Max was very accommodating, reasonable, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services over any big name store.

Hollywood Bridal - Rented red khan dong

I got married this past Saturday and let's just say I couldn't do it without Hollywood Bridal. This…read moreis your one stop shop if you are a bride on a budget but still want a quality wedding! I recommend to booking an initial appointment to meet with Vi who will give you a run-through of the services they provide for your wedding. We talked over our floral inspiration for our reception decor, as well as trying on wedding dresses that can be bought or rented. They will alter your dress and dry clean it for you before the big day. I probably visited this shop a minimum of 10 times. I had my first dress fitting here. They had so many different dresses. I tried on at least 6 or 7 on my first fitting. I ended up going with one that I knew was the one. The rental price for it was very reasonable which came with the alteration, dry cleaning, and a veil as well. My bridesmaids and flower girl also did their fittings here as well and love the selection of dresses they had. I even got to rent a second dress for our reception so I could be more comfortable. The second dress was basically an evening gown, but the color and design is very modern and complemented most body types. I did not diet or work out for our wedding and the dress looked incredible on me. Since I am only 5'0 tall, most of the dresses had fit my height (with heels) which I am incredibly thankful for. As for the florals, we did very simple florals. Our wedding is dusty blue, cream, and a hint of gold so the Hollywood Bridal team did an amazing job putting together the bouquets, centerpieces, and the split arch for our reception entrance. The bouquets are absolutely stunning. It included the flowers I love and the exact color palette I wanted. Overall great experience with Hollywood Bridal. We appreciate getting our florals and wedding rentals from here. I received so many lovely compliments on my wedding dress as well as bridesmaids dresses. Not to mention, my flower girl was in love with her dress. We couldn't have asked for such a wonderful and memorable night, all thanks to Hollywood Bridal. Future brides, definitely give Hollywood Bridal a visit! They're open until 7pm and parking can be tricky but worth it!

I've rented their arches for my dam hoi and vu quy and received many compliments! I also rented a red khan dong for my prewedding photos. Chi Vi and her staff continue to provide terrific customer service as I've always been satisfied whenever I swing by. I also find that the rentals are affordable and good quality! Would recommend anyone who would like to rent out anything for special occasions.

Not only do they provide everything we were looking for, they also provide exceptional service. Perfect spot to look for suits for any occasion! Parking: There's a large parking lot in the back. Plenty of spots and easy to find. Ambiance/Environment: They have a large store filled with clothing and products. Everything is organized by section and sizing. It's very clean inside. They also have fitting rooms with mirrors. Service: Thank you to all the workers that assisted us in picking everything out, but special thank you to Ray! He was absolutely cordial, helpful, and knowledgable. He measured my brother and showed us the aisle to look for suits based on his measurements. Products: My brother and cousin needed a suit for a wedding. They offer all kinds of suits from different brands like Calvin Klein and Luxury Italian brands. The materials are high quality. There's many different colors to choose from. My brother really liked the suit he picked out because it was comfortable and fit well. The only piece that needed tailoring were the pants. Unfortunately they do not offer tailing services here. The belts were a bit difficult to choose from because they didn't have my brother's size in the style he wanted. The shirts, ties, and socks were easy to choose from. The socks and ties are one size. There's different colors and patterns to choose from. The shirts are organized by sizes and clearly labeled on the packaging. My brother also bought polishable black shoes from here. Pricing: They offer special 3 suit packages. These packages include 3 suits, 3 shirts, 3 ties, 3 belts, and 3 socks. Prices depend on the color of the tags. Each colored tag represents different materials and brands. We went for the suites with red tags for $399.99. The shoes were $50. Definitely worth it!

