I brought clothing here to be hemmed and expected it to be returned to me professionally altered and in good condition. Instead, the clothing was damaged and even returned to me STAINED. You trust a business like this with your clothes--sometimes expensive or important pieces--and you should not receive them back in worse condition than when you dropped them off. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of help afterward. Once there was an issue, no one wanted to take responsibility or properly resolve it. I was left stuck with a damaged piece of clothing. Based on my experiences, I would not trust either the Archibald location or the Limonite location. I cannot recommend either one. Please save yourself the frustration and take your clothing somewhere else, especially if it is something important, expensive, or needed for a special occasion. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not bring my clothing back here.
