This is a family ran business, and I met the owner Tahoe_ and her son who did the alterations. Unfortunately, I forgot his name though but I'm definitely giving him and his mom a big shoutout .The quality of their work is great and it's a good quick service for time sensitive alterations.. The price for the services I needed were slightly above average, but it was doable for the time I needed it done within the same week... Great experience! They were able to adjust my wedding dress for under $300. The turnaround was in a week. My only complaint was the adjustment they said they were going to make was a little different but after I did the second try on and we asked them to adjust it a teeny bit more I was able to fix it completely. In fact, she fixed it within 30 minutes so I was able to go to a store nearby, run some errands and come back with my dress completely done. read more

I had ordered a dress online but ordered it a size too big. This dress was going to be worn for my graduation ceremony. I came in on a Wednesday with the dress. Christine had me try it on and asked me what I would like done with it. I told her I wanted it a bit tighter and not so long. My ceremony was going to be the following Tuesday. I was a bit worried I had waited too long and that no other tailor would be able to do it in time. Christine said they have it done for me by Monday. She took down my information and I paid $50, which was a reasonable price. I got a call on Friday, saying it was ready! I was surprised. I came in and tried it on. It was perfect! I loved it! Started taking a few items here for hemming and zippers. Really like the work they've done so far. Friendly service and fast turnaround. Pricing is very reasonable. Right in the Ralph's shopping center on the south end. Parking can get a little congested in front of the shop but there's a side parking lot usually pretty open. read more

It's been a while and I don't know if the same guy is even working there but I remember when the tailor was measuring me to shorten a blouse and he had to nerve to tell me my breasts weren't big enough, wow I should've walked out and reported it right away. Sooooooo, you're saying I need to go pay thousands of dollars and put my health and life at risk (I have friends who have suffered TERRIBLY from implants) so I can look like a oversexed cookie cutter play girl for who- you?!? Went in for a trouser tailoring and a 1.5 inch dress length shortening on Tuesday and she said it would be done on Saturday. When I went in at 11:30am on Saturday and she said to give her 30 minutes. After seeing the end product of my clothing, (not to mention seeing my pants hanging to my right side in the store with the white chalk marks still on them) I can infer that she altered both garments within that 30 minutes. Not very satisfied with my pants and the length of the dress barely looks like she took an inch off. I don't know if she didn't take my business seriously because my fiancé and I look young for our age, but we don't believe we received the best service we were looking for. We saw decent reviews on Yelp but not too sure anymore. Even for $82, I would stay away just to play safe. read more

I went to the store to get service this morning. I walked in with my fiancé pants to get it cut the length but the service person was busy with another customer (I understand) then 2 more gentleman came in butttt she give them service right away?! Second thought just because I'm on the phone? But still every store I went to they will asked me if I need any help but not this store. Just because I'm Asian? Or I'm look like another race? I just went to her today for my Wedding Dress after leaving David's bridal alterations appointment (who was charging me $480 ((MORE THAN HALF MY DRESS)))!! I spent 1.5 hours at David's Bridal and 30 minutes here. Also, at Joe's Tailoring she had me sit down in my dress which I didn't even think of and showed me it would be too tight sitting down because my lace isn't stretchy. Joe's has done 3 prom dresses, one very complex in my opinion, countless pants hems, and some shirts all to my satisfaction. $15 to have my jeans taken in. Don't mind paying that much, but they did a horrible job. The lining was not flush and sticking out. When I ask her to fix it she did (and it only took a couple mins) but she gave major attitude. She tired to fight me on it saying no one would see it. But if I had a shirt tucked it you would.
