Machines are crap. They don't release detergent. Employee in the am are not helpful. She stated that it's not their problem. Spoke with the owner and said that employee stated the machine works fine. I have been using fluff and fold for some time and was always very happy. This past weekend I was informed that I couldn't start my laundry myself (which is what I did the previous dozen times). Since I knew it was an option, I came back the next day. This time I was allowed to start my wash but was limited to just a couple of machines which I felt over stuffed them. It was all bedding, sheets, blankets comforters. Main reason for fluff and fold (which was over $100 ) was to have someone else fold the sheets but rather than the well folded sheets I normally got back. They just stuffed them in the bag. Didn't even fold the flat sheets. And I pay and tip ahead of time, like 20% just to get good service. Not sure if it is new workers, new management or what but it was NOT worth the cost. If I could give zero stars I would. This laundromat was recommended by my sister when I visited California this weekend, and was a waste of money. You need a money card to wash, that's fine! But just know you can't use it on the vending Machine to purchase detergent. Also the washing machine only have enough water to soak your clothes, so Don't expect them to get clean. And don't bother bringing it to the attention of the attendant because she just going to lie and say that it's normal for your clothes to dry wash, then disappear as soon as your clothes stop. So you can't show her how dirty they are. And the crazy part is, she telling me the new machines don't fill with water, but my blankets just washing away! With plenty water! She didn't care, and to keep myself from getting upset, I just chalked up as lose. read more

Came in tonight to do laundry. Website states 24hrs however as I applied payment to laundry machines I was only able to do so for 4. I had a total of 7 machines to be utilized and 3 I was not able to do so because the machine stated "store closing soon". I called the number for assistance and the guy was no help at all and just hung up. Don't plan on coming here again for service. I will be coming in next day to speak with whoever is in charge. Love this laundry mat. I come here often especially since my parents washing machine is not working right now. And whenever I come there will always be a worker their to assist you with anything, which I love. However, I would have to say that Cindy is one of my favorite worker there. She is friendly and is very attentive to me when I have problems with the machine, it happened to me a couple of time . Cindy, I can say from all the other ladies working there, is the hardest worker. When I go there I know when she is working because the place is clean; and besides that she is very friendly and approachable, her smile makes my day. She is one of the reasons I go to that particular laundry mat. I refer this laundry mat to other people because it's a nice place to just relax when your waiting for your clothes to be done. In fact, I referred my mother to get her cloths wash by them, since they have a cleaning service there $1.50 a pound. I have come here for the 2nd time, and haven't had any issues with the machines, or with the dryers heating up. This place does not take quarters, and you have to load money on a card ...I personally find it easier to handle that way, and there is no "one time" fee for the card. They also offer a fluff and fold service which is pretty cool . The parking lot is well lit in case you come to wash after it gets dark, and there is always someone on site who is there cleaning and to help ...very friendly. The place is clean, and I feel comfortable washing my clothes here. If people complain about this place, they must've not gone to the bad laundromats. I have also read in recent reviews about an employee Cindy who is very helpful. I had to come back and edit my review after I received help from Cindy. I really love coming here but after my recent visit I'm uncertain if i should continue going here!! I came to wash my clothes and every tuesday and wednesday they have deals for the washers and dryers and I had a small load but to my surprise all the small loads were taken up !! and they weren't even being used the clothes were sitting there. I then let the worker know and she said there was nothing she could do? I let it be but the whole 2-3 hours I was there, NO ONE CLAIMED THE CLOTHES!! and the worker still did nothing !! This place is always dirty. the machines aren't that great. Sometimes, the bleach is not used in ur wash. and some times theres bleach in the top compartment, and if u dont check, it will ruin ur clothes. homeless and drug addicts are always there really high and dont clean up after themselves, and there shit is all over the place. The only thing i like about this place is that it's 24 hours. I suggest that if they stay 24 hours, at least have a security guard or a night shift person to kick the homeless/ drug addicts out to have it cleaner and disent for the actual customers. read more

I would not recommend this laundromat. The washers always stink and they never fully clean my clothes either. Anytime I have brought my clothes for a wash they look the exact same as when I put them in, but now they also smell horrible! Had to dry them and use lots of extra dryer sheets just to rid of the horrible washer smell. I have gone here 4 times, using all the different sizes of washers, and yet every single time my clothes smell bad and are not clean. Do not use this place! It's gross. not worth it. They also don't accept cash either, they make you get a laundry card and upload money to it so that you constantly come back. I made sure to use up my balance and get rid of the card. read more

