Spoke with the new owner for my alteration. The time frame he initially stated was the same as the time the service was rendered. Him and his staff are extremely personable and nice. I appreciate the assistance to get my wedding dress back in time altered and dry cleaned for my wedding. read more

This is my first time going to them. On site staff was nice. I had several blazers cleaned and one repair on jacket-no complaints. The issue was miscommunication with a slacks to be altered. I wanted waistband to be altered (add inch with elastic). I provided fabric to be used if needed. They couldn't find my pants when picked up blazers (not in system). I was waiting for response on if they could do it and to give me quote. Staff called manager, quoted $45 and I said pass, please return slacks. Came back from vacation to pick up pants- they were altered. Elastic was not used and neither was my fabric (which is fine, but they kept it). I was upset with whole ordeal. Staff called manager again. Heard exchange and she asked him to speak to me- he declined. She offered a 20% discount. I said 25% because they kept fabric ( it was pricey fabric). I realized when I got home they didn't even add the elastic. I asked manager to call me back. This is the 3rd week day and nothing. I should have asked to put it in writing. The work was done well ( but missed elastic), the problem was disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of ownership from owner/ manager- he personally has not called to apologize. read more

Needed hemming on 2 dresses. The prices are fair and turnaround good. Chris is very helpful and kind.

Quoted a price on cleaning and alteration ticket charged a different amount said didn't include cleaning. They said it did but make sure you read fine print not trustworthy read more

I've been taking my clothes to dry clean factory for over 15 years. Only twice since they have the new owners. I hate the way the dry cleaning factory cleans with perfume detergent on the clothing. I'm allergic to perfume. I don't wear any perfume. I use fragrance free deodorant I use fragrance free everything. When I wash my clothes I use fragrance free soaps. It smells like they're using $.99 store-bought detergent for the clothing. It's disgusting and it's making me sick. I will not be taking my clothing here anymore!! You just lost my business. It's too bad they had to get new ownership!! read more

Great service and one of the only places around that can squeeze in a same day service. They also beat a lot of other cleaners with their pricing. read more

Came here a couple of times and each time clothes were ready as texted and as requested. So far, everything has gone well.

Came here to have a pair of nursing school scrubs hemmed. Everything turned out wonderful. The staff was kind and she measured and pinned the amount of inches off that I requested . They fit perfect now. When I dropped them off they told me the pricing and the date when it would be available . I received a text early that date confirming they were ready for pickup. They did a great job! Will definitely recommend them. read more

Looked around to get our comforter washed and this places offered the best price. They did a good job. I highly recommend.

Quality was amazing value for money. I would say a bit expensive, but the service was great.

Great place. Even do holiday giveaways! Great local cleaners that are fast responding to any questions or enquirers. Recommend!!!

Came here bc the cleaners next to me could not press a shirt for me for next day. Idk why I keep going there as they disappoint always with this basic task. Anyhow DCF came through, I called them they said they could have it early next morning which was perfect for me. I walked in expecting to drop off and she said if I had 5 minutes, I said of course, literally in 5 minutes my dress shirt was pressed. I was like wow!! The price was average and service was exceptional. This will be my go to dry cleaners going forward, thank you! read more

The lady who works there is Very nice . Only the sew/adjusting is pricy but other than that . Good dry clean.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I had my wedding in corona this past weekend and I thought I would be able to steam my veil by myself. After it not coming out and stressing out the morning of my wedding I called DCF. She said bring it in, and she will take care of it! She got my veil pressed in 10 minutes after my bridesmaid ran it down. Seriously couldn't thank her enough. Customer service was amazing, attention to detail, and in that moment made me feel like everything was going to be okay throughout the rest of my day! I highly recommend this dry cleaners if you're in corona!!! read more

Such hardworking and honest people. So glad I found them when I moved to the area! Very professional great quality.

Excellent service, notified me everything was cleaned, a day early. The most important thing to me is: of course clothing is clean, but that they take such good care of them while cleaning & pressing. I stopped going to my other place because my jackets always had the lining displaced, & hanging out of the end of my sleeves, or buttons or other sewn in decorations would be missing. I'm glad I took a chance on this place. A+ read more

I brought a jumpsuit in for a new zipper. The problem is I was not able to zip it up or down myself even before it broke. The tailor moved the zipper to the side so I could reach it and opened up the back with a hook so I could get it on and off. Then they dry cleaned it. The outfit is better than ever. It looks great! I will absolutely go back. read more

Highly recommendable! Quick and reliable service! Lola always provided amazing customer service.

I have been getting my dry cleaning done here for a number of weeks now. My first visit to DCF happened to be the first time I have been to a dry cleaner since COVID began, so I had quite a massive load of laundry to be done. Upon pick up, I was greeted by an invoice that seemed too small. After assuring it was correct I happily paid and have been coming back ever since. Great prices, friendly staff, spotless undamaged clothes, and following through on their promises with regard to pickup times means they have mastered the essentials of a dry cleaner! Highly recommend! read more

First time using the Dry Clean Factory. Great location just off the 15 freeway. I was on my way out of town on a Friday and had 2 blazers, a shirt and sweaters that needed cleaning. Googled a local dry cleaner that was on my route and DCF had great reviews. I was greeted by Lola who took my information and checked in my clothes. Lola was nice and cordial. She told me they would be ready by Monday afternoon. Perfect as I would be coming back to town and passing through on Monday. Monday, everything was ready as promised. Lola gave a first time client discount, took care of my payment and was on my way. Will definitely be using this dry cleaning service when I'm in the area. read more

And I look forward to seeing her when I drop off and pick up. The dry cleaning and laundry here is great but It truly is all about Lola read more

Their website GUARANTEES to COMPLETELY remove all stains. I dropped off a dress to be worn at a wedding for tomorrow and they left a stain on the dress. Had I not inspected the dress before leaving the premises, the front desk rep would've not informed me of the stain. She explained that the stain was left on there to avoid damaging the fabric or the color of the dress, which their website states their products will NOT DAMAGE FABRIC. She didn't even apologize or offer any money back. This dress was pre-paid when I dropped it off 3 days ago. This was my first time going there and will be my last. The pics screenshot shows the GUARANTEE OF STAIN REMOVALS and products used will not damage fabric. read more

DCF has been my family's favorite dry cleaners in the Corona area. They are fair priced in comparison to the other local options, conveniently offering curbside services and now delivery options, plus it's a cherry on top that the staff is friendly and genuine. However, DCF's flaw would be their lack of parking. Understanding the parking frustration, DCF offers a that if there's ever a time that I'm unable to park or in a hurry, simply just pull to the curb and they will take your pre established account laundry bag so you are now on your way. Easy and friendly services is the added bonus to an already consistently great service that is keep us coming back. read more
