However, I came in this morning (a rainy Thursday at around 11am) and had an unsatisfactory experience. The store was very slow so I enjoyed being able to browse leisurely without crowds. When I got up to the counter (there was no one else in line) I expected to get through my transaction quickly. However, the young lady behind the counter asked me to wait. She proceeded to work with hangers behind the counter while I, being the only customer in line waited for about 3-5 minutes just watching her organize clothing. Totally bizarre and really unprofessional customer service. I was surprised that the employee made a solo customer in line wait so she could fiddle with a task behind the counter (which she could have easily done after my quick transaction since there was no one else behind me). The manager may need to retrain associates about their priorities on the job. Then this location would be a more likely option for shopping for me.

While the daughter, who looks over the store, is overall nice, the product they sell is TERRIBLE. There are no instructions on how to wash the outfits, so I looked it up online and people generally hand wash them with cold water to be safe, which is what we did. That was a big NOPE. Immediately, the blue dye on the outfit melted away and blended in with the gold colors, ruining it and the overall vibrance. My wife's hands were stained blue for the entire day. My granite countertops are still stained blue! We were devastated. We came back to the store and asked for a refund/exchange. They were of no help, saying, "We just sell the product. What you do it with it after is your responsibility. You should've made sure to wash it under the clothing's instructions." There were NO instructions! The store owner's daughter and I looked and could not find any; and still, she did not take back her words. This is not how you do customer service. How do you expect a customer to come back if they are left unsatisfied? Why sell products that are of one-time use and of terrible quality? Why not take some accountability? Yes, you sell the product, but you have the power to not sell terrible products and ruin the reputation of your store. Anyways, I hate being a Karen, but I hope they learn from this experience. Yes, you can go ahead and shop here, but you (and your hands) have been warned by their quality.

I thought it just wasn't meant to be but Cindy stepped in and completely changed that. She told me they could tailor it for me, took my measurements right away, and even asked how I wanted the arms to fit so it would feel perfect. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and care she gave. Three days later, just in time for my birthday, I picked it up and it fit beautifully. I wore it to a Lunar New Year celebration and felt absolutely amazing. Cindy went above and beyond. The service, the craftsmanship, the turnaround time -- everything exceeded my expectations. They went into my changing room to grab heels for another customer to wear while I was half undressed. Towards the end of the hour they started talking shit about us saying we were being difficult when we were just trying multiple ao dais. We just asked for size up from the current one. That's it. The lady had to remind a coworker that we understood the language. We asked for the price and she said she wasn't charging for alterations. She said the other places would charge. That's not what we asked. The seam at the hip was not finished. I went back to have them fix it. The owner, Cindy, said it was normal. I had to show her the other side. She took it and showed it to the seamstress. She didn't believe me. They did eventually fix it, but I can tell they were reluctant.
