Gabriella A. - is the sweetest, absolutely no pressure on anything, picked up on cues of what I liked and didn't and made great suggestions and noticed things I didn't even pick up on that I liked or kept going back to. I would come again just for her, so sweet, supportive, and overall I think made our experience so enjoyable together. I 10/10 recommend going with her if you try on here. I honestly regret purchasing my wedding dress from Luv Bridal. Finding your wedding dress is supposed to be such a special, exciting experience, and unfortunately they made me feel more like a customer making a purchase than a bride celebrating one of the biggest moments of her life. From the beginning, I had booked an appointment, but when I arrived, my name wasn't even on their list. That immediately made the experience feel disappointing and unorganized. I did end up finding my dress there, and while I love my dress, I genuinely wish I had found it at a different bridal store because the overall experience took so much away from what should have been a beautiful memory. When I came back to pick up my dress, the experience was even worse. The African American woman working at the front was extremely unwelcoming and made me feel completely overlooked. I wasn't even given the opportunity to try my dress on before paying the remaining balance, which I expected to be a normal part of picking up a wedding gown. What hurt the most was watching them celebrate and take pictures of other brides while completely ignoring me. My mom was with me and even asked, "What is wrong with them?" because she could see how differently I was being treated. I left feeling so sad on a day that I had been looking forward to. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the way my mother was treated when she walked in. My mom wears a hijab and we are Muslim, and I immediately noticed people staring her up and down. It was extremely uncomfortable and made both of us feel like we were being looked at differently because of how she was dressed. No bride or her family should walk into a bridal store and be made to feel out of place because of their religion or culture. A bridal shop isn't just selling dresses. You're part of an experience that brides and their families will remember forever. I spent a lot of money on my gown, but more importantly, this was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Unfortunately, Luv Bridal made mine feel transactional, uncomfortable, and completely un-special. I love my dress, but I truly wish I could say I loved where I purchased it. We came for my cousin and we loved the experience! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave they make sure you are taken care of. Wyatt was her stylist and he was so sweet and fun. My cousin got to go down and look through what she wanted them relayed that to Wyatt. He made sure he understood what she wanted and catered the selection to her. They have racks of dresses down the middle and side of the store. They have restrooms and one of them had a changing bed. They have a snack bar that was a major plus for us. I was fortunate to take part in my niece's wedding dress selection. Our party of 6 was warmly greeted and seated in a comfy couch and stools. Carbonated flavored water, bottled water, pretzels, popcorn and snacks were brought on a tray for our group to enjoy. Christine was my niece's consultant, she was attentive, patient, and helpful. My niece tried on several dresses she selected and also some that were consultant recommended. The set up is smartly done, each bride has their own space, full size mirror, platform, and rack. Once my niece zeroed in a couple of dresses, a veil was added to experience the fuller effect. The aesthetic of the store is chic and welcoming. The attention to detail and area to take pics are a nice touch. Thankfully, my niece found her dress (recommended by Christine). We brought a bottle of champagne and glasses to toast if a dress was found and the staff was very accommodating to our large party.
