Came here with 6 hours before a flight to fix a mystery stain left by a tailor and they saved my butt! I called in a complete panic and was told to bring in my dress. They got the stain out and it was done in less than 4 hours! My new go to dry cleaner. read more

Honestly, the best cleaners ever. I don't know how they do what they do. I brought in my suit with a terrible stain near the chest pocket and I was surprised when they texted me today and told me it was ready. When I picked it up, it looked like I had just bought the suit all over again. Crisp, ironed, stainless. Jamie, thank you so much for the help. read more

Hamelton Cleaners is great! I will definitely be coming back. I have been looking for some places that could thoroughly clean some hats that I have which I cannot replace. Everywhere else didn't specifically say they could clean hats or I had to ship them somewhere and I was not interested in that so Hamelton Cleaners it is! They did a great job for a great price. Super friendly, super kind and caring along with excellent work.! read more

Hamilton Cleaners - After a photo of my clean hat, you don't want to see the before - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

Finding a good dry cleaner is like striking gold Let's be real, nobody likes to take things in to be dry cleaned. It's such a hassle! But, I think dry cleaning reviews are extremely important. Especially if you are trusting them with an expensive item or something sentimental. I found this place randomly after having an IV that went wrong at UCI. There was blood on my legs, the floor, all over my arms and unfortunately, my coat (it got all over my pajamas. But I was not worried about that) I immediately looked up places on yelp and dropped my coat off on the way home. Not going to lie, I was sweating while dropping this off. This is one of my go to coats and it can't just be replaced. It was a huge investment piece I read their reviews and liked the photos they posted. I dropped it off on a Thursday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. (It ended up being done a day early) When I dropped it off They asked me questions like how long it has been since the blood got on my coat (less than 2 hours prior) They ended up texting me photos as well. Showing before , during the process and then the final product The price of getting the blood out and dry cleaning the whole coat was 55 dollars. It included getting the blood out and cleaning the whole outside of the coat. It ended up looking amazing, you can't even tell it had blood soaking in it. When I came to pick my coat up, Jamie remembered the coat and the stain. she immediately asked me if I was feeling ok now and if I was healthy now. This was just the second time seeing her, and for her to remember really means she's great with customer service and actually cared. After picking up my coat, jamie sent me a text a few hours later thanking me for my service and they appreciate their customers This place is located in a little strip mall and does not look like much, yet they do specialize in very high end pieces / wedding dresses. I don't even mind coming from Long Beach to this place. It's hard finding reliable services. (The person who tailors my clothes is also based OC) So, when I came to pick up my coat, I ended up dropping off more items Which were -Balmain cardigan -Versace cape -Ramy Brook dress. And these are all light colors. So you could see all the wear and tear. For me to trust a place with my capes, that's saying a lot, lol. When it came to my cape, she even sewed the buttons on since they were loose. I did not even ask her to do this. I was blown away by her attention to detail I'm really glad I had the chance to speak to Jamie Whether dry cleaning is part of your daily / weekly routine or if it's something you do once in a blue moon, I highly suggest this locally owned and operated / family owned and operated business. Jamie is amazing pros Private parking lot The prices were really reasonable The people are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable!!!! They offer laundry pick up AND drop off They have a drive thru for pick up they also offer organic dry cleaning They have a huge list of fabrics they work with, like leather and suede They also clean couches, rugs and big items This place also specializes in wedding dress cleaning. Which if someone trusts them with their wedding dress? It must be good! Great customer service! I can't stress how great, Jamie was I think it's safe to say, I will not go anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. My coat looks brand new! I plan on dropping off - Gucci cape - Gucci loafers - Gucci handbag - Valentino cape - Gucci cardigan For next time I'm in the area. Jamie will blow you away!!!! I LOVE how she keeps you in the loop with photos. Thank you Jamie!!!! read more

