Update to my experience at Suds & Bubbles: I originally had an issue when my comforter came back with wet spots, still dirty, and smelling like dog. I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. Stopped in here for the first time during my travels and utilized them to wash my extremely large heavy duty truck covers for a Dually. They had exactly what I needed with heavy duty commercial grade washers that would accept a large heavy and bulky load. Only one issue I wasn't prepared and I had no laundry detergent for the covers. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. Absolutely top notch service and the truck cover came out as new with this detergent and heavy duty cleaning of the machine! When they need washing again I will definitely return back here. I would not return. It was small, with fair lighting, crowded and not a whole lot of space for folding. Still it was a convenient location for me and I only had 1 load of laundry. But what really did it for me was the customer service. One of the two staff smiled and was helpful. The other was like offended that I was there. Lol She just had a flat look on her face, didn't smile when I was friendly with her, and then when I asked a question she was short and curt. It made me feel unwelcomed! read more

Always clean, and every time I've gone there, there is always a worker to help you! Im shorter so when I used the xx large washer I couldn't see where the detergent goes and the worker asked if I needed a step stool and yes, yes I did so she went and got one for me. The workers are so friendly and helpful. Also the machines take debit/credit cards which is so convenient I actually stopped and got cash and I didnt need to. Worst laundromat I've been to in a while. Firstly, upon walking in immediately you experience loud obnoxious music with explicit sexual videos playing on a tv screen. There is pagan idol painting on wall. The women tending the place are rude and off putting, always gossiping and having no regard for customer service. The washing machines do not accept tap, not a single machine btw. It is really hot inside, making it really uncomfortable while doing loads and waiting. This place is overall a bad experience, there are only a handful of laundromats in chino and this is the worst of them all. read more

I've used the pick up service a few times now and I'm so pleased with it! I work two jobs and laundry is not what I want to do on my day off, and I rarely have a day off. My clothes go have a spa day and come home clean, folded, and ready to go. I can request extra softener or dryer sheets and they return looking better than they have with the washers I've used at my complex. Sure it costs more than doing it myself, but I get a night off from folding clothes and going up and down the stairs all night. It saves me about three hours a week, and I'm glad for that. I like doing my laundry here actually. But my last time here was really upsetting. A machine ate my money. I wouldn't have minded if it was only a quarter or 2 but this was $5.50. When I called the company and told them what happened, they said it was my fault because I stopped the machine, but the machine was not even running yet. I put the money in the machine and had momentarily pased the wash. When I ran it again, it asked for another $5.50, which I had already paid before. When I asked if I could get my money back, I wasn't given it. And was told instead I am not supposed to press the stop button and it was "my fault" my money was eaten up. So why is there a stop button there if we aren't supposed to use it? Or at least a sign? read more

I absolutely love Suds and Bubbles. Their laundry facility is always clean, the washers are always clean. unfortunately, they switched the employee who works Monday nights- I'm here every Monday. She's extremely rude. She favors the male patrons and has sat and watched me fold my laundry with her purse sitting next to her on the bench inside the laundry mat because I was the last person in there. She does favors for some customers and is rude to me and other customers as well I've seen it myself. I really wish Heather was working Monday because she always kind always helpful and always sweet. read more

Came on a weekend. It was super packed with people. I was hoping to use the largest washer. There were two but one was out of order. The other one was being used. The place felt pretty cramped and not well maintained/clean. I ended leaving and going to Quickie Wash in Pomona. They were not busy and a lot of the washers were free. The owner and the attendees here are great. Very friendly. They always tell you thank you for choosing the place. But what I really like about this place is all the machines take credit/debit cards. This review is based on our first experience with this establishment. We needed to wash a king size comforter. They had washers even bigger than what we needed, and I saw a large rug was being washed in one of those. The wash and dry was pretty quick, about an hour total. Their machines did the job well and it was quite affordable. The employees are very nice, kind, and helpful. I came on a weekday afternoon and didn't need to really wait, thankfully one opened up for use. I did notice all the machines were in use, so it's possible you may have to wait if you need the bigger washer. Plenty of smaller ones though. I generally don't feel all that comfortable going to unfamiliar/new places but the folks there eased my nerves. I'd go back. Thank you very much for the assistance. One thing to note is that in the meantime, you might want to bring coins in case the card readers aren't working, but I heard their payment system will be updated soon. read more

I found this place when I needed to do a quick load of laundry. I was a bit confused at first, since there were so many machines to use, but a woman there helped me out. I've never really been to a laundry mat, but I felt they were priced pretty reasonably...from the smaller washers being $2.75ish medium being $4.50ish, to the larger ones being $5.75ish, and the regular dryers being .25 for 6 minutes. Don't quote me on those prices, but they're somewhere in that ballpark. They've got some smaller washers and a larger dryer, but I'm not sure of their prices. I've gone to this spot on the weekday and during the weekends and I've never had an issue finding an open machine. Same thing with the dryers. I like that they take card, but they also have a quarter machine if you need change. A few times when I've come to wash, the owners have been there and asked if I need anything, which is always nice. Overall, I like this spot enough to visit every two weeks. read more

It was our first time using a laundromat. My daughter's king size blanket was too big to fit in our washer so we dropped by Suds and Bubbles. We didn't expect to see so many washers and dryers in one space. We weren't sure which washer to use and checked out the largest one. A gentleman there asked if we needed help. We explained our situation and he showed us what was available and the size of the washer we might need. There was a washer available in 3 minutes but will only take coins and we asked for one using credit card since we didn't have any coins on us but we will have to wait a little longer. He said not to worry about it since he has a special card he can use. That was so nice of him. We had a great experience there. The people were so helpful. Surprisingly the interior wasn't hot but had limited space to sit so we were lucky to have found a seat outdoor while we waited. Both washing and drying took a little less than an hour. How does the Owner not have Industrial fans not cool down that Hot-Box Laundromat? And those that they have, weren't "ON" or not working. And then why are all the top-side Ventilation units over or next to the Dryers and Washers clogged with what I can hope is only Lent, and or whatever filth happens to be floating in that Sauna of a Laundromat? Why are there so many machines "OUT OF ORDER"? FIRE the substandard Maintenance Person you've got not doing their job. And hire someone to get things up and running, so you can get back to making money and serving the Public that you are misserving at this time. And in your case, losing money, because they've like I will have gone elsewhere. I know next week is what I'll be doing. This will have been my first and last time there yesterday Sunday 08/27/2023. I use the pick up and delivery service for my laundry. I get a text reminder when they are going to pick up, when my laundry has been done, and one when it is being delivered. I live in an apartment complex and just can't deal with the laundry room. This has been the greatest thing I could have ever done. No matter who is working on the shift morning or night, they treat you very respectfully. Cleanliness wise, I've always seen the workers here disinfecting each machine. Upon walking into Suds and bubbles for the very first time (I might add) my husband and I were approached by a woman who rushed us at the entrance and told us that we would not be able to wash because the establishment was closing at 10 pm. It was only 8:50. We went ahead and advised her that yelp and google both stated Suds and bubbles closes at 11pm. She then stated we wouldn't have enough time to dry and fold. It just seemed as though she was in a rush to leave her job quickly. Poor. Customer service. And the cleanliness was not up to par.
