Came here twice at 9am and waited until 9:15am, and no one showed up to open shop. If the business is not open on weekends, it is difficult for people who work Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm to pick up clothes here. On top of that when you do plan to come pick up on weekdays and it is closed, it is frustrating. read more

I have no idea how this place has such good ratings. I called beforehand and asked if they can clean my 30 pound weighted blanket. The lady told me "yes". I bring it in along with my winter coat. She takes the blanket and says "oh this is heavy", without indicating that she may not be able to clean it. She tells me to give them a week, I say no problem. I come back and she says "sorry, we weren't able to clean it because it's too heavy". They had my number and didn't even call me to let me know. I pay for the coat and leave with the dirty blanket and coat. I leave the coat in my car to use the next day and it HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED!!!! There is hair and stains all over it. Unfortunately my experience here was horrible. I dropped off a dress and a jacket. The dress had a stain which I told them about and asked them to see if they could get out. The vest needed pressing only. The vest was not pressed properly and the dress still had the stain and they still charged me $11.95 for 2 items that were not wearable. I then had brought back a white jacket that they did not clean properly. I said this was not done right and because the item had been in my truck for 2 weeks and looked wrinkled the owner accused me of lying. Very unprofessional.