I like the fact that they have the really big washers to do all of my big comforters. Also the fact that it is now open 24hours which is a plus with the exception of all of the homeless and strung out people that seem to be a fixture there. This is a good place is you don't want to use coins, they have a reloadable card. I haven't been there when it's super busy which is nice cause u can do your laundry in peace. I've only been to a few laundry establishments in my lifetime but out of the handful of ones that i have gone to, this one takes the cake. What first astounded me was the cleanliness and upkeep of it. I constantly see employees walking around sweeping and cleaning ( behind arcade games and vending machines). I live up in Crestline but my hubby works at Ford of Upland. Once a week I'll hitch a ride with him to work so I can drop him off and do my laundry here. By far the best one I've been to! I love how there are a lot of machines and different sizes so i never have to fight for one and I think the prices are average. They always have attendants going around cleaning as well. The people were very friendly and by that I mean the other people washing their laundry. No one was rude or trying to "steal" your machine as I've experienced in other places. They offer wifi although I didn't know what the password was, I didn't ask either. I love the larger load washers. The normal size dryers, dried a double wash load of my clothes in 20 min. Love this place. All machines working and they look new and clean! They give you an extra $1 when you load $20 on the card. They have free WiFi and some of their machines hold up to 8 loads! Attendants are helpful. Came here today for the first time and this is now the only place I'll go. No yelling screaming kids running around and it's huge so I don't feel like I'm in a sardine box. Plenty of sodas and snacks and in the kmart parking lot. I'm a customer now for life! Very impressed. Forgot my laundry detergent but they had some at a decent price here too. I came with my mom so that we could wash our blankets and it was beyond clean! All the tables were cleared of any mess, floors were swept and washers were good to go! While doing what was needed, we noticed the lady who was working was cleaning the machines and you could see that she was taking her time to make sure it was ready for the next customer. Although it's not like any other laundry mat that accepts quarters and instead does their virtual card program, we didn't find it to be an issue. We will definitely be coming back! read more

Coin - Operated Laundromat! Probably the only one on the Eastvale side that I know of... What can I say, the only complaints I have about this place are their high prices and the fact that they have several "out of order" machines that require immediate attention.... On the down side, there is absolutely no one taking care of the laundromat/working it... Which is very upsetting especially when something goes wrong with a machine and money is lost, there is no way to contact someone for a reimbursement... The only way you would get reimbursed (if you do) is by filing out a little complaint/reimbursement card and dropping it off at the little box provided. The owners should really consider modernizing and provide an accurate phone number where customers can call and express their concerns or complaints other than having them go through a complain box. Last but not least, owners should also consider switching their staff to more friendly and helpful individuals... Unfortunately the lady that shows up an hour before closing time to clean up can be a bitch/pain in the ass... I don't think I've even met anyone more sour than her... BEWARE these people are not honest. I went in for a "fluff n fold" and they weighted my clothes around 6lbs (10 bucks). When i come to pick up, there was only 2 lbs of clothes left (3 shirts and 1 pair of pants all with my company logos on them are missing). PETE n the employee tell me that I am lying, eventho me and my friend was there. DONOT trust these thieves, take pictures, make them write down how much your clothes weight if you must use their services. But better off bring your cash to some other than this place. Where do I start... so this place is now my new favorite place to go and leave my laundry for the " Fluff and Fold" I normally do laundry weekly, but if your like me -a full time mom who works, sometimes you don't have time to be washing and drying and waiting!!!! Not every laundry mat has this service. So let me start by saying it's not expensive I probably send $10 more then what I would normally spend by doing the washing myself. They weighed your soil clothes, charge $1.50 lb. They wash and dry and fold all of it for you. They use a company soap and fabric softener etc. They will put your sweaters and fancy tops in hangers for you (per request) and honestly this ladies take time in folding and separating your pants, t-shirts, socks and under garments. It's put in a sturdy plastic bag for you when you pick up, alll the while your doing your thing running errands or just relaxing at home. I don't have a washer or dryer at home for years. It's nice to take a break from doing laundry every now and then!!!! Must try this services people!!! read more

This was my first time at this location. It was clean and super convenient. I love the fact that you don't have to use quarters!!! You load up a card and use it for the washers and dryers. It is much larger than the location I went to before. They open at 5 am, which is also a plus. I got there at 5:30 am and my clothes were washed and folded by 7:30. I do need to mention that I saw a mouse run across the floor between the machines. I was a little startled. The attendant does not arrive until 8 am so I could but infirm anyone. It's very clean and large. Lots of washing machines of all sizes. The smallest ones are the same ones that my. Apartment uses and are 1.50 per wash and only 20 minutes. the double size are only 1.95 but they don't actually look twice as big. The triple load which is probably more like 2+ size is 3.25 for 20 minutes and the jumbo size ones are 7.25 and look like you could fit a small car in them and go for what looks like 30 minutes. They have 2 sizes of dryers and they are all 25 cents per 10 minutes. I'm really impressed by this place and will definitely come back. I love not having to deal with quarters since their cars system can be loaded with debit cards. Their free wifi isn't too slow either, nothing to phone home about though since it's only .5mb down and up but that's fine for hulu read more
