Came in for dry cleaning and first words were you need that soon? Ok hi to you too, it threw me off. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, this was my second time here and will be my last. The first time I had pants trimmed and they turned them into high waters and the trim was a straight stitch not invisible on my new slacks. I pointed the errors but mistake was done not much could be done to be fixed so I paid and left. That time she was indifferent . I should have just stayed away but though maybe dry cleaning is different. So yeah any recommendations would be nice I'm new to the area. lol read more

Sams has recently, to my knowledge, changed ownership. The original owners retired. So naturally I continued to use them after finding this out. Big mistake. I took 2 cotton dresses to get the straps shortened. She originally quoted me $8 each dress. When I came to pick them up she tried to charge me $24. I had to correct her and she honored the quoted price. Once I got in the car I checked the straps. I could have done the work myself. I'm disappointed to say the least but def won't return. read more

The reasonable prices are what keep me going back to this dry cleaner, however, in the last several months I have caught the male employee and who I assume to be co-owner attempt to over-charge me on several occasions. It's a good thing I check all the receipts, otherwise he would get away with continuously charging me anywhere between $2 - 7 per item more than what his wife would charge. The people are nice there, but it does not make up for them ruining my green silk shirt. It had more stains on it then when I brought it into the store! And Magda is so helpful and she is very personable; every time i walk in and there is someone in front of me she always greets them by name and asks how they have been since she last saw them. She does even the toughest alteration and tailoring jobs, not to mention also at a reasonable price! She adjusted my ill-fitting dress to make it look as though it had been made specifically for me! She even tailored my son's prom suit jacket and pants. She even makes time for special requests. If you need something ASAP to be done by tomorrow or the end of the day she'll work her magic and get it done! I have been using Sam's Cleaners for over 10 years and found them to be extremely friendly and excellent drycleaners. I drop off and pick up my suits once a week and my suits are always ready, cleaned and pressed.
