He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. They cleaned my wedding dress twice (once after our U.S. wedding and again after our Scottish celebration) and both times, they exceeded my expectations. To say that I am picky about my suits and other items is an understatement. Frank (the owner) always double checks with me on how I want each blazer and other items pressed and cleaned. I brought in a white leather jacket and he tried his hardest to get out a few transfer ink stains. He claimed it wasn't good enough so he didn't even charge me. But I thought it was fantastic job! This past week, he repaired one of my favorite dresses that had suffered several pulls and had small holes. The seamstress had to do it all by hand and it looks brand new! Every single item is not only handled with care, it comes back in better condition than when I took it in. I feel lucky to have found a better dry cleaning service than what I had back in DC.
