I have been using fluff and fold for some time and was always very happy. This past weekend I was informed that I couldn't start my laundry myself (which is what I did the previous dozen times). Since I knew it was an option, I came back the next day. This time I was allowed to start my wash but was limited to just a couple of machines which I felt over stuffed them. It was all bedding, sheets, blankets comforters. Main reason for fluff and fold (which was over $100 ) was to have someone else fold the sheets but rather than the well folded sheets I normally got back. They just stuffed them in the bag. Didn't even fold the flat sheets. And I pay and tip ahead of time, like 20% just to get good service. Not sure if it is new workers, new management or what but it was NOT worth the cost. First time I was disappointed. Guess I need to find a new service. Used to drive past several laundromats to get to this one but no more. Dealing with a bunch of really wrinkled sheets read more

This lady was so rude , I told her dryer not working . She right away said , change it to another dryer and I was like what about my money ? She responded " is not my business I'm just a worker here so " I don't Care ". .. this is when it upset me telling here I'm just asking nice she's like I don't care you can call the owner the number is listed. already know he won't answer anyways , she started laughing. .. At this moment I realize it was not about the money anymore it was more so about the attitude.. the sticker note you see on the dryer I told her to put those because people keep using it and it was not fair , she again said " I don't care is not my money and I'm not the owner ... Do not come !!! read more

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Sparklean Laundry. My experience at your laundromat was nothing short of a nightmare. I am appalled by the poor standards of cleanliness, lack of customer service, and the overall disregard for the safety of your customers. Firstly, I was disappointed to find out that the only mode of payment accepted at Sparklean Laundry was through a prepaid card that has a $10 minimum. This policy is inconvenient for those who prefer to pay with cash or those who only have a few items to wash. Secondly, I was horrified by the state of the washing machines and floors. They were dirty and poorly maintained, which made me question the hygiene and safety standards of your establishment. I had to spend extra time cleaning the machines before using them, which added to my inconvenience. Thirdly, to my dismay, I discovered a razor blade in one of the dryers. This is unacceptable and poses a severe risk to the safety of your customers. I shudder to think of what could have happened if someone had accidentally cut themselves with it. Furthermore, the attendant present at the time was unhelpful and uninterested in addressing my concerns. I tried to raise these issues with him, but he seemed disinterested and did not offer any solutions. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. Lastly, I have tried to contact the manager or owner via the telephone number that is posted, but to no avail. It is concerning that there is no one available to address these issues and to ensure that the laundromat is run to acceptable standards. In conclusion, my experience at Sparklean Laundry was terrible, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your services and the safety of your customers. Atentamente, Mark A. Short 330-546-5600 read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This laundromat was recommended by my sister when I visited California this weekend, and was a waste of money. You need a money card to wash, that's fine! But just know you can't use it on the vending Machine to purchase detergent. Also the washing machine only have enough water to soak your clothes, so Don't expect them to get clean. And don't bother bringing it to the attention of the attendant because she just going to lie and say that it's normal for your clothes to dry wash, then disappear as soon as your clothes stop. So you can't show her how dirty they are. And the crazy part is, she telling me the new machines don't fill with water, but my blankets just washing away! With plenty water! She didn't care, and to keep myself from getting upset, I just chalked up as lose. read more

Came in tonight to do laundry. Website states 24hrs however as I applied payment to laundry machines I was only able to do so for 4. I had a total of 7 machines to be utilized and 3 I was not able to do so because the machine stated "store closing soon". I called the number for assistance and the guy was no help at all and just hung up. Don't plan on coming here again for service. I will be coming in next day to speak with whoever is in charge. Totally unprofessional and definitely false advertisement. Change your hours to reflect actual servicing time!!!! read more

Love this laundry mat. I come here often especially since my parents washing machine is not working right now. And whenever I come there will always be a worker their to assist you with anything, which I love. However, I would have to say that Cindy is one of my favorite worker there. She is friendly and is very attentive to me when I have problems with the machine, it happened to me a couple of time . Cindy, I can say from all the other ladies working there, is the hardest worker. When I go there I know when she is working because the place is clean; and besides that she is very friendly and approachable, her smile makes my day. She is one of the reasons I go to that particular laundry mat. I refer this laundry mat to other people because it's a nice place to just relax when your waiting for your clothes to be done. In fact, I referred my mother to get her cloths wash by them, since they have a cleaning service there $1.50 a pound. I have never used this service before but I'm sure they will do a good job. read more

