One trying on tailored pants and saw his satisfaction with his body language and words of appreciation to the Tailor. The other customer came in to pick up a jacket that was completed, tried it on, and shared his gratitude with the work and was surprised that the Tailor had also worked on an inside pocket! (I could tell he was a repeat customer.) As far as my purse the Tailor fixed it and only charged me $10.00! (I gave his a $10.00 tip, which was much deserved!) I can't recommend this Tailor enough!

I only had a few days before I left town for the wedding. Cruz Tailors said they would see and could do a rush order for an added fee. I came in paid and picked up in two days. I loved the way it came out and the fit was so much better. I felt more comfortable enjoying myself without being nervous my dress would fall. Would come back and they really seem to know what they are doing. I can't say for sure price point wise if it's lower or higher but I believe it was very reasonable for what I needed as well as the speed. It's easy to find in the heart of the downtown area just a little away from the Main Streets. Street parking but there is a lot close by if you need to use it. Very convenient and right off the freeway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will say for bigger jobs you want to give them time and yourself. My alterations were fairly simple and minimal just as an FYI. Would come back again and I have a few items I need altered in my closet.

He make them shorts but he added darts to the legs. And the hem on the shorts were a disaster too. He sewed extra fabric and the hem wasn't pressed properly it was falling apart. The dress was a nightmare all he did was make darts all over the dress and and overcharge me for work my 9 year old could've done. The pockets were a joke. The material he used was cheap and he didn't even sew them correctly because they came undone while trying them on. The bottom line is he's lazy.
