Part of a strip center. This business has a couple parking spaces designated for their customers, but I've never seen the lot full before. Turn around time has always been a couple days, but I've also never been in a rush, so that has never been a problem for me. We've used these guys a few times now for dress shirts, suits, and dresses. Since I rarely get anything dry cleaned, I can't really speak on value. What I can tell you is that the employees (who may be the owners) always bring a smile to my face. They seem genuinely happy to interact with customers. Always happy with their work, too! read more

PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Super Shady! Swindlers! I took a wool coat with a fur collar and wrist I had bought used on eBay to Sunflower Cleaners on Sunflower and Fairview and when I came to pick it up, they asked for $99!!! I was about to burst into tears! It was partially my fault for assuming that it'll be $15-20 but I had never approved such a ticket price. After much back and forth, the owner took my coat and said fine This looks like a $500 coat, I'll sell it. As I fled the cleaners bawling, his wife offered $60 - to his dismay - and I still couldn't afford that so I drove away. Then Apparently they had given away my number to a cleaner they claim they outsource to who started harassing me with text and calls. And it was so shady that they had marked my receipt as leather. ....I hope Karma gets them for being shady horrible people read more

This cleaners is reliable and the owners are super friendly and attentive. Located in a area with several other businesses but have their own parking spaces so it's convenient. The prices are reasonable and the service is always efficient. My clothes always look great. read more

Looks like most of the great reviews are from a few years back. I went here because of the great reviews and won't be coming back. 2 work shirts and 1 sport coat for dry clean only. Was given an estimate of $16 and some change. Pretty pricey since most places I've gone on the past charged max $3 for a work shirt. Came to pick up a few days later, was changed almost $18. Pulled out the estimate and was then refunded the difference and was told it was their mistake.... Dry cleaning job wasn't anything special. Full disclosure: I am a former, loyal customer of many years at the owner's previous cleaners (Spic N Span) in Stanton, I've been meaning for a very long time to check out their new location at Sunflowers, but as I live/work in LA, it's taken me FOREVER to come back. But I've been itching to return, as it's really hard to find a quality, honest cleaners with decent prices, quick turnaround, and that knowing-you-like-family customer service! It was definitely worth the wait! I found out that the owners Mr. & Mrs. Lee, as sweet as ever, offered me their NEW CUSTOMER DISCOUNT of 20% OFF on my order! How awesome is that? :) Even though it has been many months since I've seen them, Mr. Lee immediately greeted me by name and wrote it down correctly on the order sheet before I even opened my mouth! I missed this kind of service so much. As it's been awhile since I went to the dry cleaners, I had a pretty big load of clothes so the 20% off came in handy! So it was a happy surprise when I picked up my order about a week later and I didn't get sticker shock like I normally do with other cleaners. Plus the order was meticulously prepared - clean creases on my dress pants, no baby food spots on my shirts, my husband's suit looking like new, and my dresses seemed like new life was breathed into them! Just like with writing my name on the order before I even offered it, before I even stepped foot in the door, Mr. Lee recognized me as I walked in and already had my order ready off the conveyor lol Although I can't frequent Sunflowers as often as I'd like, it's well worth it for me to save up on all my cleaning and bringing it by when I can. I asked the owner if I was the only "old customer" from their previous location, and he shared how it was a nice surprise that so many other customers from Spic N Span are making the trek like me to get to them. I guess almost 30 years of professional experience must count for something, right? I love these owners - they are the cutest Korean older couple you will ever meet! Don't be fooled by all the cheap imitations in the area who treat you rudely and don't give you that small business charm like Mr. & Mrs. Lee :) I'll have to remember to bring my alterations next time. This is one of the longest relationships I've ever had, my tryst with the wonderful owners of Sunflower (singular) Cleaners. I've been getting my clothes cleaned there for seven years, and they go above and beyond to make sure I and their many other regular customers are satisfied. It's not one of the $2 per item places -- during a few very tight-budgeted times, I tried those, and regretted the decision when I was given smelly, dirty, stiff, shrunken, or otherwise poorly treated clothes in return. However, for paying a little more, you get a lot -- fast service, incredible attention to detail, and perfectly clean clothes. read more