I have come here for the 2nd time, and haven't had any issues with the machines, or with the dryers heating up. This place does not take quarters, and you have to load money on a card ...I personally find it easier to handle that way, and there is no "one time" fee for the card. They also offer a fluff and fold service which is pretty cool . The parking lot is well lit in case you come to wash after it gets dark, and there is always someone on site who is there cleaning and to help ...very friendly. The place is clean, and I feel comfortable washing my clothes here. If people complain about this place, they must've not gone to the bad laundromats. I have also read in recent reviews about an employee Cindy who is very helpful. I had to come back and edit my review after I received help from Cindy. She was very friendly, and has great work ethic. read more

I really love coming here but after my recent visit I'm uncertain if i should continue going here!! I came to wash my clothes and every tuesday and wednesday they have deals for the washers and dryers and I had a small load but to my surprise all the small loads were taken up !! and they weren't even being used the clothes were sitting there. I then let the worker know and she said there was nothing she could do? I let it be but the whole 2-3 hours I was there, NO ONE CLAIMED THE CLOTHES!! and the worker still did nothing !! I don't see how it's okay that other people have to go spend more money on small loads of clothes because one person doesn't want to come pick their clothes up? read more

This place is always dirty. the machines aren't that great. Sometimes, the bleach is not used in ur wash. and some times theres bleach in the top compartment, and if u dont check, it will ruin ur clothes. homeless and drug addicts are always there really high and dont clean up after themselves, and there shit is all over the place. The only thing i like about this place is that it's 24 hours. I suggest that if they stay 24 hours, at least have a security guard or a night shift person to kick the homeless/ drug addicts out to have it cleaner and disent for the actual customers. read more

I would not recommend this laundromat. The washers always stink and they never fully clean my clothes either. Anytime I have brought my clothes for a wash they look the exact same as when I put them in, but now they also smell horrible! Had to dry them and use lots of extra dryer sheets just to rid of the horrible washer smell. I have gone here 4 times, using all the different sizes of washers, and yet every single time my clothes smell bad and are not clean. Do not use this place! It's gross. not worth it. They also don't accept cash either, they make you get a laundry card and upload money to it so that you constantly come back. I made sure to use up my balance and get rid of the card. read more

Super clean spot, the staff was very nice. Helped me get sorted with the machine as I haven't used a laundry mat before with a card system. Merlanda I believe her name was, helped get me sorted out. 10/10 would come here again when I'm back in town read more

I like the fact that they have the really big washers to do all of my big comforters. Also the fact that it is now open 24hours which is a plus with the exception of all of the homeless and strung out people that seem to be a fixture there. And to what I have observed they are pretty much allowed to hang out, sleep and store their belongings there. Be very careful when coming here, especially during the early hours! read more

Fluff and fold service is awesome! When you're in a rush go here. They will take care of your dirty clothes and have it neatly folded for you. They'll also text/call you when your clothes are ready. They also offer perma-press which is cool(they'll send it out). read more

This is a good place is you don't want to use coins, they have a reloadable card. I haven't been there when it's super busy which is nice cause u can do your laundry in peace. I lost a blanket it here and the staff was nice enough to go above and beyond getting my blanket back, even after the lady gave it to another person. Love this place. Would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the whole blanket debacle. read more

First word that came to mind when I first walked in was, Wow! I've only been to a few laundry establishments in my lifetime but out of the handful of ones that i have gone to, this one takes the cake. What first astounded me was the cleanliness and upkeep of it. I constantly see employees walking around sweeping and cleaning ( behind arcade games and vending machines). The prices are very fair and the employees were very welcoming and helpful. I'm definitely coming to this place every time I need a lot of laundry done. Very impressed!!! read more

Walked in and the place smelled like wet towel. I accidentally left my softer bottle on top of a washer since I walked out . Super Pointless I called ahead since I'm away the laundry mat now. read more

I live up in Crestline but my hubby works at Ford of Upland. Once a week I'll hitch a ride with him to work so I can drop him off and do my laundry here. By far the best one I've been to! I love how there are a lot of machines and different sizes so i never have to fight for one and I think the prices are average. They always have attendants going around cleaning as well. I just received a bunch of baby clothes for my baby shower so I'm planning on dropping them off and trying their Fluff n Fold service next. read more

The people were very friendly and by that I mean the other people washing their laundry. No one was rude or trying to "steal" your machine as I've experienced in other places. They offer wifi although I didn't know what the password was, I didn't ask either. I love the larger load washers. The normal size dryers, dried a double wash load of my clothes in 20 min. They work very well. My only complaint is how tall the large washers are I could barely see over it to put my soap in. Haha I'm 5'0 so probably won't be a problem for anyone else. read more

