I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to stand up for what I saw was wrong and I would hate for anyone to have to go through what she had to go through. I witnessed a lady get yelled at for no good reason from a man. The way he addressed her was outrageous. From what I heard, the lady had written on a paper that she had paid for her own reminder and this man saw that she had written that and cursed and yelled at her. As a business owner or associate that is extremely unacceptable and should be addressed. As a daughter, I would not suggest my mother to go here and encounter this situation like the lady had experienced, this could have been escalated and she could have been harmed or worse for coming into a dry cleaner. read more

Took my husband's suit for regular dry cleaning and a stain removal. They didn't fully remove the stain but what's worse, there was another stain that wasn't there before. The press job was so terrible that the pants were still wrinkled and a button was pressed through suit jacket. Now we need to take it to another cleaners to get it done right. read more

I've been here several times and I always enjoy my experience! They are friendly, super fast, always do a great job, and have affordable prices. They can clean pretty much anything! Bedding, rugs, table cloths, curtains, formal wear, and so much more. I dropped off 3 blazers, 1 skirt, 1 cardigan, and 1 dress off on a Friday afternoon and they said they could have it ready in 24 hours! They charged $28 for all of that to be cleaned. I've been here twice to bring my jackets and both times, they have my jackets ready the next day. They are located inside of a plaza that has a 99cent store, Tastea, Newport Dental, Fitness 19, and Pollo Loco. Sometimes parking can be a little tough depending on the time of the day. Although I didn't need them right away, I picked up all eleven sweaters the following day and all was well. I have only been there a few times, but I am beginning to like this place. It is reasonable cost. My wife tells me other businesses are expensive. I took her coat one day and they said if it would be OK for them to to give me the following day around noon. I said yes, and as promised by noon they give me her jacket. My wife tells me other places do not work as quickly...She says they give you your clothing a few days later. I took a coat one day and they noticed a button on one of the sleeves need be sewed. They did without an additional charge... Next time I am going to check if they do alterations. If so I too believe this would be inexpensive. I have met two guys there. They are friendly and they go about their business. I noticed a woman working there. The said every thing would be ready Saturday 8am; it wasn't; we ended up waiting 1hr 30min past the pick up time and still charged full price. I picked up my top and my pants today. Please what they have done to my beautiful Eli tahari shirt that I bought from saks for 130 dollars (on sale !) I also had dropped my alice and olivia pants for shortening. The guy measured it himself after I wore the pants with high heels. They charged me 12 dollars. Can you believe that they have not shortened it ? They have just wrapped the pants in nylon and gave it back to me !!! I am some how happy that they did not touch the pants. I am afraid the 398 dollar pants would have been ruined too !!!! But to charge me 12 dollars and give the pants back to me ??!!! I'm all about supporting family businesses, and I know this one has been around for a while so I thought I'd try it. A couple of months ago I brought in a suit jacket and pants. On the day I put them on for a special event, I discovered many holes in the pants. Now I know it may not be their fault for the holes, but the person could have told me it had holes in it when I picked the suit up. Why would I have a suit cleaned and keep it if I knew it had holes in it? As for customer service... I don't know who all these other reviewers spoke to, the person who helped me said no more than two words each time I was there. read more
