A reliable local business with relatively quick turn around time. I usually drop off my items expecting to pick them up 2 - 3 days later. We bring our bring suits, slacks, and jackets here regularly and have been at least a dozen times or more. read more

I hate to write a bad review but here it goes. I haven't been this mad in such a long time. It took everything in me not to go back up there. I took my white comforter there to be cleaned. Because there were a few stains. Well EVERY stain that was there when I dropped it off was STILL there when I got it back home. I truly couldn't understand what the problem was ! Like how could this be !? So I called. And I waited a day until I was calm. I asked the man if something could be done because I paid over $30 for a service that didn't happen. The man told me I was charged because they "tried" to get the stains out and that they couldn't get the stains out after 2 tries. So I continued to express the fact that my comforter was still stained. IN ADDITION, it smelled like hospital bed sheets. Gross ! I've never been so disappointed in a business and the quality. How do you charge me a WHOLE cost for such a horrible service? And then at the end tell me there's nothing you can do.? Not even a coupon !? Disgusting ! Shouldn't be in business if you can't please your customer. So understand when you go to this business you are charged for their effort, NOT for their service. If your items come out decent, that's only a perk, not an expectation. Enjoy the photos below.!! read more

Do not bring your comforters here! While it's been a few months since I had my full-sized comforter cleaned, when I finally took it out of the bag the other day I found the cotton stuffing to be all bunched up in places and discovered a tear in one of the corners. read more

Brite Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Been coming to this cleaners for the past 4 years and I am never dissapointed with the quality of service that I get from both the owners here. They've always helped me out especially when I needed a rush job because of an important occassion and plus they're very friendly and remember who their regulars are. I recently moved back to this area and when I first went back here to take some clothes in they were both were like "we haven't seen you in a long time." That was a nice welcome home feeling. This place has certainly become my cleaners. read more

3.5 overall. As far as the quality of their work, it's really good. I've gotten clothes cleaned here & most recently had pants hemmed and it was great. Their prices aren't the cheapest though. $12.50 for pant hemming. Most places are $8-10. But, the location is extremely convenient to me! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I brought them a dress for alterations. I tried it on and I asked her to make it shorter because don't want it to touch the floor. When I pick it up my dress still long! It is not what I ask her to do. Then I ask her to correct it she wants to charge me again for her mistake. Save yourself from headaches go to other place! Customer service here is beyond bad! read more

Finally a dry cleaners I can trust. This is where I would recommend, if you ever need to dry clean your slacks, jerseys, and dress shirts. They also do tailoring, but I have no prior experience with the tailoring so I can't give you any feedback in that category. So what prompted me to do my review on this place after coming here for more than a year? Well a year or two ago, I went to Deluxe Cleaners in Riverside to have my Kobe Bryant jersey dry cleaned. It was close and cheap since they did student discounts. I got my jersey back and to my mistake, I failed to carefully check to make sure it was okay. A few weeks later, I was ready to wear my jersey to a Lakers game, to find that there was some discoloring in parts of the numbers. WTF!!!!!! (punching things all around me) I was furious and could not believe it! By now, it was too late to make any complaints. I rarely wear that jersey now because it got messed up. It just sits in the closet now. So recently, I needed to get my authentic Troy Polamalu football jersey dry cleaned and was hesitant to do so. Coming to Brite Cleaners as often as I did, I had the confidence and trust for them to take care of my jersey and Steelers cap. I picked up my items today and I was totally impressed! I thoroughly checked the jersey to make sure there was no damage before leaving. Everything looked good and brand new! Brite Cleaners is very professional and their service is impeccable. Your requests for having your clothes dry cleaned will be ready for you the very next day if your in a rush for it! The prices here are pretty cheap also. Definitely a dry cleaner that I will go to if I am ever in the area and need dirty stains eliminated. read more

As I am typing this review, I cant help but NOT like this place. I dropped off my 3 business shirts and 2 slacks for dry cleaning last week and just like Charlie S. said in their review, clothes smell. I dropped off on a Tuesday and the lady said they would be ready on Friday at 5pm. I picked them up, took them home and put them in the closet. I grabbed one of the business shirts put it on then grabbed my coffee and headed out the house. As I was driving, thought maybe I spilled something in the car the night before because there was a faint "dirty laundry water smell", eww! Flipping sux because now I am wearing this all day! If you want your clothes to get that "wet and no dry" smell, bring your clothes here. I dont know how these people stay in business?!?! This was my first and last visit...DONT GOOOOO! DONT DO IT! read more

