The bad reviews at this place are what I experienced. This place wants you to stick to one style and pick it automatically. They just want to make a sale. I, of course, am a new bride, and I am still seeing what looks good on my body. After I asked to try on different dresses, the owner said "that size won't fit you," or "that's a ball gown. you won't like it." What's the point of having appointments if you can't discover new things? I told her I had never tried that style, but she insisted on only having me try on gowns that SHE selected. $50 is really steep for a place that only lets you try on dresses FOR AN HOUR. I could have pictured myself walking down the aisle with one dress in particular, but I chose to take my business elsewhere. "We have another bride coming ," is what she told me when I asked to try something else on. No one ever came through the door. I had 10 mins left, but it's fine. I'm excited to learn from mistakes and not trust fake Yelp reviews, and yes, I expect her to reply to this saying that I was somehow the problem. read more

I was excited to go the store to shop for my wedding dress but when I approach the door the lady rush the door and locked it so when I went to open the door she stood in the doorway not allowing me to enter stating that wedding dress shopping was by appointment only which I found odd, because on their website it states appointments are available not that they are required. I was not pleased with the lady's approach with me do I called the store asking if they were open and if an appointment was needed the person on the phone said no I was able to walk in without an appointment. The comments made by the owner of this store are lies. My daughter's wedding date isn't for one year from now and we were always present for her when she tried one on and came out to show us. WE DIDNT BUY A DRESS FROM THIS STORE EITHER. I don't recommend shopping for a bridal dress here. There were two women working there and they didn't let us walk around and pick out any dresses. They went and pulled dresses that they wanted my daughter to try on only. Even when my daughter didn't like the dress in the dressing room, they still made her come out to show everyone that came with her. Their dresses are overpriced as well. read more

EDIT: I absolutely would NOT purchase a wedding dress here. We went in understanding appointments to try on dresses must be booked in advance. We were not greeted upon entry, only stared at until we asked if we may browse. We were able to browse granted that we did not unzip any dress bags. Cute small place, we just felt very unwelcomed. This made me feel like not booking an appointment to try anything on. I feel that a bride-to-be should be made to feel excited for the experience, and not nervous about checking out dresses for the first time. I just want to put it out there for the brides who want stress free environment when it comes to wedding dress shopping, this is NOT the place you want to be in. They'll sell you their saying " no need to stress, will find your dream wedding dress stress free" RIGHT! especially if you have Jordan as your person helping you then you're stress level will definitely be high up there and definitely wont bring you what you're looking for. This was by far the most uncomfortable and the worst dress shopping experience I've had to date. I went to few shops and I found this while going to another store in the area and unfortunately I did. Def if I have a person like Jordan being rude and disrespectful and yelling at you from across the room. Oh keep in mind YOU CANT TOUCH A DRESS. So at the end, it was 5 o'clock and I saw one on the mannequin, I was like that's beautiful. She's like its 5 o'clock and this was out of your budget so I didn't show you and we're closed, meaning leave.All other places would mention it and ask if I want to see something that I may like but its outside the budge you put. The best part which some other reviewer mentioned "Older lady tells me WELL WHAT IS IT YOU DON'T LIKE?? Hmm maybe EVERYTHING" that's how I felt. I show you one thing and you put me on one thing that is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. My friend was there and I would just look at her and I can see what she's thinking and how horrible they are.. Customer service is by far the worst! Take your business elsewhere. Skip it! I feel more comfortable making this review now that I have been to four establishments searching for my daughter's dress. Our experience here left us all with an icky feeling. They just wanted to sell a dress that day and didn't care if she wasn't happy with parts of the dress and kept trying to get her to pick one despite that. They also only had fancier dresses, not the simpler kind she was drawn to. This was the only place that charged $25 for the 90 minute appointment and they basically told us they had nothing for us and to leave 20 min early! Just a disappointing experience overall. But they did write cute personalized messages on the mirrors that was a nice touch. read more

A week before my appointment I walked into the store because I saw a dress I liked. The old lady at the front was very welcoming and nice and said all we needed to do was submit a form on instagram and that was it. So I scheduled for today and when we showed up the doors were locked and another younger lady walked out and asked if we had a question but I said I had an appointment. They told me to wait outside and its a very hot day so already i thought their customer service was bad. They could have had us wait inside. When the older lady came out she told us that our appointment wasnt confirmed and I told her that when we came last week she didnt mention any confirmation needed. I then asked her when would I have heard back because I came on the same day and I still didnt get a confirmation and all she said was she didnt know what happened to the appointment. She was very rude and the other younger lady kept looking at me and my family like we didnt belong. I do think they were discriminating based on our looks. I do not recommend coming here. read more
