Same place, not sure why hours are not updated.
    Phoenix K.

Had a terribly long day, looked on yelp to see the nearest laundromat open, hours state closes at 10 PM, walked inside with my hands full of laundry for the guy only to kick me out saying they close at five, literally don't have the time to deal with this, fix your hours please because people have lives to deal with. Not cool.

Good deal! You need to purchase a separate laundry card to insert money. My whole hamper took me one wash and one dry for $15 total

Place is dope! Super simple and it's cheap to wash your clothes. It's small and looks sketch at first, but it's actually a pretty legit spot

i came in at 6:30pm with my wagon full of laundry and they turned me away. At least put a last call or accurate hours on your website.

Ask the Community - Coast Coin Laundry

How does payment work here, is it card or coins? And does it take both powder and liquid soap?

Both card or coins (there's even a change machine if I recall correctly). The machines take powder and those detergent pods; regretfully, I dont recall about liquid detergent although I would think that would be accepted, too.

Are the washing machines and dryers large enough to wash/dry a queen size comforter?

Yes they have some very large washers there. All of the dryers are huge, they only have one size. They have 2,3 and 4 load washers. You pay more but they are very fast.

What are the prices here? Is it cheaper on some days than others?

I can’t remember exactly but we did two loads of washing and put it all into one dryer for as well as buy two packs of washing powder for $7.75. The next time it was one load plus powder and dryer for $4.

It's just such a shame that the technology seems to have been designed by someone who genuinely dislikes the human race. If you have a spare hour and a burning desire to donate your hard-earned money to a digital abyss, you are going to LOVE it here. It's less of a laundromat and more of a high-stakes escape room where the prize is simply being allowed to wash your socks. A FEW "CHARMING" QUIRKS: * THE MAGIC VANISHING ACT: I paid $39 for a card, and the machine sweetly told me to "collect" it. Silly me, I thought that meant it was ready to use! It turns out the card is as empty as the customer service promises. * THE WALL OF LITERATURE: Unless you plan on spending your afternoon studying the "Wall of Text," which is basically a manifesto on how to navigate their hostile interface, you'll never guess that you have to take the card out of one slot and shove it into another just to find the money you already paid. * THE SILENT TREATMENT: I spent 20 minutes pressing the "Help" button, which is a lovely decorative touch, really, and calling a support line that I'm convinced leads directly to a disconnected payphone in 1994. I ended up paying an extra $25 just to escape with clean clothes, essentially gifting my first $40 to the universe, or the next lucky stranger. I even found a discarded card on the floor, a tragic little souvenir left by the last person who realized they'd been fleeced. It's such a quirky business model, you can't even get your $1 deposit back for the plastic! THE TAKEAWAY: It is truly impressive how a place can look so clean while its system feels so... predatory. If you're looking for a free wash, honestly, just stand near the kiosk and wait for the machine to rob the next unsuspecting visitor. I'm sure they'll leave their card behind in a fit of tears, too! A TINY SUGGESTION FOR MANAGEMENT: Perhaps you could update the screen to say, "Please collect your useless, unloaded card and put it in the next slot so we can finally give you what you paid for." Or, and I say this with so much love, you could join us in the 21st century and get a machine that actually functions. Good luck to everyone else! You're going to need it.

A customer was kind enough to show me around, so I began doing my laundry. About seven minutes before my drying cycle was finished, one of my shoes fell out of the dryer. The attendant, who was standing nearby, told me that shoes were not allowed in the dryer because it was against policy. When I first arrived, I took time to look around and read most of the posted signs, so I asked him where this policy was listed. He looked around and said he didn't know, but that it was still policy. I explained that I was almost done and didn't want to take home a pair of wet shoes. He told me I could continue drying only if I removed the shoes. Feeling disappointed, I politely asked for a refund. As I gathered my clothes, he stood next to me with his arms crossed, which made me feel uncomfortable -- almost as if he were waiting to escort me out. I asked him if he intended to stand there until I left because it felt intimidating. He responded that he was just doing his job and needed to grab the trash bin on the other side of me, though he could have easily gone around. Another customer nearby mentioned she was also unhappy with how the pricing was structured. At first glance, each machine advertises the lowest price, but once you begin selecting options like water temperature and cycle type (delicate, normal, etc.), the price increases. I found that misleading, though I admit it has been a while since I last visited a laundromat. Overall, the experience ended very poorly, and I will not be returning to this location. I also noticed that several dryers were out of service, which I later saw mentioned in other reviews as well

Nice little small laundry mat within walking distance from my apartment, they only have like around…read more12 washers and maybe 16 dryers. I needed to wash my comforter and the washers at my complex were too small so I had to come here. They are a little cheaper than Wash & Go a few blocks down, for 4 loads is around $4, their washers are pretty clean and new. But you still have to pay with quarters for the machines unlike Wash and Go where you can buy a reloadable card to use. They do have a machine to exchange for quarter inside in case you don't have them. They do have dispenser for your detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets if you need them. The dryer machine costs .25 for 8 mins, which is pretty good price, way cheaper than the one at my apartment complex where they charge $2.25 for 45 mins, here only costs $1.50!! The only problem I have with this place is it smells!! They should probably install some air freshener thru out the place or something. Other than that, this is my goto laundry mat whenever I need to do my loads.
