I dropped the pants off late Friday, and they initially quoted me 3:30 PM for pickup on Saturday but when I arrived, everything was already done by 1 PM. The owner, Sam, was incredibly friendly. We joked around, had a great conversation, and it honestly felt like more than just a transaction. That kind of service is rare. This was a massive disappointment. I saw the Yelp reviews and thought this would be the perfect place to get my dress steamed. Just steamed. I arrived and a very sweet lady told me it would be $25. I thought that was a little high but with their great reviews just roiled with it. They told me it would take 2 days so got it back 2 days later. Well when I lifted the plastic off that same afternoon it was still all wrinkled and l had to steam it myself before I could wear it. This was an epic fail and don't imagine I'll ever go back. Really enjoyed my experience with key cleaners on a massive job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress, reception dress and a bunch of the hubby's wardrobe too. Sam helped us with the intake and he was very reassuring and friendly to work with. The only thing that didn't go accordingly to plan was Sam said he'd send pics through the process of preserving the dress, not a big deal honestly, and a quiet lady helped me when I came to pick up the clothes but left one dress out. I was too impressed with the wedding dress to remember I was missing another article of clothing! Luckily, Sam ever the professional gave me a call the next day to arrange for pick up later that day, and we were able to meet one more time to end on a really good experience. I got married on 12/20 and during all the partying I spilt on my dress. I already knew I wanted to preserve the dress, but I was dreading having to find a dry cleaner to fix the stain then find another location to preserve it. After some searches in google I landed upon Key Cleaners. Not only did the reviews sell me on taking my dress to them, but I had requested a quote after business hours. I expected a day or two, but the owner replied almost immediately! My husband was able to take my dress in on Monday and the estimated pickup was for Friday (today). Well it was not only done Wednesday, but my husband also received updates, pictures and a video of the process! We got an updated within a couple hours on Monday a the stain was already pretty much gone! We were also told about a rip I had in my dress that I didn't even notice, but they were able to fix. In the end, my dress looks as beautiful as she was the day of the wedding. I'm so grateful I went to Key Cleaners. For cleaning and preserving my dress the whole thing only cost us $350!! I walked into this place and instantly felt welcomed and in good hands, the owner is so sweet and helpful, never have I had an experience with a cleaners like I have with this one I brought in my wedding dress to get it cleaned and boxed, it's a huge long train poofy dress that was completely black and dirty by the end of the night.
