I go here every so often to take a walk. Shops have changed through the years. I wish the pho 56 was still there! It was some of the best pho I've had in a mall. The front, back and top of the roof have too many people smoking cigarettes, so be careful walking around.

Have you been to the Asian Garden Mall in Westminster, Orange County? I took my mom here recently - she likes to browse browse browse and bargain bargain bargain. They have food, entertainment (in Vietnamese and English language), shops, and more. Gets packed during Lunar holidays. For short, we refer to this mall as "Three Buddhas" because of the Buddha statues in the front.

It has been here since I was in middle school and it still looks the same from the outside, as much as inside but it got face lifts here and there. They do have front, side, and back parking lot but during weekends and holidays. It best to park across the street or street parking cause it's a madhouse. Inside, it just stores, food stalls and restaurants, and a whole big section of gold & jewelry area. They do host Tet flower festival yearly and summer night street food fair annually. Overall, it nice, spacious and the foods are good.

The place cured my home sickness, since I live in south OC and haven't had authentic Asian food in a while. PLUS the blind boxes were super super cute, I originally came in looking for a Jade bracelet for new years but quickly got side tracked.

Attended AAPI celebration at the Asian Garden Mall. It was a beautiful show with variety dance show and fashion show. It lasted about 3-4 hours. It was sponsor by Little Saigon TV Network.

Asian Garden Mall, known in Vietnamese as Phước Lộc Thọ, is a shopping center in Westminster, California, and one of the largest Vietnamese-American shopping malls. We've been to this Asian Garden Mall in Westminster a few times, and it was an interesting mall to walk around. The mall has a lot of jewelry stores, toy stores, clothing stores even traditional Vietnamese outfits. However, we couldn't find anything to buy, though. It had a lot of authentic Vietnamese food in the food court. They also have dim sum there. They celebrate the Lunar New Year or Vietnamese New Year (Tết), and we've been to their Night Market before, and it was fun to see many food vendors there. It's always a bit challenging to look for parking spaces there. P.S. If you wanna buy something there, make sure to prepare some cash.

My goodness, I can only imagine this place in its heyday. According to my family, it was busy and full of food vendors and diverse shops. This has been a staple in the neighborhood for a long while. The number of eateries has dropped, but you can still find plenty of great traditional dishes that are ready-made or made-to-order. Bring cash, as some vendors charge credit card processing fees. As far as retailers go, this is a good place to shop for jewelry, clothing, toys, and Little Saigon souvenirs. Prices seemed on the higher end, perhaps to cater to tourists. Events are still held here, as evidenced by the stages for performances. When we came on a weekend, not much was going on - the focus seemed to be on shopping and dining. Oh, and it was quite warm... the AC wasn't on, unfortunately, and it was quite a sunny day. Parking wasn't awful for us at all. Surprisingly, though we were there in the afternoon, there was a decent amount of parking available in the back.

It was a fun place for the Asian Market Night. Food was okay, but I would need to try a place that has a good selection and reviews before I can make a comparison. Conditions in the mall need cleaning and renovations.

A place you can't miss if you're around the Santa Ana area and love asian foods! This place was one of my favourite malls to visit ever since i was a little kid, so coming back was an amazing feeling! I'd recommend walking around the small market shops outside, they have so many things ranging from new year items, food, and decor! The inside of the mall is also a delight, with so many other small restaurants, it's a must try for their dim sum or sugar cane drinks! There is also an upstairs that has more jewelry, clothes, and shampoo, more based on home items. Parking is a massacre so i'd recommend parking at a complex next door and walking, it is free for one hour

BRING CASH and hungry belly. : ) My annual visi to the Asian Garden Mall/Phuoc Loc Tho for Tet/Chinese New Year market. There were Vietnamese music, lots of venders selling New Year items, fruits and lots of fireworks! : ) There are many places to eat inside and outside as well. Tet this year will be on Wednesday 1/29/2025 so Tet Market will be going on until the last weekend prior to this day. I got to see Dragon Dancers as well! It felt like home away from home for a moment with all the beautiful plants, flower, exotic/tropical fruits and Tet accessories for decoration. They have this 1x/year around Tet. It was not so crowded around 7PM on a Saturday night compare to years prior to COVID. Some kids and adults dressed up in their traditional Ao Dai to celebrate which was nice to see. Parking: Free. Be Safe Out There! I have fear of parking in this area because it's always full and busy but I survived! : ) Parkings are behind the mall and also on the street so prepare to walk.

