ery Disappointing Customer Service Experience I visited this tailor shop this afternoon looking for a petticoat for a 10-year-old girl. There were two ladies working, one of whom was busy with something else. I approached the other lady to ask if they carried petticoats, and from the moment I walked in, she seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me. She asked what size I needed, and I explained that it was for a 10-year-old girl and that I was looking for something shorter rather than too long. I offered to find a picture to better explain what I had in mind. Her response was simply, "Let me know when you find it." Instead of trying to help me figure out what might work, she made me feel as though I didn't know what I was talking about. Once I found the picture, she immediately said, "No, we don't have that." I then asked if they made corsets. She said yes, but they weren't making any right now because they were busy for the next few months. I completely understood that, so I tried asking how far in advance I would need to place an order. Before I could even explain that my event isn't until July of NEXT YEAR, she shut down the conversation again, saying they weren't making them. It felt like every question I asked was met with "No, no, no!" There was no effort to offer alternatives, ask questions, or even understand what I was looking for. I felt uncomfortable asking anything else, almost as if I was bothering her simply by being there. I finally thanked her and walked away. She attempted to say something as I was leaving, perhaps realizing I was upset, but by then I had already had enough. What made this experience even more disappointing was that I walked into another shop right around the corner and was immediately greeted with a smile, kindness, and excellent customer service. What a difference! First impressions matter! When someone walks into your business for the first time, the way you greet and treat them can determine whether they ever return. I wasn't expecting anyone to have exactly what I needed or to accommodate an order immediately. I was simply hoping for a little patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome, dismissed, and disappointed. A little kindness and good customer service go a long way, and sadly, that was missing from my experience today. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here The lady was super rude to me and not understanding at all i had to call multiple times to make sure she understood what i wanted. I simply asked for was to stitch a button up shirt closed. I didn't want the buttons holes to be fixed. I wanted to shut closed. When I told her that she said she can fix the holes so the buttons wouldn't fall off while I was trying to close the shirt. It's not what I wanted. It wasn't the look I was going for so she said OK. She will do it. I sent someone to go pick up the shirt because I did not want to see the lady again and the lady proceeded to tell the person I sent that girls these days don't know how to dress or style things. And not only that when he went to pick up my shirt she didn't do what I asked she continued to try to fix the holes when all I wanted, it was to be shut. And she charged me $25 for not doing what I want and for doing what she wants and at the end of the day all I want was two stitching. read more
