Such a caring and amazing owner who went over and above. Interacted with me and my son and spent some time talking. He helps those in need around him by giving them odd tasks to earn spare money. Such an incredible business. Please consider them first for all your Dey cleaning needs. read more

Needed a item dry cleaned same day. It was ready when I needed it. And the cost for same day was reasonable

I brought a dress in to be cleaned that was to be mailed. The young woman there was extremely kind. When I returned she had already wrapped my dress perfectly to be mailed. All I had to was put it in an envelope. Above and beyond in service. read more

I took in my brother's funeral outfit and they were so compassionate. They would have his outfit done the next day by 4pm and they were even kind enough to not charge as he stated they "did not charge for deceased". Bless them and their business read more

The lady at the front desk is so rude. Tried to come here off recommendation but I'll find somewhere else.

Me and my mom came to this place to get my sisters wedding dress cleaned after the wedding and were charged 150 for the service. It was no problem and they gave us a scheduled date to come back and pick up the dress. Once we arrived they told us the dress wasn't ready yet and to give them more time. A little irritated, I payed it no mind as stuff happens, no hurry. But then today when we came to pick it up.. the lady said that we didn't pay for their service and we needed to pay another 150 for the service. This caught us off guard as how is she gonna have the dress that we paid to her to clean and she's now saying we didn't pay for? This made no sense but I'm going back soon with the receipt in hand to proof to them we already payed. Overall the service could've been better and they could've handled this a lot more better. It's shady to see such a cash grab attempt on local residents but I know I'll find another place from now on. read more

I don't do dry cleaning all that often, but when I do, I take it to Jones. I just had a heavy blanket and comforter laundered and they look, and smell great after spending a weekend around the campfire! read more

By far the best dry cleaning service in Riverside. They take extra time & care with your items. Customer service is top notch, kind, caring & engaging with their customers. This is a solid family business, with integrity & honesty. read more

After being a long time customer, I give up on Jones. But they gave up on me first. My business man look needs starched shirts. I guess it's a USMC habit. Jones again and again used light starch, after I and Mrs. Yelper asked then directed then INSISTED on heavy starch. Hey Jones, we are not asking for a kidney here. I am sure another family dry cleaner will appreciate and accept a regular customer who brings lots of clothes and asks only 1 thing. read more

The people here are super friendly. My wife's wedding dress came out looking amazing. The value was great for the cleaning. I would definitely come back again with future things i wanna get dry cleaned. read more

I dropped off 2 suits, 5 long sleeve dress shirts and 2 military style jackets all were ready within a few days after choosing no rush option. They all look brand new ! The price wasn't bad either - it was about 110 but It was worth it considering the items I left. I'm definitely making this place my go to dry-cleaners. Plus they are friendly and kind. Easy parking too- read more

My first time coming here was a very positive one. My Dodgers jersey was cleaned and I had a very nice chat with employee. It's close to my home what more can I ask for. read more

Went in for the first time and Took a few things to get dry cleaned before reading the review of the prejudice comments he made to another customer. (My usual dry cleaning place doesnt do rugs) Went to pick up my items and we went from talking about how great Ramona HS teachers are, to how democrats want more "illegals" to come over so they can vote for them. ??? Similar to the other customer, he was looking for validation. How he transitioned from one conversation to the other is beyond me. This guy is clearly misinformed. Taking my money elsewhere from now on. read more

100% pleased with their services. I was devastated when my wedding dress arrived from the retailer wrinkled as all heck. It had just arrived day before my wedding so I was already in a bit of a panic and I thought "where am I going to have this steamed on such short notice". I called Jones Dry Cleaning, and not only were they extremely professional and courteous, they were able to take my dress and have it ready next day in the morning! They made sure to carefully inspect the dress before and after as well. Also, I received a text to notify me the dress was ready which was extremely helpful on such a busy day! Highly recommend! read more

I have lived in Riverside for 20 years and I have used Jones Cleaners off and on for that period of time. I recently started going back to the old reliable cleaners ... however .... NO LONGER RELIABLE! In the course of the last year I have lost a number of clothing articles. After my last pick up of 10 items I had cleaned at Jones' cleaners I received 2 items that didn't belong to me. That means I lost 2 of my own items, it was total verification that they are negligent. The cost of using jones cleaners will not only be the high cost of their services but also the cost of replacing you clothing items. Save yourself the frustration. Go get your clothes cleaned elsewhere. You'll save yourself headaches, confusion and cash. At this time Jones Dry Cleaners does not even deserve a rating of 1 read more

The Jones family are very professional and courteous, making for a great place to bring your clothes on a routine basis. Very reasonable pricing and efficient timing on their service, I have tried many dry cleaners in the Riverside area and they are definitely the best and are worth making them your long-term cleaners. They are a good 15 minute drive from where I live and even with numerous other cleaners that are much closer, I'm happy to drive a little farther for the excellent service I've only gotten from Jones Dry Cleaners read more

efficient services, great customer service, great hours open early which is great for picking up before work

Will not be going back. Gave them a brand new shirt and in return i received what appeared to be a used shirt with yellow stains on them. When i asked about it they gave me an attitude and said I still have to pay for it. Refused to fix it. Said I would have to come back some other day. They knew I needed this for my wedding. read more

This dry cleaners is located next to the Heritage Plaza in Riverside California. Jones Dry Cleaners provides an excellent quality and service when it comes to cleaning miscellaneous garments and clothing for the Inland Empire. The services prices are fair and the quality speaks for itself. Before taking in your clothes it's best to research weak points"rips, buttons, tares, and stains on any of your belongings and mark them with a tag so that the store representatives and yourself an have an easier process. The store offers of same-day service so if you drop it off at 8 a.m. and need it by 12 or 1 p.m. that day they're able to do that which is useful if you're in a rush. When approaching the parking lot there is limited parking space. The store is right between Uppercuts barber shop and the Ranch Market liquor store. The business do not share parking spaces. There are walls in place that divide the parking lots and there is no security that covers each lot. The entrance driveway is a little bit steep for low profile Vehicles so make sure to enter with caution. There are a few seats to sit in side the dry cleaners and a small 25 cent candy machine. There are no restrooms inside the facility for customers because we're usually in and out of a dry cleaners within 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you, Good luck! read more

Good customer service, nice people, and I'm sure they are good cleaners; however, dissatisfied with the hem they put into my jeans.

We have been customers of Jones Cleaners for some time. They are the best in the business. Our family wears vintage clothing from time-to-time and Jones Cleaners are the only ones we trust to take care of these fragile items. AND if you need any alterations, they will come out perfectly. I just picked up a vintage Hawaiian shirt which had a hole in it when I dropped it off. I cannot find the hole! Just tells you of the expertise they have. read more

Very good service, very nice and great work. Prices aren't bad either. Checkin in yelp for coupons.

I am sad to say that we were less than satisfied with the service we received from Jones Cleaners. We bought new pre-made drapes for our home that required alteration and pressing. We took them back twice to be repressed because they were so bad. The alteration was also less than satisfactory. After yet another call to complain, the manager came to our home and steamed them. He told my wife that her expectations were too high! We think his expectations are way too low. We will not be using Jones Cleaners again. read more

8 shirts, 2 pairs of slacks...$30. You would think that for that price someone there would know how to iron. The quality of their job was absolutely horrible. It took them five business days to turn this order around. The old lady working the counter is sweet, but that does not make up for their lousy performance. read more
