I wanted a simple dress, but then I realized it was too simple. Unfortunately, I had already spent $2000 on it, so either I had to make it into something I loved, or I had to buy a whole new dress. I asked for very detailed and tedious changes that Chi assured me she could do, and she barely charged me anything for it. To be honest, I thought it would be the cost of a whole new dress, but she was more than fair and she is such a kind and honest business woman. She genuinely just wants the dress to look beautiful and will offer her expert opinions on what needs to be done to make it perfect. My friend just got married and was charged for every little pin and change that was made, but Chi told me not to worry. Whatever her original price was is what was going to stand- no additional charges even if more changes need to be made. So when my dress was finally done, I could have cried tears of joy. It literally was a brand new dress and was essentially custom made. Here are some photos and videos to show what a difference she made on my dress. Again, can't thank her enough for making a dress I hated into my dream dress. My professional photos haven't even come yet. Where I live in South OC, most places charge at least $15 per hem, which really adds up. This place did it for $4.50, or $9 for the wide legs. Well worth the drive! I dropped off seven pairs and it was less than $40. The only thing I would have liked they gave me more clarity about was to let me know when I called that wide legs would be more. But I think that is pretty standard practice, so I wasn't too mad. This place is kind of hard to find because it is so small. My navigation was telling me that I had arrived and I wasn't seeing it until I saw the small sign next to the dentist office. It was unclear on whether or not we could park in the small lot between this place and the apartment buildings, so to play it safe if I parked across the street by the supermarket, which I really enjoyed visiting after. We don't have a lot of Mexican supermarkets in South OC where I live, so it was fun to pick up some things from there and made the drive out more worth it as well. Turnover time was great as well. I can't comment on more difficult or involved jobs because I didn't use them for that, but I highly recommend coming here for hems.

I was able to make an appointment the same day I found them on yelp. The customer service from the person making the appointments, Dantella and the other girls making the alterations was exceptional. They added a bustle and straps to the dress. The straps made my dress looked more elegant. I was also able to pick up my dress the weekend before my wedding which gave me peace of mind.
