The District has been our go-to for formal Wear and suits for the last 13 years. We followed them over from when they used to be at Buena Park Mall, and they still provide the same great service and selection since our very first visit. The Wise Guy is very personable and knows his stock very well, so he makes the shopping experience quick & easy. Between the prices, selection, and customer care I can't imagine ever shopping somewhere else for suits. They also offered in-house tailoring, which I was told would take one week but the suit was ready within 5 days.

This place has great customer service. Helped me with getting a size and style that matched me for a suit and even made recommendations on sizing and alterations. Gave me a pair of free socks and tie when I also purchased 3 shirts on top of the suit. The suits are nice, we have bought several there but we had a bad experience with the shoes. First time we buy shoes there and they came apart in couple of hours. When I went to get a refund for the shoes the owner's attitude was defensive instead of apologetic. Did not get refund. read more

Man, My experience with this outlet was my very first, but defintely will not be my last. The quality of the suits, which with I was impressed, did not even come close to the nonpareil service I received from " Wise Guy " who, with almost lightning speed found exactly what I wanted at just the right budget-friendly price. What's more, he tailored my pants to a perfect fit and charged me a fraction of the prevailing price for same. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. The level of professionalism displayed by management was extremely disappointing. It seemed as though everyone claimed to be a manager, yet no one handled the situation appropriately or professionally. What was even more concerning was the decision to close off an exit due to staff incompetence, creating what appeared to be a serious fire and safety hazard. Situations like this should never be taken lightly, as customer safety should always come first. I hope corporate and code enforcement take these concerns seriously and ensure proper standards, leadership, and safety regulations are being followed moving forward.

This is the absolute best place I know to go to for your first suit purchases. I never wore a full suit in my life and the first one I wore was bought for me from here for my 18th birthday. I loved the suit but I didn't know where it was bought from until years later when I stumbled into the place myself just looking because I was going to start work at a car dealership soon as a salesman and I wanted suits to wear to work. They tailored pants for me on the spot when I bought myself and now I own multiple and they all fit perfectly and are all very professional while at the same time I really stand out. They're currently special ordering a burgundy suit for me specifically I'm my size that I can't wait to get. My fiancé and I stumbled upon this gem of a shop while at the Buena Park Mall...we went in thinking of trying color ideas on and left with a full suit, tie, and eventually shoes! Wise Guy was so kind and extremely generous! He really cared about us and we chatted with him afterward and snapped a selfie with him. :) He really helped us out, and we were so glad to be able to support his family-owned business! Other people kept coming into the shop and were greeted warmly, like family. It's clear that he is well-loved and a trusted source of quality apparel. His shop is impeccably clean, bright, organized, and there is such diversity of styles and colors, all for amazing deals that you could only dream of! Like Nancy says, the guy is nice and tries to help with a purchase but gets irritated easily. They advertised sales on suites and tried a few suites, then I noticed the sale price tag was not there. They guy, claims it's priced is the original tag, B.S. I checked all of their suites and all of them were marked down with a sales tag, except the particular color I was trying on? I suspected they guy removing the tags while I was looking around and trying different sizes, he got irritated and got mad at me for accusing him and I left to avoid conflict with him as my family were present. NEVER AGAIN would I shop at this store with their unprofessional practices. I hope they loose business and leave the BP mall. read more
