What we were offended by were your rude remarks, condescending attitude, and unprofessional conduct throughout the appointment. Comments questioning whether my fiance had ever worn dress pants before, dismissing her opinion entirely, and aggressively telling me to take the pants off because you were "not doing the hem if she's that particular" were unnecessary and inappropriate. Your response only reinforces our original concern because instead of addressing your behavior, you chose to misrepresent what happened and suggest we were upset that you were simply doing your job. As customers preparing for our wedding, we expected professionalism and respect. We ultimately decided to take our tuxedo elsewhere and were treated with far more courtesy and professionalism. I dropped the pants off late Friday, and they initially quoted me 3:30 PM for pickup on Saturday but when I arrived, everything was already done by 1 PM. The owner, Sam, was incredibly friendly. We joked around, had a great conversation, and it honestly felt like more than just a transaction. That kind of service is rare. Rajan is a friendly, detail oriented, and honest businessman, he truly is a master at the craft of suit making. I opened up with an email conversation listing my price point and Rajan prepared different swatches for me to mull over all within my expected price point. As he measures he makes great conversation and is incredibly thorough. Through each step of the process Rajan explained the intricacies of suits and lapels, what makes them unique, what materials to prioritize, etc. After trying a couple of things on and fast forward a month later I am incredibly happy with my suit.
