Tony completely overcharges you if you are white or he thinks you have money. I asked how much trousers and jeans were. Trousers $6 jeans $10. When he saw the price tags on my clothes (not knowing I got them for 75% off) he hiked the price up to $36 dollars for a hem. I can get a better price at the tailor by Fashion Island. Go in looking like crap, don't wear anything name brand and hide your car keys and maybe you will get a better price. I will not be going back. He wanted to charge me $65 dollars to hem a simple skirt that I paid $95 dollars for! I can't say enough bad things about this guy. read more

Worst experience ever. Guy completely bait and switched me. Told me $12 on the phone and via text and when I got there he was literally yelling me at telling me it was $18 once he saw my car keys. The guy would not let me talk and kept talking over me, would not even look at my phone screen where I was showing him the fact that he told me $12 and the fact that I had already said it was a dress and literally provided a PICTURE of the dress. Tony is a rude ignorant moron. His wife told me to call back in 15 minutes. I called back and no answer I called back 20 times in the next 3 days and never got an answer. I'm in crutches and having surgery in a week so going down there was very difficult. But I made it there. He said if I come in his lunch time he is closed. I told him I was calling and not coming and I called all hours except for during his lunch time. He insisted I was coming there on his lunch time. He must be deaf. If I'm in crutches, why would I go there. It only makes sense that I would call but he no longer has a phone. He told to find another tailor and I did. I didn't want to write a negative review mostly because he only has two other reviews and the first time I went here it was an OK experience but I'm traumatized over what happened and think about it so often that had to write this. Took three pants and a button up high-end out doors shirt to him. The pants had to be corrected twice, no problem I can deal with that, but the shirt that I have had for over 10 years with many many memories. I asked him to make the sides and the waist a bit tighter. Came back and I couldn't put the shirt on, the shoulders which I never asked to be altered were so tight couldn't wear. Asked him to fix he didn't tell me he can't and said come back, came back 3 times and every time it was the same. He still wouldn't tell me look I destroyed your shirt he would keep telling me to leave it and he will fix it. Third time around he finally admitted that he cut the shoulders and its not fixable. I don't know if I would have been any less upset but why, why would you make me come back three times for the shirt you know you can't fix. Conclusion he is OK and did an OK job on other items I gave him but if you have something valuable do not take it there. read more
