cleaning them. I wished they had a restroom for customers but I can understand why it's for employees only. Recently we left clothes either in the washer or dryer but a fairly large load . We went back almost a week later and I was not hopeful they had our items, HOWEVER, they bagged and held them and we were able to get our stuff back :)!!!! read more

A fourth of the washers are out of order and the ones that do work only get the clothes half clean and their driers are a COMPLETE RIP OFF. Majority of my clothes are still wet and I am LIVID I spent almost 50 bucks in here for half clean, DAMP laundry. Never again. Maintenance man was very nice and helpful though. read more

This is my first time in a while coming to a Laundry Matt I can say I was a bit hesitant as I just moved to the city of Riverside, but I have no complaints.. I found where I would like to come and wash my clothes for the time being as long as i stay in Riverside. The employee Laura was very helpful and understanding. The establishment is definitely clean that I can say, so I've been coming here for 2 years now and ive just about had it, today i came to wash a load and I went to sit in my car to wait, I go back and my clothes are out of the washer I asked the staff member (who denied it at first)and then says okay I moved your clothes into the dryer !! Overrated, overpriced. $1 for a card. Iowa laundry washers are newer and cleaner as well. If you need laundry and the big chain hotels downtown don't have one, Iowa is the place to go, and this one is a pass. After using several laundromats in the Riverside area, we found this one and it has been our go-to ever since. Even though it's almost a 20 minute drive from our house, it is worth the drive. It is very clean and has a TON of machines! There is always a staff on duty to help you with your card or machine if needed and they are constantly sweeping and cleaning to keep the place looking well-kept. We go there if a washer or dryer breaks and it is a great place to get sleeping bags, comforters, and tons of blankets washed well and quickly. I love this laundromat! The washer and dryers are always clean and well maintained. The staff is always helpful! Weekends are crazy busy but yet the place is clean! Its alittle confusing if your a first time user with using a card to operate the machines but again the staff was so helpful. Great laundromat, lots of machines in various load sizes so you can wash and dry everything from socks to bedding. Plenty of seating while you wait and really clean. The attendant Laura is very nice and helpful. While I was there I noticed Laura taking the time to help multiple customers who needed assistance with loading $ on the card or explaining how to start the machines. This Laundromat is for the most part clean and very busy, especially on the weekends. They do not accept coins or cash, so you have to buy a reusable card. Those card machines do accept cash but not credit cards. I went to the Walgreens ATM next door to get cash. They have four 8 load washing machines, and several machines for 1-5 loads. The dryers are not the best. Check in with Yelp and get a free laundry bag. They always have someone there to help you if you need it. read more

This place is horrible. The employees touch your personal belongings (laundry) without permission. That is very unprofessional and unsanitary. I was looking for my last load of clothes to put it in the dryer and it was gone from the washer and I asked someone that had their clothes in there already if they knew who got my clothes out and they told me the person that works there took it and put it in a dryer. The place was not even packed for him to do that and even if it was no one gave him permission to do that. I'm never coming back to this place again. read more

Desperately needed to wash my clothes during the COVID-19 outbreak. However, a mask was needed to enter I didn't own one. The owner was super nice and understanding and was there to help me out, he gave me a mask without hesitation. Overall, the whole place was clean and was being maintained/wiped constantly. Now I can't give it a 5 stars. I have been coming here since 2016. Yes they have issues with the machines breaking down. That is because people overload them. And yes they can't dry all your clothes if you overload them and use too heavy clothes with light clothes. Its not their fault people don't understand separate their loads. Also people don't put the carts in safe place after using them. The staff try their best to help everyone. And yes right now you need to wear a mask all places require that not just here so quit complaining about it. And yes they have a change machine so you can get drinks and snacks. Its not hard to use driers either if you want more then 10 minutes just put card back in after last insert and press start more time yea. They have great staff and wonderful to help anyone. So in this time we are in be nice to them and remember keep track of machine time because others want to use them after you. Don't leave your stuff for all day and come back later. This place is pretty clean. There are definitely a handful of machines that don't work but one of the new female attendants needs to be retrained. Her customer service is easily misinterpreted as trying to avoid helping customers and blaming them for non-functioning machines. The machines are simple plug and play. When they don't work it is not the customers fault. I'm currently watching her argue with an elderly man about how he messed up the machine. It's a small load of close and the same machine has failed me before. Rather than refund the customer and have them on their way after the inconvenience, she made him and myself pay for another load. Her communication skills are definitely going to cause a lose in customers. I've been coming here for about 5 years and never had to deal with this kind of poor service. read more
