Dropped my wedding suit off on Monday. They said they could do next day Service. I needed it for Wednesday morning. I came in Wednesday morning to pick up. Suit and shirt should've been completed the day before. I walked into them, not knowing where any of my things were. None of my suit or shirt had been finished or pressed. I visually saw one of the workers find my pants in a pile then they found my shirt in a pile. They proceeded to tell me that the entire suit was completed already, but the shirt was the only thing they were missing. I waited an extra 20 minutes so they could press my entire suit and shirt. The lady working proceeded to lie to me tell me that the only thing that wasn't completed was my shirt when the truth was, it was my entire suit that wasn't completed. Horrible service. They still charge me almost full price. I waited an extra 40 minutes there waiting for it to be done. Very unorganized do not recommend going here. read more

Peppermint Cleaners - Always amazed with those very nice and kind people I had a huge stain on the front side and they did the magic like always - Laundry Services Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Turned in my wedding dress and a tux to be be cleaned. Turn around was quick and everything was cleaned great. But my husband picked up the dry cleaning and my dress was not returned in the original bag I delivered it in. Now my wedding dressing sitting in a regular plastic bag, unprotected from anything. I called to have them search for it but never received a call back. I am going to have to go in and check myself. I may recommend the place if you are just turning in your everyday clothes. But I think I should have had everything I sent in returned. read more

BEWARE of this place, they take no accountability and customer guarantee is non-existent I've never been one to write any reviews on here, good or bad, but the lack of customer satisfaction and disrespect that I received from this business today is worth my effort. I brought a $1200 designer sweater that I had only worn a handful of times to get its first dry cleaning at this location and when they were done with it, the sweater had gone from a men's medium to a kids large. They SHRUNK the sweater. Of course I gave them an opportunity to try and fix it but even after a second attempt, the sweater was not salvageable. Unfortunately, the cleaners took no accountability for their action, stating that this has never happened, etc. They even had the audacity to ask me to contact the manufacturer (Dior) to let them know about the sweater and trying to say it was their fault. I mean come on, at least Long story short, they offered nothing for the sweater that they had completely ruined at this point, except for a $10 credit for future dry cleaning... Lol..yeah, like I would come back after the amazing customer service and overall satisfaction I received. read more

Super Honest people, i used to go to Bonded cleaners, since the ownership change a month ago, it's service is horrible. Went to Peppermint for the first time, they mis-charged and immediately tried contacting me to let me know. I typically have dress shirts and pants pressed. 30 pieces every 2 weeks easily. Honesty goes a long way for small business. They will have my support from now own Kris read more

Moving from L.A to the I.E can be a shock when searching for good quality, price conscious cleaners. I e tried several cleaners before finding Peppermint. It is important to me to have my dress shirts and pants looking good because of the type of business I do. But also, I do not want to spend as if I'm buying new shirts and pants when I take to the cleaners. Peppermint cleaners is family owned and operated, Prices are way less expensive than other cleaners in the area, the quality is great as well. They're always friendly and once you visit the cleaners as often as I go the staff will remember you by name. Very accommodating to her customers. VERY IMPORTANT! Looking for a good quality, great pricing, friendly service? Come to Peppermint. read more

I was in a position where I had a tight window to get two of my suites dry cleaned and I called peppermint cLeaners. Not only did they get them cleaned next day, but the customer service and job done was top notch. Ashley took care of me--very nice lady and very professional. read more

Very nice staff but unreliable. They say they'll have things done by a certain day and they never have it done. I understand if it was a lot of items, but it took them 4 full working days to clean 4 pieces of clothing. Said they'd have it done in by a certain day and only one item was clean when I went there. This has happened multiple times. Nice people but not worth the risk. I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

This is a great business. We called early this morning because my husband needed his suit cleaned for a last minute interview. The lady on the phone said she could have the suit ready by 4:00 when all other businesses said it would take several days. They stuck to their word, we're reasonably priced, and very friendly. She even remembered the phone call and wished my husband good luck on the interview when he picked up his suit. Very personable- we will definitely be coming back here. read more

I can always count on them for last minute dry cleaning or pressing. Lady there always finds a way to accommodate our timing needs & and have our clothes ready in no time. Walked in this morning at 8:45am & asked if she could please clean & press my suit for a last minute meeting. She said yes, come back by 11:30!! Offered me great pricing! I know this would have been nearly impossible for others & those who could do it would have charged 2-3 time more!! Thank you Peppermint Cleaners, for being there when I need you!! read more

Came here in hopes of getting pomegranate stains out of a white shirt. Called and the guy on the phone was super nice and told me to bring it in and they'd see what they could do. Cost me almost 5 bucks and they got the stains out perfectly. Quality of work was great and service was one hundred percent. Will definitely come here when I need service again. Highly recommend! read more

I dropped off my husband's uniforms and I told the person behind the counter I need the creases to be specific. He answered "military"? I was shocked and excited. I haven't dropped off my husband's uniforms to a cleaner and get this response. I thought to myself this place is going to have potential. Now fast forward a week - I go to pick them up with my husband. The first thing we do is inspect them. Lift up the plastic and look them over. What do I see? Railroad tracks. Double creases on ALL shirts and pants. They even ironed in creases on the pant's pocket flap. WHO DOES THIS? The real situation: the uniforms weren't even cleaned. They pressed the uniforms dirty!!! We couldn't believe it. The lady behind the counter actually had the audacity to tell me that they cleaned them twice. How does she know? She gave the standard answer that they cleaned them twice. There is no way in hell the uniforms were cleaned twice. I was stunned and disgusted. TWICE - MY ASS If you don't want to clean LEO's uniforms, then speak up when LEO's drop them off. We will NEVER BE BACK and I will never speak good words of this place EVER!!! I don't know how you are in business. I didn't even want to give one star. Yelp needs to be able to not give stars. IF YOU WANT DIRTY CLOTHES RETURNED - THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! read more

Warning- will change prices on you! I called 3 days before I was to arrive for a wedding for prices and to confirm that they would be able to press my clothes in time for wedding morning pick up. I explained that I would be arriving Friday and would need the clothing on Saturday. The lady said it would be no problem and quoted me $18 for the press. I arrived on Friday at 1230, and was told the price would be $34. When I asked why she would not honor the phone quote, she stated " you didn't come in the morning." This made no sense to me since their hours are 9 to 6 but I was left with no choice, as I had other things to prepare for the wedding and couldn't spend time looking for another cleaner. At this point she could see that I was mad and started to negotiate her price, $30, $25. In the end, I was stuck paying $25 for a job that was quoted at $18. Not a large amount of money but bad business practice to give quotes and raise the price when someone agrees to the work. Find another cleaner, you won't regret it. read more
