This was my go-to dry cleaning spot, but I had a negative experience with them. I took my comforter in for cleaning, and they assured me that dry cleaning would leave it wrinkle-free. However, when I picked it up, it was extremely wrinkled. I was initially going to overlook this, but when I took it out of the bag, I noticed hair that didn't belong to me mixed in with my comforter. I called the store, and the manager, who is lovely, asked me to bring it back so they could send it out for dry cleaning again. When I returned to pick it up the second time, they explained that the cleaning was done but to prevent wrinkles they did not put it in a bag or any tuoe if hovering. Essentially, it feels like it's not clean. It is just out in the open being transported with no covering. I hate to leave this review because the manager is so nice, but this experience has left me disappointed. I now have to find another place to get my clothes cleaned. read more

When you feel fall is around the corner so you take your 2 sherpa jackets to get dry cleaned. I think I paid under 25 bucks for them to be nice and clean for fall. Located in a small shopping corner- it wasn't tough to find! The best part is that they're quick to check you in and send you updates on your garments via text. I have to give the biggest shoutout to this place!! As a homeschooling and caregiving single mom to a child with disabilities, some days it's all I can do just to get us both through the day. Not having to stress about having clean clothes is a GODSEND. I don't have an in-home washer/dryer unit, and my complex charges a small fortune to use theirs (when the machines are even operational). I have my own health issues that make dragging laundry back and forth to the potentially broken definitely expensive laundry room difficult. The Dirty Hamper picks up the laundry, cleans and folds it all, and drops it off two days later. All I have to do is bag up the dirty laundry and put away the clean clothes when they're returned. They do such a wonderful job and help me conserve energy for other tasks that need doing in our busy lives. I am so thankful for the support they provide to my family! Dirty Hamper is a life saver! Super affordable and great staff. Having this place so close to our home is perfect for our growing family (ie, lots of accidents, spills, etc). OK, so I usually only write reviews when I just experience exceptional service. For the last couple of months, I have been using this company. I am a mother with multiple children and a husband. The laundry seems to just get me every time and one day I walked into this place called The Dirty Hamper, and they have saved me!!!! I am no longer overwhelmed by laundry. The pricing is reasonable. Oh, and the best part is they also offer PICKUP and DROP OFF. Mom's this is IT!!! They wash, fold AND THEN DROP BACK OFF. My kids just put there clothes in there drawers in less than 5-7 minutes.
