I got both my dresses hemmed since I'm pretty short 4'11, and for one of them she was able to put bra cups in one of the dresses and add volume as well as fix/remove the awkward boning structure that was attached to the dress. She even fixed the backing for one of the dress's and overall made it more cohesive. For both dresses, I thought it was fairly priced and the whole process was professional and picking up both dresses were done so in a timely manner. One trying on tailored pants and saw his satisfaction with his body language and words of appreciation to the Tailor. The other customer came in to pick up a jacket that was completed, tried it on, and shared his gratitude with the work and was surprised that the Tailor had also worked on an inside pocket! (I could tell he was a repeat customer.) As far as my purse the Tailor fixed it and only charged me $10.00! (I gave his a $10.00 tip, which was much deserved!) I can't recommend this Tailor enough!

Though they do quote you up front. My gripe is that on my final fitting the bust was too tight. I told them that it was tight and was succinctly dismissed and told it was supposed to fit like that. I didn't want to deal with the hassle or argue because I was fed up with wedding planning by then so I just took the dress as altered. I looked great on my wedding day but the dress was too damn tight all day. I've since lost weight since then and tried on my dress again just for kicks. It's still too tight on the bust area. I get that brides like to look slim or whatever, but some of us want to be comfortable on our wedding day. These wedding dresses are supposed to accentuate and fit properly not be torture devices. I will prob never bring anything back here because I'm not the tailor my clothes type but they should listen to customers when they say something is tight.

We clearly didn't, our receipt shows we left it with him and paid in full before we left. His only solution was to hand my child a bagged shirt that we don't even know will fit, as an alternative, with no alterations for it. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Especially if you have an important event that you NEED the clothes YOU already paid for and brought in! I have never received this level of customer service before from any tailor. I asked him to pull up the camera footage to check. He said he doesn't have cameras.

He make them shorts but he added darts to the legs. And the hem on the shorts were a disaster too. He sewed extra fabric and the hem wasn't pressed properly it was falling apart. The dress was a nightmare all he did was make darts all over the dress and and overcharge me for work my 9 year old could've done. The pockets were a joke. The material he used was cheap and he didn't even sew them correctly because they came undone while trying them on. The bottom line is he's lazy. If you want your clothes to be ruined and to be overcharged come her.
