There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great! I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great.