I would love to give Sunflower Cleaners a higher rating. Their customer service was amazing and they were very welcoming. They were also able to get my garments done quickly and their prices were very reasonable. Unfortunately, we don't rate dry cleaning off of friendliness, and I must say that this place did the worst cleaning job I've ever seen on the 3 shirts I brought in. I will try to attach a picture if I can, but there are still dirt marks on two of the shirts and they are all loaded with STARCH! My shirts literally feel and look like cardboard. Each of these shirts in the photo cost between $200-$300. Very upsetting to see this happen to items you pay so much for :( read more

Sunflower cleaners is a hidden gem. On Sunflower just off of Fairview Blvd it probably doesn't get as much walk in business as it deserves. I have been going here weekly for years now (to get my dress shirts laundered, no starch, and pressed) for many reasons: 1. The owners are very friendly and customer service excellent. 2. The prices are very reasonable. 3. On the rare occasion a button gets broken they promptly get it fixed. 4. My dress shirts have lasted WAY too long..a testament to how they handle your clothes. I have also brought all of my families drycleaning here (prom dresses and suits, blouses etc.) and have had no problems. I've been hunting for a good dry cleaners. I saw the Yelp reviews, so I thought I would give this place a shot. WOW!!! The owner is extremely pleasant. I took him 2 business dresses, 2 Men's Suits, 3 Men's Dress Shirts, a King Duvet Cover for a bed, 2 pants, 2 sweaters etc.... a ton of stuff. Each item was cleaned carefully and looked brand new as if I'd just bought it. I could tell that they cleaned each item with care and with attention to detail. I took so much stuff in that I thought the bill would be overwhelming. I was out the door for $65---clearly he gave me a new customer special, which I appreciated. Normally I would have paid well over $100 at other dry cleaners that don't do a good job. They've earned my business--I'll be going to this dry cleaners indefinitely! Fair, honest business owner that does exceptional work! Thank you! Update!!!!! Under new ownership as of a few years back. I stopped going there after they ruined the zippers on 4 suit dresses by applying too much heat, and ruined a down comforter. The down was in new from Nordstrom when I bought it--took it for cleaning before use. Somehow the edges had burn singe marks and yellow spots all over what was a white comforter. Expensive Ralph Lauren duvet cover also ruined.... You get the idea--previous owner was awesome. New people will ruin your stuff. Do no go here!!! read more

Disclaimer: I have never personally taken clothes to a dry cleaner before this. I tend to only buy stuff thats washable, but I guess now's the time for me to start acting like an adult and buying better clothes that need to be dry cleaned...so here I am. You can take my review with a grain of salt because I have no prior experience with cleaners. Dropped off an Alexander Wang dress that had an oil stain on the front. After trying to get it out myself and failing, and freaking out that I had just ruined an expensive dress, I decided to drop it off at Sunflower. I dropped it off on a Sunday and they had it ready the following Thursday. Normally I'd think that was a long time, but I wasn't in any rush so whatever. Went to pick it up today and they got the stain completely out. It looks like it wasn't even there. They did a great job. The total for the one dress was $8 and some change. I have no idea if that's expensive or not for dry cleaning. If I had to spend this amount on multiple items a few times a month though I'd probably want to kill myself. I will always come back to this place! I dropped off 2 fancy dresses, a big winter coat, 2 slacks, and 2 dress shirts and was only charged around $40! Unbelievable! I have taken less dry cleaning to other places and have been charged a lot more because the dresses were fancy or they had lace - there was an always an excuse. The owners, an older asian couple, are adorable. They are always SO incredibly sweet. It seems like their interactions with their customers are all the same and they have a lot of regulars who consistently count on them. I had been searching for a cleaners for some time that maintained the qualities previously expressed. After Trying a number of cleaners, I found them and they superseded all of my expectations!! On a Thursday evening I brought a number of shirts to be dry cleaned and altered. In dropping off my shirts I mistakingly gave them a shirt that I am required to wear by one of my top figure skaters as good luck, which matches her outfit. The competition was on the following Saturday!! On Friday morning I hustled back to Sunflower and explained to them my delima. With no hesitation they retrieved my shirt and promised me that my figure skating shirt will be ready by Saturday. It was actually ready that Friday evening!!!