Real Vietnamese Coffee! Inside Champagne Bakery Located in the Asian Garden Mall, the lady who at the counter was very gracious and polite. She gave me a loaf of sweet bread with my purchase. The mall especially where the enormous Jewelry Center's located smells of exotic flowers, ideal for who are Homesick. Plus people from all walks of life are welcome.

    Lunar new year market

I remember coming here as a kid but haven't been back until recently for the lunar new year market. The market was very festive with fresh flowers/bamboo/orchids and a lot of lunar new year candies and decorations. There wasn't a lot of food options and more for shopping. There is a stage for performances but I didn't see anything happening in a weekday afternoon. Inside the mall are shops selling jewelry, traditional Vietnamese outfits, and a a food court area. I didn't spend a lot of time in the mall. There is a parking lot behind the mall but the parking situation is crazy during the festivals. I was able to find street parking nearby.

Review #962 2026-028…read more With the upcoming 3-day weekend, I needed something to keep my 10 YO occupied besides the screen & found the Bella Terra Kids Club: Valentine's Day Sweet Stroll on Eventbrite. It's a fun 90-min. walk through the open air mall with activities such as arts & craft, storytime, etc. Upon arrival, I was worried about finding The Green to check-in with less than 10-mins. before the event kick-off, but we saw this long time of parents with children & just followed along. We shuffled along for about 20-mins. until we were scanned in, picked up a cute pink Bella Terra tote & a map of all the participating businesses. There were 36, of which we were able to collect sweet treats from 30. It was barely 15-mins. in & Dog Haus was already out. Maybe because they were near the epicenter? But others like its neighbor, Pinot's Palette, Princess Bride Diamonds, Philz Coffee, still had goodies in their bowls. The furthest trek was out to Fogo de Chão, Luna Grill, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery. M got hungry mid-stroll & I was fortunate enough to find a TGTG surprise bag at Nekter Juice Bar (refer to Review #963) for a quick pit stop. Most of the children participants look to be toddlers or in daycare, I didn't see too many older kids like mine. If we didn't have that rest break, I think we could have finished the stroll by 12:30 PM; he was there for the goodies, not the activities. We went over by 30-mins. & was still lucky to receive a sweet treat from the remaining participants, & received a l'il extra from some since the event was over. Whoohoo! M missed out from Buffalo Wild Wings, Dog Haus (ran out after 15-mins.), Flecha, Golf Bar (doesn't seem like they were open), Kabuki, Tutu School. When M walked out of Tutu School, Nightingale (refer to Review #961), American & Thai fusion cafe, wasn't on the Sweets Stroll map, but we were invited in for their complimentary sweets... a beautiful spread of cookies, mini muffins & donuts, Ferocher chocolates. It's my kinda eats; with such hospitality, I definitely plan to come back with the fam for brunch/lunch! Since I parked near Barnes & Nobles (refer to Review #964), we closed out the afternoon with a couple of bargain books (got the 2nd one at 50% off) at the B&N, Jr. section. Most mall kids club hold events during the week & the Sweets Stroll was on a Monday, & our school district happens to be off. I think I've taken my kids once or twice to these events when they were toddlers, but they were modest in comparison to Sweets Stroll's scale/grandness: business participants, goodies, & activities. Since I'm not a regular & I don't have much to compare with, I can totally be wrong about these kids club events. My son came home with a bagful of treats, & I discovered a few places that I'm looking forward to dine at. The Huntington Center originally had 4 2-story anchor stores: Barker Brothers (furniture store), JCPenney (department store with auto service center), Montgomery Ward (department store with auto service center), & The Broadway (converted to Macy's); I've been here a few times when I was studying at CSULB. Since 2006, Bella Terra opened as a lifestyle center that's anchored by Barnes & Noble, Cinemark Theaters, Costco, Kohl's, & Whole Foods. The mall's architecture is Tuscan-/Mediterranean-inspired with beautiful archways & structures, & fountains in the village-like complex. It's been a couple of decades since I've been here so I'm looking at them with fresh eyes. Thank you so much Bella Terra for entertaining my kid! I'm definitely looking forward to returning in the near future... particularly to dine here!