My experience was extremely mixed, and honestly very frustrating. If you do decide to shop here, my advice is: 1. Make sure the correct dress is actually ordered 2. Keep every single receipt 3. Confirm that everything is properly documented in your profile This was the first bridal shop I visited. I was excited but nervous, not knowing what to expect. I was helped by a stylist named Stacy, who was very friendly and ultimately helped me find a dress I loved. I hadn't even planned to buy that day, but she told me the dress was on sale and gave me a great price, so I said yes. I was told it would arrive in about a month. A month later, I picked up my dress. I asked about alterations and was quoted starting around $300, which felt high but I decided to wait until I tried the dress on at home. When I finally tried it on, I immediately realized--it was NOT my dress. Completely different style and even the wrong color (ivory instead of white). Thankfully, I had pictures from my appointment to prove it. I went back to the store, and the manager quickly confirmed I was given the wrong dress. They even found my actual dress on the floor. But here's where things got worse: I was told that if I wanted the correct dress, I would have to pay an additional $1,100 because the wrong dress had been ordered and priced. Let that sink in--their stylist made a mistake, ordered the wrong dress, gave me the wrong price, and I was expected to pay the difference. The manager offered a small discount, but I would still have to pay hundreds more. I refused and asked for a refund. She then told me I needed my receipt, so I came back the next day with it. While processing the refund, she said it was a "courtesy" since the dress was apparently final sale from clearance--something that was never explained to me. She also implied there were no notes in the system and that she "wasn't there," which seemed to be the ongoing excuse for everything. On top of that, I discovered I had been charged for TWO garment bags--one for $7 and another for $12--but only received one. Again, no explanation, no notes, just confusion. Overall, this experience felt extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Employees don't seem to communicate with each other, and their system for keeping records is clearly not being used properly. Luckily, I still have time to find another dress. I can't imagine how stressful this would've been if it happened closer to my wedding. I'm not trying to be difficult, but this situation was handled poorly from start to finish. If I had been given the correct dress at the correct price from the beginning, my experience would have been completely different. Brides, just be careful.

Before the appointment, I clearly stated that we were not looking for a traditional quinceañera dress, we were interested in a ball gown. They asked me to text them pictures of the dresses we had in mind. After I texted pictures they assured me that they had plenty of ball gowns options. We drove 6 hrs to get there. We arrived 15 minutes early and there was a line to get in, but they got us in right at 10am. We got assigned a personal assistant. They told us to pick our top 3 dresses so my girl can try out. All dresses on display are traditional quinceañera dresses, if you are looking for this style, this is your place. If you have in mind an elegant ball gown this is not the place. We lost 2 hours there with no choices for us. After their show, we told them that we didn't like any of the dresses. 2-3 more sales girls came out and showed us dresses in their back room, their ballgown selection is very limited. They put a lot of pressure on you to pick a dress and they don't give u a time to discuss as a family. They go in the back with your girl and brain washed them into a dress. My girl liked only 1 dress but I knew it wasn't "the" dress. she was overwhelmed by all her "-assistants", we were there for almost 5 hours, the next set of appointments was almost over and we were still there. My family was tired, hungry and ready to go. We ended up buying the 1 dress but we regretted 100%. I was ready to walk out empty handed, but they persuaded my baby girl to say yes to a dress that she liked but not loved. Please don't let them pressure you, take your time and it's totally ok to say NO. If you are not convinced, don't let them decide for you, keep looking there is a perfect dress somewhere else.

(This place has moved! So it is not closed, I posted their new info at the bottom of my review)…read more This is not my first time here. (I found this place after a yelp search) I saw photos and reviews of future brides literally trusting this place with the most important clothing item in the world.. their wedding dress At my first visit, I brought in a Versace cape. it was on sale, except it was 3 sizes too big. I was a little nervous since this cape did have embroidery and heavy detail on the sides, so I knew it was going to be hard to do, but she said it wouldn't be a huge issue. But she did see it immediately and pointed out she could only take it in so much so it didn't ruin the embroidery pattern. She gave me a quote that was under 100 dollars (so, it was totally worth buying on sale even though I knew it was 3 sizes too big and would need altered) (she literally saved me thousands) She called me about 2-3 days later for pick up, and she knocked it out of the park I came back in for more alterations and I was immediately greeted by the owner,Kim, who is so warm and friendly. She's extremely honest about what CAN and CANNOT be done. And, gives you honest prices. She really aims to get the job done and up to everyone's standards to make sure everyone is happy. She's so professional yet so warm and friendly. I seriously love how talented, Kim is. I brought in a Gucci cardigan that had a little snag in it that was turning into a BIG snag. She was honest about the fact she couldn't do much. I told her it did not have to be perfect, I just did not want it getting worse. She actually called me same day and told me it was ready for pick up. The job she did was FLAWLESS! And she charged only 20 dollars Then, my third visit. I needed these items done. -light blue dress that needed taken in because it was a size too big -a sheer maxi dress that needed taken in all over and about 9 inches taken off the bottom -blazer style dress that needed taken in And a couple other items. However, I noticed the owner, Kim, who was there for 20 years had already moved. Please, spread the word. If you or anyone you know, needs some tailoring by highly qualified professional with tons of experience and family owned. I'm extremely sad this tailoring staple in OC has moved due to the rent almost doubling. They have been around for 20 years.
