My name is Ronald A. and I'm leaving a 5 star review not only because the folks that run this place do a fantastic job, but they also have really great customer service. I come in on a weekly basis to get my uniforms cleaned and I'm the type that needs certain uniforms cleaned and ready by the very next day and not one time have I ever had any problems with that. The folks here do a fantastic job of cleaning. pressing, stitching, so much so that I don't go anywhere else. I will continue to come here because they have earned my trust and respect by their fantastic work and friendly and respectful attitudes. They care about their customers which I really appreciate! So with that thank you to all who work at The Ritz-Cleaners!! read more

Amazing service, quick turn around time. And transparent pricing. Went here for bridesmaid dress alterations and messaged the shop before for a quote. Competitive pricing coupled with great customer service read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable. read more

Dropped my shirt off for some alterations this afternoon and was able to receive it completed the same day. Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Will be back for all my dry cleaning and alteration needs. read more

Been here many times and they are always quick and reliable! I highly recommend go here! They are the best.

Super nice staff, needed help with a pair of pants that fit too big, the waist alternation was cheap and they did it super well! Will be coming back for any future needs read more

This was my first time coming here, I was in a time crunch as a bridesmaid who needed her dress shortened on the bottom within 2 days. I sent a Yelp message and Alex responded so quick to walk in and request the alteration. The woman who was working was very helpful and said they usually do not complete turnarounds this quick, but because it was for a wedding they would get it done. I left my dress and picked it up 2 days later early in the day as promised. I'm extremely satisfied at their customer service and will deff be coming back! Thank you. read more

Poor quality of service. Jacket came back with the stain. Also, all five pieces I left came back smelling like damp clothes. Price is very cheap, but I now know why. If you have investment pieces you need taken care of, stay away. read more

My husband has a lot of dress clothes that require dry cleaning/professional laundering. We have been to many different locations that offer these services and find that they're either outrageously priced or not great at the work they do. This is absolutely not the case at Ritz Cleaners. Pricing is fair and they communicate clearly when the clothes will be ready. We drop off clothes regularly and they are returned quickly and are well-taken care of. The owner and the workers are all very kind and handle business-they get you in and out quickly but never make you feel dismissed. Parking lot can be a little crowded at times but they usually always have one open parking spot right outside their door! Be careful exiting onto Euclid when leaving, always a lot of traffic! read more

I was looking for a place that would handle my pant leg hemming task for a reasonable price and Alex from Ritz Cleaners in Anaheim answered my query right away. The staff was friendly and attentive to my requests, quoting me a price I could not refuse! I appreciate the quality of communication and look forward to doing more business. What a great find! =) read more

Requested alteration services for a Men's suit - mainly hemming a couple of pants and resizing the waist. Alex helped me estimate the time and what could be achieved since I was on a deadline. Received the final hemmed item on time and looks cleanly done. Total for hemming for 2x pants came out to approx. $28 which is fair value imo. I'll happily revisit them in the future when I have need and recommend their services! read more

I am beyond disappointed at the service that I received. I saved up some money and purchased myself a really nice coat from Nordstrom Rack. Now it is ruined. The coat said "dry clean only" so I took it here after reading some of the reviews. Two days later, it was ready to be picked up. After I brought home my coat, I lifted the plastic to take a closer look. The first thing I noticed was two out of my four buttons were barely hanging on with some strings clearly detached from behind. Now I'm gonna have to go find someone to reattach my buttons. Second, those two buttons were severely scratched. Third I looked down and saw that the handle on my zipper was also scratched. See my photos for reference. At my previous dry cleaners, they would wrap these buttons prior to being cleaned in order to protect them from exactly what happened to the buttons on my coat. They clearly did not take extra care of my coat. Now it looks so old and used while in fact I have never worn this coat before. I am beyond sad and will never come back to get any of my services done here. read more

Great service. Was able to do what I needed in the time frame that I needed it. Prices are reasonable and the work was great.

I got a good quote from here to get fitted for a dress that I had received from Stitch Fix, but the straps were a little too long. I decided to stop by and this place is located in a small strip mall. The tailor was very nice. The fitting room was a little small and makeshift, but it worked out. We were able to work out exactly how I wanted the dress to fit. The straps would be a bit higher and they would also pinch in the sleeve opening as well. I got the perfect date for my dress to be ready. My boyfriend was able to pick up the dress for me because I was unable to. It ended up fitting perfectly and I wore it to a dinner date. It only cost around $35, which felt like a reasonable price. I would totally use their services again if we still lived in the area. read more

Absolutely loved them here! Great prices, kind staff, fast turnaround for the clothes I brought in.

Best place around for all of your dry cleaning needs!! The service here is absolutely phenomenal, specifically Alex who deserves all the praise for how he conducts himself and treats his clients. Been coming here over a year for my suits, pants, dress shirts, and even a letterman jacket and their work is always exceptional. The prices here are reasonable and I feel like I get great value for the quality of work they do. Couldn't recommend their services enough!!! read more

Great price, helpful with all my questions and concerns, efficient, and completed in a timely manner.

Quick turnaround on a dress I needed altered for an event. Nice staff. Reasonable prices.

