They kept me updated throughout the entire process, made sure I was happy with the outcome, and clearly put a lot of effort into making things right. I'm extremely happy with the final result and even more impressed by how they handled the situation. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business responds says everything, and The Dirty Hamper exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be trusting them with my clothes again. Thank you so much, Debbie, for your care, professionalism, and amazing customer service.

I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.
