Full disclosure: I did not go through with my purchase because of sticker shock so can't speak to quality of the workmanship. Went to get a sports coat and suit tailored. After all measurements were taken, I was quoted $190 for the suit and $100 for the sports coat. Pants only required a simple hem so I did not think it was worth the cost. Tailor was professional and the pieces in his store looked well-made. Prepare to spend $$$ if you want clothes tailored here. read more

I will never walk in their doors again. I would give them a negative review if it were a choice. I made an appointment for alterations on a dress for my son's wedding. As soon as I walked in on time for my appointment, I was greeted with hostility. I said I was here for my appointment and was told in a rude way that they were a month behind. I was shocked by how I was spoken to and treated. I showed him the dress and wasn't even asked when I needed the alterations completed. He threw up his hands and said he couldn't take any more customers and what did I expect, he only had 2 hands. To answer that question, I expected to be treated professionally and with respect. I am questioning why I wasn't told how busy they were over the phone. I would have understood a wait time. Instead, I drove a half hour to their shop to be shouted at and humiliated. I do not recommend this place even if they do good alterations. My experience with them was very unprofessional. read more

I promised Arsen and his son that I when I got married I would come back. Well that time has come. A little preparation and communication and Arsen and his son will not let you down. They came through for me in big ways for my own wedding. Even from LA I made this trip down to Arsens on 3 different occasions. Initial measurements, final fitment and to pick up the suit. Everyone at my own wedding truly enjoyed and loved the tuxedo. My father in law enjoyed the experience so much he also got his suit at Arsens. I found Arsens on Yelp, and I started by bringing them a couple of button-down dress shirts that were too baggy on me and a pair of dress slacks that were a bit too tight. After picking them up a week later, I brought them more clothes to the point where they have gone through my entire wardrobe - dress, work, and casual. I have also purchased suits, jackets, shirts, and slacks from their "ready-to-wear" inventory. I have never received so many compliments on my attire as I have now that Arsen's has worked on my clothes. I plan on having them make me some made-to-measure shirts in the autumn. read more

I first started coming here in 2012, I have had custom shirts and suits done (maybe 6 suits within 2 years.) I have since moved out of the area and live in Arizona now primarily, but when the time came and I needed another suit, I coordinate with Shant, flew in and was able to leave the same day with a suit that was perfect and ready to go. I had been looking for a solid tailor in orange county that actually knew what they were doing and reddit suggested I give this place a shot and wow were they right on the money. Arsen and his son are both experts at what they do, I had to have my vest tailored in a few days for my wedding and they had it ready in 48 hours.