I cannot recommend Jamie and Hamilton Cleaners enough! I had an extremely tight timeline and was honestly worried I wouldn't find anyone willing to take on my wedding dress. I was leaving for Europe less than a week after my wedding to have a private vow ceremony, and I wanted to bring my actual wedding dress with me. After our wedding, my dress was VERY dirty from the night. The bottom had about a 4-inch black/dirt mark from being stepped on, dragged through the streets after I took my heels off, and having drinks spilled on it. I also had a noticeable yellow pollen stain right on the front of the dress from my husband hugging me. On top of that, there was spray tan and makeup throughout the inside of the dress. I called so many cleaners in the area, and most either couldn't accommodate the timeline or wanted to see the dress before they would even consider it. Then I called Hamilton Cleaners, and Jamie immediately said YES. No hesitation. She told me they could have my dress cleaned and pressed in less than a week, and they could clean and press my husband's tux at the same time. I ended up driving about 30 minutes to get there, and from the moment I walked in, I could tell they were incredibly professional and specialized in what they do. One of the things that really stood out to me was how communicative Jamie was throughout the process. While my dress was being cleaned, she actually called and even FaceTimed me during the process so I could see the dress and what they were doing. That gave me so much peace of mind because this was such a sentimental and important piece of my wedding. And when I picked it up six days later... I was SHOCKED. My dress looked absolutely perfect. The yellow pollen stain was completely gone. The black dirt and marks along the bottom were completely gone. They even got all of the spray tan and makeup out of the inside of the dress. You genuinely could not tell that this was the same dress that had been dragged through the streets, stepped on, and worn all night long. The price was also incredible, especially considering I needed express service on such short notice. Jamie even packaged my dress carefully for traveling to Europe and told me that when I return, she can clean and properly box it for me at a discounted price. She was also kind enough to help me get my dress and my husband's tux safely into my car, which was just one more example of how thoughtful and helpful she was throughout the entire experience. Hamilton Cleaners is the kind of business you hope you find when you have something important that you need taken care of. They are incredibly skilled, professional, friendly, communicative, fast, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Jamie went above and beyond for me, and I am SO grateful that she was able to save my wedding dress in time for such a special part of our honeymoon. If you have a wedding dress, formalwear, or anything sentimental that you need cleaned, I would absolutely trust Hamilton Cleaners with it. I truly could not recommend them enough! read more

Do not go here if you have an expensive dress. They did not give me my dress back for 11 months and when I came in to get it, they would not give it to me! Ended up calling the police, and finally they gave it back to me a day later. They lost my bag it was in. It was ripped and not clean, and begged me not to give a bad review! Beyond horrible experience, I couldn't even believe what I was experiencing was real. Do not go here!!!! Do yourselves a favor and find someone who specializes in wedding dresses because they don't know what they are doing! So unprofessional. read more

I love Hamilton Cleaners. The owner is so knowledgeable and was able to tell me why the stains on my dress was worse when i used the other cleaners. i was going to throw away the dresses but I thought I would bring it to Hamilton cleaner to see if it can be rescued before I tossed it out. Sure enough, the stains came out. I used to use Seacliff Cleaners but I will not go back to them. I rather go to a cleaner who cleans on site then to go to a place where they send it out. Quality assurance is much better. Thank you so much for your help. Even though you are much further to me then the previous cleaner, I will always drive to you. I regret that I did NOT switched to Hamilton earlier. :) read more

When you move somewhere new, finding people you can actually rely on is half the battle. Hamilton Cleaners is a family-owned business you can trust. They are busy, a testimony to the quality of their services, but what stands out is how they handle the inevitable hiccups. Any time an alteration needed another look or a timeline was tight, they took ownership and made it right. That kind of accountability is rare, and it is why I don't think twice about putting my things in their hands. read more

We took in a floral tablecloth that was too large for our dining room table and asked them to shorten it (cut out a portion of the middle). We knew that it would be challenging, since we knew that it would be noticeable to some degree. To our surprise, the seamstress, Song, did an outstanding job, and it barely shows! We don't know how she did it, but we are overjoyed with the craftsmanship of her work! We have always been amazed by the quality and service of Hamilton Cleaners, but the tailoring/seamstress capabilities are also remarkable! I have attached a photo of a roughly 6" x 8" section of an 8 ft long by 4 ft wide tablecloth to demonstrate. read more

Wow! I came in with 3 large oil stains and 3 lip stick/goss stains on my dress. It sat in a suitcase for 3 weeks after the event as I was traveling. I thought it was for sure set in and impossible to get out, but Hamilton Cleaners got it out beautifully! In only 1 week, they cleaned my dress so well it looked like I had never worn it! Hamilton Cleaners is without a doubt THE BEST dry cleaners I have been to in Orange County. Jamie and the rest of the team are very friendly and do incredible work. Their attention to detail is amazing - I have forgotten to tell them about spots and they have found them and put in the effort needed to get them out! Another time I brought a delicate silk shirt with multiple stains to them that another local cleaner said was impossible to get out without ruining the shirt...not for Hamilton Cleaners! The delicate shirt was immaculately cleaned without ruining the delicate silk. I would drive here from anywhere in Orange County given the service they provide. Five stars is not enough!! read more

I drove from LB to HB just to get my Burberry coats dry cleaned by Hamilton Cleaners. As a bride, I just want to say that I 100% reccomend this place. I needed my dress to be steamed. I was stressed because the wedding day was coming up within 2 weeks. I was worried because my dress had sewn on beads on the bust and I have been told by other cleaners that they can fall off. I called Hamilton Cleansers and told me to take it in, so they can give a quote in person. They assisted me right away and gave me a call next day for the quote. They also were able to deliver the dress to the hotel where i was going to get ready and they were very careful on transporting all the way to the hotel room! My dress was silk material so it can be wrinkled easily. Because of how careful they were, my dress was perfect for my special day! No wrinkles! They also steamed my skirt that attached to my dress and had many layers and a long train! No wrinkles! If you are looking for a place for your wedding dress to be steamed, this is it! It is worth it! Now I need to bring to to be cleaned and preserved! read more
