I had sent a sizable list so I figured that was okay because I wouldn't have time to try all of them on anyway. My stylist literally only pulled 2 of the 9 I sent. She then lied and said all the others were out of stock when I know for a fact I saw at least one I sent in my list on the racks. Although we arrived on time it was about 20 minutes before my stylist checked in with me and 40 minutes before I got my first dress on. We didn't maximize the time we had and then were rushed out when our appointment ended even though we started so late. It was really disappointing. The stylist here told me that most of the dresses available online weren't in stock anymore. I had chosen this store as my top choice because they seemed to have a greater inventory than others and actually had photos of their dresses online. It doesn't help if it's not actually up-to-date. When I messaged them again to report on my experience and ask for updated inventory checks on my top dresses to make more efficient use of time for my second appointment, I received no response. In contrast, when I messaged their Westminster branch a day later, I received a prompt and detailed reply. Likewise, other bridal shops asked for me to fill out questionnaires with my style preference, send photos of my inspiration, or let them know which of their dresses I wanted to wear, then had them ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. Really disappointed with my experience here. They had some pretty dresses but the lack of organization and mismanagement of time from my stylist really ruined my first experience at a bridal shop. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because there were some really pretty dresses for decent prices and they can adjust the dresses with pretty straps for strapless dresses. The woman doing the pinning for alterations barely put in any effort--I had to repeatedly ask her to place the pins properly so my mom could even visualize the fit. She expected us to tell her exactly where to pin as if we were the professionals. When we returned for the fitting, the alterations were horribly done. The stitching was uneven, the inside was bunched up, and it looked sloppy. When I pointed this out, the owner admitted she isn't a seamstress and dismissed my concerns. She only offered to give my mom a different dress with no alterations, and no refund. She even suggested the poor sewing "could be cut and steamed out," but anyone could see the workmanship was unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially with something as important as a wedding. I would never recommend Princess Bridal, and it's clear why they already have so many negative reviews.

We told the same elderly woman that only one side had been sewn. She accused us that we had torn it ourselves, than she said we never told her and on, and on she went. I told her I would put a review about her business, and she said I could do whatever I wanted and that she didn't care. Another woman intervened, and she apologized and said to leave it and they would take care of it, again. On our third visit it had been sewn, but not completely.
