Went here for Costco and cheesecake afterward. Still a great place to shop, eat and be merry. Had no issue with parking and everything went smoothly. Great service by both stores.

Stopped into one of the eateries for lunch. Sat on the patio overlooking the courtyard and people watched as it was a beautiful day. They had a Santa taking pictures with families, including their pets. They had 2 backgrounds... a festive house or Santa's sleigh. Good looking authentic Santa. He made the pictures fun by pretending to photo bomb the families. He also leaned into the sleigh making the kids giggle with a resounding ho ho ho.

This is a nice area to hang out for families with young children. There's always entertainment in the center of the mall in front of the theaters. They often have small business fairs on weekends as well. The shops are limited but you'll find most of what you'll need. There's a few restaurants too, notably, The Cheesecake Factory and Flecha. It's pretty small, so it won't take you more than an hour or two to look around.

I always enjoy Bella Terra for eatery options or go see a movie to attending events for families and kids! They have live music on certain days as well! A lot goes on here! My most favorite time of the year has to be during the holiday season! Bella Terra goes all out!!!!! They really want everyone to get into the holiday spirit by having various Christmas/Holiday themed events. The free Santa pics/meeting is excellent! The set up is always so incredibly fun and festive. Santa was so jolly and friendly. It wasn't a snap pic and leave, he actually interacted with the children from all ages. 2024 Santa was awesome. The staff for events are amazing: courteous, helpful, and joyful. They really do help make the events come alive! I recommend signing up for their newsletter or following them on Instagram for all of the latest and greatest events taking place all year round!

So many shops and restaurants at this outdoor shopping center. There's even a grocery store, a couple of banks, and a movie theater. Whether you're coming here for breakfast at Snooze, for dinner at the New Mexican restaurant owned by Mark Wahlberg, looking for unique cups and plates at World Market, or for new makeup at Ulta, you're gonna come across a great find here!

Today's experience at Bella Terra was amazing. It's such a laid-back, open-air mall with a perfect selection of big-box stores, casual restaurants, bars, and a movie theater in a great value. The walkable layout made it super easy to get around, and there's plenty of parking available. Plus, it's wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. The atmosphere was great, very chill and peaceful. I loved walking around and checking out the variety of fantastic stores. With over 70 shops and restaurants, it had everything I needed, and I especially enjoyed the diverse mix of options. It's a huge place, but it never felt crowded, and the whole experience was so relaxing. Costco, Century Theaters, and all the unique boutiques made it a really fun spot to explore. Definitely a place I'll be returning to!

I missed it, but to reach 405-S from P lot, the right lane also turns left. Not used to that. Like, why left lane full but right one empty?

Bella Terra used to be state-of-the-art and elegant. Now it's looking pretty sad. A fountain that was working still posted old signs that it was under repair. Reindeer looked sad and a little tired propped up on benches. One store with customer facing windows to the outside sported empty windows (during the holidays!?!?) and worse, it had a peg board backing which was invented in 1962. Another store had a giant negative sign about prosecuting shoplifters. Just not that classy folks.

What's with the low star reviews? I actually enjoyed my visit here. Customer service was great, food was great, and they greet you with, okay.......a drink that needs some work......sour alcoholic pineapple drink of some sort. But the actual food was delicious. Don't judge the place based on the welcome drink. The tacos were good, burrito was flavorful and filling. The margaritas were made with love and very satisfying as well. My girlfriend had to throw her hand in the photo but the drinks were not attention lacked.

Huge! Spotless place to walk around with beautiful landscaping. They also have a Century movie theater here. People are nice. Staffs look well trained at most places. Not everything is cheap around here, but the quality exists at the stores. Modern and luxurious looking in some spots. Great shopping district for dining out at restaurants and retail shopping. It's actually walkable to Costco behind the parking garages and walkable to a German looking Christmas Market across the street too. This place is definitely for walking around for hours. The retail spaces are well designed and there's plenty of stores/outlets to choose from. Parking lot is huge too. Beautiful holiday decorations and vibes here. This is definitely a great place for dining out and taking photos. We will likely revisit again. Restaurant choices are extremely tempting that it may take more time to make a selection. Not overly crowded during Christmas week.

Bella Terra is a busy bustling center with major selections such as Costco, Whole Foods, Kohls and many restaurants. When searching for parking, if you can avoid the Costco area do so because the Costco area is too small for all the patrons and gas line. Try parking in garage or near kohls. The plaza has many restaurants to choose from such as Kings fish house, Cheesecake Factory, sushi, and many more others. There are many cute seating and playing areas if families want to wait for their companions to finish shopping.

It's located on the very busy Main Street with a huge parking lot. I like that the parking stalls aren't super narrow. Even if you drive a bigger vehicle such as a truck or SUV, you should be able to slide right in without a problem. I came out on a Friday with the manager of my gym, Red Effect in Temecula. We came to check on the progress of our Huntington Beach location, here at the Five Points Plaza. Ladies of Orange County, get pumped!! This is going to be a game changer when it comes to fruition! Drywall is up and it's looking really good inside. Since RE Huntington Beach doesn't have their Yelp page up yet, I had to upload my pics here instead. Red Effect will be a fantastic addition to the community and this plaza is the perfect spot for it. Pre-sales are currently going on, so jump in for the best rates! Follow along on IG to see when they announce their grand opening: @redeffect_huntingtonbeach While at the plaza, we had lunch at Java Bakery Café, window shopped at Gap, and got a sweet treat at Duck Donuts. Before we left, we hit up the boba place, R&B Tea (because helloooo... I can't pass up a boba shop I haven't tried before plus I can take it off my bookmark list)! There's even a Bath & Body Works here! Highly recommend this establishment for the eater/shopper in you. We'll be back again soon!! Til then, toodaloo!!

Overall, it's a great, spacious environment that doesn't feel overwhelming. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Santa Ana! The selection of stores are very mall-typical (Zara, Claire's, etc) but the standout is for sure the Round One! The service there is relatively good, the nicest employee I met worked at the piercing kiosk, she was really sweet. Have not been here in about five to six years roughly, so it was good to see a mall that was not completely dead and had a lot of stores still intact despite a lot of malls being closed down recently (like the Westminster Mall). The mall is going through a renovation, so there are some areas under construction. Some favorite stores include: Boxlunch, Hot Topic, Round 1, and Tokyo Life. A couple criticisms my husband and I had was despite the mall being open for about an hour and a half when we arrived; all the bathrooms we seemed to try and use were shut down or out of order. My husband managed to find a bathroom to use but it required us to walk all the way from the food court to the Round 1 Arcade. I also felt like the employee there was suspicious of me as all I was doing was looking at claw machines while waiting for him. I had to take out my Round 1 card from my mall (Mission Viejo) to pretend I was making a decision on what games to play. It was also not very accessible to any elevators or escalators. The elevators we saw were on either end of the mall, so it required a lot of walking to get to one side or another to use one. Adding to the bathrooms being out of order, all of the sets of escalators in the mall had at least one side that was broken. Also, it looks like this mall is a hot bed for theft. It seemed like every store we walked into (the ones listed above and also including Gamestop and Anime World), had pictures on many displays of people who were caught on camera stealing and leaving the store with stolen merchandise. A good mall overall, but hopefully some of the run down issues will be addressed next time we decide to stop by.
