Isaac did a beautiful job on the alterations for my Mother of the Groom dress. I bought the dress online and it needed hemming of about four layers. Not only did Isaac expertly do the hem, but he made some amazing other suggestions for tucking that we a result made my dress fit like a glove for the occasion. Isaac has been in Upland for so long and continues to do a great job. 10 years ago I rented tuxes from him for High School prom. Even then he was nice, helpful, and did a great job with alterations. I came to Isaac this time to tailor a new suit I bought. He was just as friendly, helpful, and professional as he had always been. He did exactly what I wanted and even suggested a couple other things to help my overall ideal suit come into fruition. Isaac told me he went to school to learn design and so I wanted his input on making stylistic and fashionable alterations to my suit for the formal event I was going to attend. Hidden Gem! I had been all over town looking for a shop to add some embellishment to my wedding dress. I frequent the Starbucks next to the shop and never noticed it, but this day I looked up and there it was, Isaac & Isaac Bridal shop right under my nose ! Isaac was very friendly and greeted me when I came in. He told me what he could realistically do to my dress and gave me some great recommendations. The job took about 6 weeks and was well worth the wait . He added a Devine embellishment to my dress and train for a very reasonable price ! Little over $100. When I came to get fitted , my dress fit like a glove and had the exact amount of bling added to it from the embellishment that it needed. Isaac was lovely , great service , and quality work . Awful. They charged too much for a terrible job. My sister and I took our bridesmaids dresses here to get fitted. He tried to take longer then he promised on hers. And he made mine a size too small. $85 in alterations (after a discount) for a dress I could barely breath in and now it's ruined and unless I lose 10 lbs cannot wear again. I'm already a size 2- this isnt possible. They were all talk until we paid, then they were rude and did a terrible job. read more

My brother-in-law asked me to return his tux as a favor since they were going to be on their honeymoon and the tux was due back that day. I arrived at the place on a Monday at noon. The sign on the door said they were open Mondays from 10am til 2pm, but they were closed. They are only open 4 hours on Monday and I thought that they couldn't be at lunch so I decided to wait. I called several times and left messages and waited for a half hour and no one showed up. This caused me to be late fir work. The least they could have done was call me back to let me know when they would be open. I am huge on customer service and this kind of thing doesn't sit well with me at all. I hope they by brother-in-law got a good deal and I hope they don't think they are going to charge him for a late return. read more

A very good experience here at Isaac and Isaac's. Our groomsmen and ushers needed tuxes shipped from the corporation, Jim's Formal Wear, to our destination wedding, and our guys also got their measurements taken elsewhere, in different locations nationwide. After collecting all of the measurements in careful detail and sharing them with Isaac, he worked with Jim's Formal Wear to help get all of the tuxes to our wedding party and well on time. In fact, months earlier, Jim's Formal Wear initially promised to deliver the tuxes to Isaac's shop on one particular date, but they then tried to back out on that deal much later, and just a few weeks before our wedding. Unacceptable to most well-planned customers, for sure. Soon after, Isaac went to bat for us, fighting for us like we were his own family, and he got the company to honor its initial promise that the tuxes would be delivered on the exact day that we needed to collect them before our wedding. Subsequently, the tuxes were delivered as had been first promised. The tuxes were near perfect, minus one guy's larger pair of pants (perhaps he lost a few pounds since measurement) and several missing button studs. Everything else was satisfactory. All of the Gents looked great on our wedding day, and our family will be forever grateful to Isaac for his willingness to help us get the clothing that we needed for our wedding and on time. He made my wife and I feel like family during our entire ~10 months working together. We'd highly recommend Isaac for all of your bridal party needs, especially when you come prepared to work with Isaac. Like any other awesome human being, Isaac responds best to your kindness, patience, generosity, and care as a customer. I always take my shirts here, even when I buy a slim fit Calvin Klein it still needs to be cut and fixed to get that true custom Italian shirt tapered look. They also do leather as well, fixed up my Italian leather jacket and also my motorcycle chaps. No problem. Looks like new. I ordered a bridesmaid dress online from China for my cousins wedding a few months back and I was given a dress way to small and the hem was uneven. With little time before the wedding we found this place (found this place due to the yelp reviews and frequent trips to Starbucks) and Isaac was able to take out the sides of my dress and make a clean hem along the bottom-it looked like a whole new dress and fit great! We had a few visits to make sure the dress fit just right but he was so sweet and made sure everything was great :) Isaac provided great service and I had three visits total to try on the dress and for all the alterations to be made. So my family is known for going here for all of our special occasions. Not once have we had a problem. We came here for my families wedding and they looked sharp as can be.
