I found two great contenders for my dress, but I wanted to focus on the service on this review. Gabriella A. - is the sweetest, absolutely no pressure on anything, picked up on cues of what I liked and didn't and made great suggestions and noticed things I didn't even pick up on that I liked or kept going back to. I would come again just for her, so sweet, supportive, and overall I think made our experience so enjoyable together. I 10/10 recommend going with her if you try on here. And no I'm not in any relation or sponsored and I hardly ever leave reviews- she just definitely loves her job and is great at it and it shows. Claps and snaps girl- you are the VIP. The selection they have is great, reasonably priced I'm looking at two dresses ceremony/reception that fit my budget actually. I had sent a sizable list so I figured that was okay because I wouldn't have time to try all of them on anyway. My stylist literally only pulled 2 of the 9 I sent. She then lied and said all the others were out of stock when I know for a fact I saw at least one I sent in my list on the racks. Although we arrived on time it was about 20 minutes before my stylist checked in with me and 40 minutes before I got my first dress on. We didn't maximize the time we had and then were rushed out when our appointment ended even though we started so late. It was really disappointing. The stylist here told me that most of the dresses available online weren't in stock anymore. I had chosen this store as my top choice because they seemed to have a greater inventory than others and actually had photos of their dresses online. It doesn't help if it's not actually up-to-date. When I messaged them again to report on my experience and ask for updated inventory checks on my top dresses to make more efficient use of time for my second appointment, I received no response. In contrast, when I messaged their Westminster branch a day later, I received a prompt and detailed reply. Likewise, other bridal shops asked for me to fill out questionnaires with my style preference, send photos of my inspiration, or let them know which of their dresses I wanted to wear, then had them ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. Really disappointed with my experience here. They had some pretty dresses but the lack of organization and mismanagement of time from my stylist really ruined my first experience at a bridal shop. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because there were some really pretty dresses for decent prices and they can adjust the dresses with pretty straps for strapless dresses. However, I would recommend going to another Luv Bridal location if possible.

The shop was basically all ours for the duration of the appointment. This place had pretty dresses with such unique back details. My stylist was also great at pivoting and chose a great dress when we started narrowing down the dress style I liked. She allowed us to look at their dress selection, which not all bridal shops do. She was really great! They also had pretty accessory options. All in all, it was a great experience. Efficient and maximized time without ever feeling rushed. I would 100% recommend looking for a bridal dress here. Unfortunately, my favorite dress was an off-the-rack one that wasn't able to made to order, and I was enough sizes down that I didn't feel comfortable buying it and making alterations from the sample size, but I would still highly recommend this place for all the reasons listed above.

I had a very short turnaround for my wedding dress alterations -- only from February 14 to March 14…read more-- and I was worried about whether everything could be done in time. From the moment I came in, the seamstresses were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. I originally came in without my mom and was nervous about making decisions on my own, but they carefully pinned everything so I could clearly see how the final dress would look. That gave me so much confidence moving forward. When I first arrived, I thought the dress would only need a simple sleeve adjustment. Instead, they discovered the bottom hem wasn't straight at all, the bodice needed to be taken in quite a bit, and a bustle needed to be added. It ended up being much more work than I expected. Today was my second fitting, and I am beyond happy with how everything turned out. The dress fits beautifully and looks absolutely perfect. I truly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and skill. My dress looks amazing, and I can't wait to wear it on March 14. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing alterations.

They were super warm and inviting upon attending with my mom, sister, mother-in-law, and toddler niece. We all never had any experience with bridal dress shopping so this was a first time for all of us. They made it such a fun experience and had a great selection of dresses both with my inspiration in mind and others they thought I would like! They offered a lot of advice and were so hands on, both helping me button up the dresses and fanning out the trains and even trying on different veils! They also encouraged us to get lots of pictures and video of all the dresses I tried on, in all the angles of course! Prices on the dresses were super fair and a fraction of the price I would imagine at other places.