Love this place. All machines working and they look new and clean! They give you an extra $1 when you load $20 on the card. They have free WiFi and some of their machines hold up to 8 loads! Attendants are helpful. Came here today for the first time and this is now the only place I'll go. No yelling screaming kids running around and it's huge so I don't feel like I'm in a sardine box. Plenty of sodas and snacks and in the kmart parking lot. I'm a customer now for life! Very impressed. Forgot my laundry detergent but they had some at a decent price here too. Do not think twice just come down and you won't regret it. read more

I came with my mom so that we could wash our blankets and it was beyond clean! All the tables were cleared of any mess, floors were swept and washers were good to go! While doing what was needed, we noticed the lady who was working was cleaning the machines and you could see that she was taking her time to make sure it was ready for the next customer. Although it's not like any other laundry mat that accepts quarters and instead does their virtual card program, we didn't find it to be an issue. We will definitely be coming back! read more

Coin - Operated Laundromat! Probably the only one on the Eastvale side that I know of... What can I say, the only complaints I have about this place are their high prices and the fact that they have several "out of order" machines that require immediate attention.... On the down side, there is absolutely no one taking care of the laundromat/working it... Which is very upsetting especially when something goes wrong with a machine and money is lost, there is no way to contact someone for a reimbursement... The only way you would get reimbursed (if you do) is by filing out a little complaint/reimbursement card and dropping it off at the little box provided. The owners should really consider modernizing and provide an accurate phone number where customers can call and express their concerns or complaints other than having them go through a complain box. Last but not least, owners should also consider switching their staff to more friendly and helpful individuals... Unfortunately the lady that shows up an hour before closing time to clean up can be a bitch/pain in the ass... I don't think I've even met anyone more sour than her... I got my washer and dryer now so thankfully I don't have to deal with that... read more

BEWARE these people are not honest. I went in for a "fluff n fold" and they weighted my clothes around 6lbs (10 bucks). When i come to pick up, there was only 2 lbs of clothes left (3 shirts and 1 pair of pants all with my company logos on them are missing). PETE n the employee tell me that I am lying, eventho me and my friend was there. Machines take a prepaid card but the prices are amazing. There is even a area for machines capable of washing up to 8 loads.

Omg!!!! Where do I start... so this place is now my new favorite place to go and leave my laundry for the " Fluff and Fold" I normally do laundry weekly, but if your like me -a full time mom who works, sometimes you don't have time to be washing and drying and waiting!!!! Not every laundry mat has this service. So let me start by saying it's not expensive I probably send $10 more then what I would normally spend by doing the washing myself. They weighed your soil clothes, charge $1.50 lb. They wash and dry and fold all of it for you. They use a company soap and fabric softener etc. They will put your sweaters and fancy tops in hangers for you (per request) and honestly this ladies take time in folding and separating your pants, t-shirts, socks and under garments. It's put in a sturdy plastic bag for you when you pick up, alll the while your doing your thing running errands or just relaxing at home. I don't have a washer or dryer at home for years. It's nice to take a break from doing laundry every now and then!!!! Must try this services people!!! read more

Staff was alright. Seemed annoyed because the washer didn't clean our clothes and the atm/card dispensers didn't read any of my debit cards and only one of my wife's. This was my first time at this location. It was clean and super convenient. I love the fact that you don't have to use quarters!!! You load up a card and use it for the washers and dryers. It is much larger than the location I went to before. They open at 5 am, which is also a plus. I got there at 5:30 am and my clothes were washed and folded by 7:30. I do need to mention that I saw a mouse run across the floor between the machines. I was a little startled. The attendant does not arrive until 8 am so I could but infirm anyone. However, since it is not a restaurant serving food I will try this place again. They have nice machines that get my clothes clean and the prices are fair. read more

I wish that I could leave zero stars because I've never experienced such poor customer service. I called the number listed as 909-720-0195 and a guy answered the phone. I tried asking general questions regarding drop off loads and the turnaround time, but he failed to answer them and rushed me off of the phone. I called again and he said that he wouldn't be able to help me because he wasn't at the laundromat and that I would have to drive there to get my questions answered. I'm baffled as to why he would list his number as the contact for this business and one, not be present, two, not know basic information! read more

It's very clean and large. Lots of washing machines of all sizes. The smallest ones are the same ones that my. Apartment uses and are 1.50 per wash and only 20 minutes. the double size are only 1.95 but they don't actually look twice as big. The triple load which is probably more like 2+ size is 3.25 for 20 minutes and the jumbo size ones are 7.25 and look like you could fit a small car in them and go for what looks like 30 minutes. They have 2 sizes of dryers and they are all 25 cents per 10 minutes. I'm really impressed by this place and will definitely come back. I love not having to deal with quarters since their cars system can be loaded with debit cards. Their free wifi isn't too slow either, nothing to phone home about though since it's only .5mb down and up but that's fine for hulu read more
