DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED!!! What I liked about this cleaners was the fact that they are open weekends which most cleaners are not, so I decided to take a drive here from Ontario to Fontana. I took my pants back in March to get hemmed and no problem. Work was good. The problem was when I took my second pair of pants this July 27th. I took one piece (one pant) for it to get hemmed and attached my original pants from back from March. I left two pieces one for sowing and the other as an original to copy. Well the lost my pants!!! I asked to have someone call me and it seamed like I had to be the one looking for them for this to get resolved. When I called the manager her name is Rosa, she had a bit of an attitude cause I was an upset customer. As I should be... she told me I had to wait 30-days to put in a claim. So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. I dropped off two identical skirts (same style, size, and fabric, different colors) at the Fontana location. When I picked them up, one had clearly shrunk compared to the other. The staff at pickup were helpful. They photographed both skirts, took notes, told me I did not need to leave the skirts at the store, and said the manager would call the next day. No call came. When I called the store, the manager insisted I make another 40-minute round trip so she could see the skirt herself, even though her staff had already documented it and told me I could take it home. When I asked why that was necessary, she raised her voice and hung up on me. When I called back, she hung up again. Separately, a $10 coupon in the Kona Cleaners app could not be applied at the store, and it now shows as "redeemed" in the app even though I never received the discount. Garment damage can happen. What matters is how a business handles it, and this was handled poorly. I have reported the issue to Kona Cleaners customer service and will update this review based on how it is resolved. read more

Careless employee and business procedure. I came here for the first on 7/11/2026 Saturday. I checkin my suit to be clean. Employee is like a teen ager and he told me my suit can be pickup on Monday 7/14/2026. I pickup my suit with different hanger and look a wire that is so cheap. I the two employee to look for it. Unfortunate, they couldn't find. I was inform that they don't clean the clothes within their premises. They pick it up and bring it to Orange county or city. They took my hanger and couldn't return it. If they don't keep track the hunger, they should give it back to from the very beginning after I checkin. I'm not going here anymore. I've been going here for a couple of years now, and the quality of my dry cleaning has gone really bad. This is the third time, for me, that they've messed up on my order. Two of my shirts have scuff marks, one of them has stains, and the other one was never pressed just cleaned. Last time they forgot to do an alteration, and the time before that I had a couple of scuff marks that weren't there to begin with. I brought a Essential Pants that I just bought and were a little too big, then I took the pants to Kona Cleaner's to be cut, I was very surprised and amazed that they did the job very quickly, only about 15 minutes and were finished with very good results. If I took them to another place, I'm sure they would need at least 2 or 3 days before I could pick them up. I moved to the area 3 years ago and started using Kona cleaners and since I don't like shopping around I used Kona cleaners even though I thought they were expensive. Recently I noticed that I took in 8 pieces and it appeared that they were now charging me almost $9 per shirt my bill was almost $90.At this point I decided to shop around and I was absolutely amazed that within 2 miles of this location I found a cleaners that did the work for half the cost and the quality is virtually the same. My recommendation is please shop around because I just saved about 50% for the same work and all that changed was a 2 minute drive and they also have pick up and delivery service so Kona cleaners does fine work but at 100% more than there competitors so I am no longer a kona cleaners client. Some of the best service I've ever received at a dry cleaners. I needed a pair of pants hemmed ASAP, and Ezdihar did an amazing job. I called ahead to ask how quickly they could do it, and they told me to come in right away. As soon as I arrived, they helped me find the perfect length after I tried them on. Once I handed over the jeans, they told me to come back in just 30 minutes--only 30! When I returned, the jeans were perfect. No extra fabric, clean stitching, and exactly the fit I was hoping for. I've been a regular customer for years; our entire family has. On 05/27/26 I took my Dodger jersey there for dry cleaning, had a few dirt spots. I was immediately informed that the cost would be $30.00, that was jaw dropping but I allowed the process to move forward. This was the first time that I had a jersey cleaned before and decided to go home and get price quotes, I found two other dry cleaners in the area one would charge $12.95 and the other $7.50. When I picked up my jersey today and paid the price as requested, and the jersey had been cleaned back to new.