This our first time to use their services. When I asked for pricing around for cutting jeans that were long, this place gave us a direct answer. No special instructions too. And when we visited, the price for 2 jeans was really what was said. Yuni who helped us out was really pleasant. And when we picked up the jeans, we were totally satisfied with the way the hems were sewn. I highly recommend this place for alterations. And probably will want to come back for cleaning needs too. read more

Ritz did an AMAZING job of dry cleaning a bunch of my ivory knit sweaters, pants, and jacket! The owner was super easy to talk to when I went there for a quote and the prices are very very affordable, I was actually surprised how much they quote me for for the thick vest and jacket that I have. They allow for pick ups 2 days after drop off and everything looks super clean and there is no way I would be able to clean them so they look like that myself. I will definitely be going back to dry clean my other clothes! Super happy that I found them! read more

Great quality, just stated coming here and love how quickly the dry cleaning is completed.

Called and spoke with Alex, asked if they could sew a button on for me and he said yes, drove right over and met Alex, great guy and he fixed my issue immediately. Amazing experience, I highly recommend them read more

I needed to hem an expensive brand jeans keeping the original trim. After calling around, Alex was the most responsive and courteous. Given the level of attention to details and professionalism, I drove one city down to give them my business. I highly recommend. read more

I brought in my Bape hoodie to be dry cleaned at this place I came across called The Ritz. The pricing was decent, the service was done in 3 days. I dropped it off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. When I arrived excited to pick it up, I immediately noticed how faded the colors were, especially along the zipper line (Keep in mind this is my first time having this dry cleaned) and was immediately unsatisfied with the work. At least the threads weren't an issue. This is a $250+ hoodie and I ended up paying $7 to have it ruined on the first dry clean. The guy who was working there tried to give me an explanation as to why it came out that way and even offered to "re dry clean it" but that's obviously not going to bring the color back plus the explanation he gave me didn't really add up and I'm sure not all Bape hoodies come out this way when dry cleaned although he said it was common. In result he ended up refunding me my $7. That didn't revive my sweater or resolve the discoloration issue but at least he honored that. I wouldn't recommend this place and I'm definitely not going back. This is just a glimpse of my personal experience and decision, I'm sure not all work is done so poorly. To each their own, risk if you shall. read more

Ritz is the best, at any price. I moved about 10 miles away - So I thought I would go to A different cleaner (that was nearer my home). Big mistake To do that. Ritz has the best prices, the best service, and they do not put micro tag inserts on your clothes... like I got at a more expensive place. And my clothes here at Ritz... come out perfume free !! Please don't change what you're doing. Or warn us if you do. Please, Alex :) read more

Ritz Cleaners has been my go-to spot for a while now, and I can honestly say their service is top-notch. Alex, Yuni, and Mirna always go above and beyond -- they're professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. Whether it's dry cleaning, alterations, or pressing, my clothes always come back looking flawless and ready to wear. It's rare to find a place that combines quality, consistency, and great customer service like they do. Highly recommend Ritz Cleaners if you want your clothes handled with real care. read more

My go to dry cleaner place just because it's so close by and the service that Alex and his staff provides is amazing. Friendly, responsive, and quick service! Located in a small parking lot but can easily find parking. I've gone here a few times this year already just because I needed to either dry clean my bridesmaids dresses, hubby's suits, or get one of my dresses altered. Dry cleaning a dress/suit (top & bottom) costs about $12 and it's usually ready in about 2 days. I decided to get my dress altered here too and the price was reasonable and it was ready within a week. Highly recommend this place for dry cleaning and alterations! :) read more

I needed some dress clothes cleaned for the coming weekend so decided to give this place a try. The Ritz Cleaners is located right off of Euclid in a strip mall area. The street can get busy, but the parking lot was not, at around 3 pm, when I went to both drop off and pick up. The gentleman that helped me was Alex, and was super friendly. I had 2 dress shirts, 2 vests, 2 pairs of slacks, and a suit jacket that needed cleaning. The one day turnaround was surprising as I didn't think it'd be ready that fast. I did try to call to let them know I couldn't retrieve it the day of but kept getting a busy signal so was slightly worried after seeing a review of lost clothing. BUT glad to say there was no problem retrieving my clothes. Everything was cleaned perfectly with no damage. Will definitely come back when I have more I need cleaned. read more

My fiance brought in my dress to get the zipper fixed that had gotten caught in the fabric. It was an expensive dress with a hidden zipper on the back. When we got the dress back, the zipper was fixed but it was just a standard zipper so it was clearly visible and no longer a hidden zipper. We were short on time so we couldnt make further changes. The customer should receive back similar quality craftsmanship and not need to specify these details that an expert should have noticed! read more

Been coming to Ritz ever since my place on Lincoln closed and they do great work. The people who work here are friendly and the clothes are always as promised. I think the area is in transition so there are a lot of cars around, but I also think we are parking spoiled in OC, so I'm not too worried about it. The price seems okay, not sure you notice the difference until the price doubles. Pretty much all service repairs are available, buttons, etc. read more

Paid $200 per wedding dress for cleaning - price is decent. One dress was ripped so needed to be fixed by their tailor for $25. On 11/17/25 Monday I arrived to pick up dresses. The dress stitching was terrible- the area they fixed had a bubble effect and altered the design of the dress. The dress had parallel lines of glitter/sequins and the tailor combined two of the lines so they were no longer parallel. After pointing out that the dress alternation was not well done, I was told it would be done LATEST by 11/25/25 Tuesday. I called 3x on Tuesday to see if the dress was ready for pick up, but no one answered the phone. I drove an hour in traffic on 11/25/25 at around 4:30pm and the dress was at the tailors and not ready. They should have called me to tell me that dress would not be ready on the expected date. Poor customer service. Time is money. Both dresses had loose stitching and ruined embroidery. I would not recommend this place for wedding dress cleaning or tailoring. read more
