I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. Thank you Yvonne and Karen at the Riverside location for the great customer service!

She reached out to me the same day, took the issue seriously, and immediately worked to make it right. They didn't just fix the problem -- they truly went above and beyond. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, made sure I was happy with the outcome, and clearly put a lot of effort into making things right. I'm extremely happy with the final result and even more impressed by how they handled the situation. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business responds says everything, and The Dirty Hamper exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be trusting them with my clothes again. Thank you so much, Debbie, for your care, professionalism, and amazing customer service.

The woman did the hem uneven, and she took it in the dress way more than what she was supposed to do in the dress, and my daughter couldn't even wear it because it was so tight. She ruined the dress. All it needed was to be taken up in the shoulder that she refused to pin it after we told her repeatedly. She said she knew what she was doing it instead she ruined the entire dress and wasted our money and the day of the wedding, my daughter couldn't wear it. Went back to her shop after the weekend because she was closed on Saturday and she told us that she was not doing anything to help us, was not refunding anything and that it was our fault! How can it be our fault when we didn't do the alterations! She yelled at my 14 year-old daughter and was so rude and unprofessional. We paid $100 to have a simple hem and basically a Pintal on his shoulder and instead she did what she wants to do, and it was awful!

I've never had big issues just something like a coin gets stuck or this and that and the ladies go above and beyond to fix it but I came in on 3/11/24 and I normally use the big machines for my blankets or clothes and on this day when I came to check on the washer it had 5 min left and it wasn't turning at all for quite a while. I pressed start again and it started to turn. So I washed it again and thought maybe it was a hiccup but it happened the same thing the second time just not as much. I messaged the person where it says text if you have an issue or need a refund being polite to let them know I think the machine is broken and they just replied with nonsense. Believe are the messages. Poor customer service. I just spent about $27 on washing the same things three times. Let alone its sad cause I come here on a weekly basis let alone when I come Friday afternoons/nights theres been times where there's drugies outside or even in the bathroom and I always go above and beyond to tell them they have to leave since at times I feel uncomfortable them being here when I have my little kids here at times too. Simply like today there's drugies here but that's the last time I look after this business.

This place used to be pretty decent. It definitely is one of the cheapest laundromats around but…read moreyou definitely get what you pay for. For months now, every time I go, there's so many broken washers and dryers. Most of the washers don't work, have water that's been sitting in them for who knows how long and what makes it worse is they raised the prices with no improvements. Even after raising the prices the broken washers persist for months with no change. Also, there's way too many dryers that always have tape over the coin slot because they are not working. And if they are working some don't stay shut while drying so you have to switch midway through to another one that hopefully works. Some dryers don't work and you don't know this until after you've put coins in only to find out it's not heating up. Cleanliness is also an issue but I blame careless people with no common sense or manners for most of that. Last, homelessness is another issue with it normally having homeless people in or around the location. Hoping they do some improvements ASAP!!!!!!! At this point I'd rather spend more and not deal with all this.