I live next to this place So for convenience it's perfect the people behind the counter are friendly good at knowing your name and always have your clothes ready when you want them read more

I went to Brite Cleaners for the first time last week to have a down comforter cleaned. My toddler got a sudden stomach flu and I wanted a professional to make sure the blanket wasn't ruined. I picked it up today and it looks marvelous. There is no mark of any accident ever having happened. It feels and smells just like it did when it was brand new. I will definitely be giving them repeat business! read more

Brite Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

The service is great. Very friendly staff and turnaround is pretty quick. Why 3 stars, you ask? Easy! It's probably the most expensive dry cleaning service in town! And why do I keep coming back?! LOCATION! It's conveniently located on northwest corner of Milliken & 4th St. QUICK TIP: Whenever you drop off clothes, they will ask if 3 or 4 days turnaround is fine. I just say I need them ASAP. They can have them ready for you as soon as two days! read more

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! I asked how much it would be for a hem and the man told me $4.50...come to find out when I picked my pants up the hem cost $12.50. Talk about a bunch of liars. I will never go here again! read more

Took 2 Levi jeans 501 to them got them back I. 3 days and my pants smelled like sitting water ...they smelled bad

I bought a nice suit and dropped it off before wearing it. When I picked up the suit I didn't have time to pull it out and inspect it because I had an important meeting to attend. I literally pulled the blazer out of the plastic wrapping a few short minutes before the meeting was to start and to a very unpleasant and disappointing surprise, my jacket wreaked of dirty laundry water, you know the stench that accumulates if you forget about wet clothes in the dryer? Yes, this suit was brand new! This was very upsetting because I invested good money to use a nice suit and trusted that the cleaners would do their jobs. Plus I had to sit in my meeting without my blazer because I didn't wan the stench in my nose. The next day, I went back to Brite Cleaners, a manager told me that it was "The stench of the chemicals." Come on! I've had plenty of suits dry-cleaned and I've never had this issue. Seems like someone mishandled my nice suit! However, to add to this issue, the manager guy, said he was going to try and steam the stench out! Seriously!?? The stench was in the cloth because of whatever mishandling treatment occured behind the scenes! He then decided to explain to me that there was no refund available because it was just how dry cleaners smell. The manager agreed to pay only 38% of my bill, ultimately I paid $13 to have a brand new suit and shirt that ruined my evening and costed me another $11 to take it to a different place. The other place I took my suit to didn't make my suit smell like old wet clothes. read more

They were so helpful and accommodating to iron my boyfriends interview suit in a rush before his interview because we don't have an iron! I appreciate the customer service. read more

Had I just gotten dry cleaning down this review would have been higher, but I had them heem my pants and while they did a fine job (even though the stitching is coming out already) they charged way too much. I could get that done for $5 at my old place and they charge over $10. Sucks when you do 4 pairs of pants plus drycleaning after. I guess I prob should have asked the price instead of assuming. Oh well. read more

I don't think they cleaned my clothes. Compared to some others. Brite seems like they only ironed my clothes and put them back on the hangar. read more

My husband took his suit here to get it dry cleaned and picked it up like normal assuming all was good. Had to attend a wedding and couldn't figure out why his suit was 2 different blues. Looked again and they gave him THE WRONG COAT. His suit was pricey and they messed up and gave him someone else's coat that was not even the same brand. They blamed my husband because he walked out of the store without checking, which is clearly stated on their policy on the wall? But also saying that "this never happens." Welp, it happened guy. My husband doesn't have another blue suit so it's not like he accidentally switched his. Also, I get that accidental tears, stains staying can be something in the policy. But GIVING US SOMEONE ELSES COAT AND THEM OURS?! Hoping this mess up can be fixed as that's the suit he wore to our wedding but don't expect much if they clearly just grab things that look alike and give them to people. Very angry. Absolutely pathetic dry cleaner. Check your coats, everyone! read more

I brought A pair of my sons shorts here to be hemmed that were to long, they did a great job and very reasonable!

My husbands alterations came out alright. She isn't able to do very much as far as taking items in. Just moved here thought I would check them out, will only go there for cleaning not alterations read more

I have had a couple of suits and a couple parties of pants cleaned. They do a great job at a fair price. I will definitely keep coming back.

I just moved to the area, and I have been looking for a place to dry clean my suits. I walked inside and asked the gentleman for a business card and some of his prices. He asked me why I needed to know. I replied because I would like to drop off clothes. I should say I wanted to drop off clothes; I don't think I will be using this place. Very rude. read more
