Stopped by this place for the first time after hearing about it from friends and family. I remember way back when, the spot used to house a hotel/motel where I didn't even know if it was even functioning. Now it's a cute little retail and restaurant center. You have Whole Foods on the corner and right inside the strip mall which is an open air somewhat small mall. There's parking structures on either end but when we stopped by the gate wasn't working so we ended up parking across the street. There's plenty of parking everywhere so you'll find something. It's not a big area but does offer some cute shops. You'll have some of the retail chain stores with Atletha, Warby Parker, Urban Outfitters, Brixton, Nike, Anthropologie to name a few. Some cute fun jewelry stores, stationary stores and so on. There's even a cute little brewery right in the middle of the strip. It's a cute place for family to bring the kids and pets. People are out enjoying the outdoor. As Easter is coming, there's going to be an Easter bunny on site. It's somewhat a very little outdoor mall. A few dining options surrounding the area. You could walk around the whole place in half an hour or so. read more

Fun area if you are around. However you do have to pay for parking. I believe there is validation available but we opted to find free parking since I wasn't sure how long we were staying. They have a variety of restaurants so you can pick. I'm wanted to try A's but no kids menu so I'll have to go back. There is more potential. SYOY! read more

2nd & PCH is an outdoor shopping center with multiple dining options. I love the views alongside PCH because the ocean and boats are right across the street. There are a few stores here that I'd shop at like Sephora and Lulu Lemon. Majority of the shopping stores are elevated boutiques from clothing to skin care. My favorite parts of this center are the dining options. There's many diverse options from savory to sweet to cocktail hours; it'll satisfy your cravings! There's also fun events held here during the holidays and special occasions. There's an open grass area with plenty of outdoor seating. I will say it's not the largest shopping center. It's fun to visit and dine for a couple hours. Parking is my least favorite here. There's a parking structure with free 90 minute parking. There's free street parking, but it's difficult to find. There's also a free parking lot across the street. Finding a spot in the lot can be a hit or miss. read more

I love coming to this plaza. It has lot to offer and still many areas I haven't explored yet that I want to check out. I initially came here to check out their Line Dancing, and absolutely fell in love with the space. The teachers teach Hip Hop/R&B County Line Dancing, which I now love. The central area is huge, so plenty of space to dance at. Mother Daughter Teacher Duo are the best teachers and just make it so fun. 2nd & PCH is always clean, plenty of seating, and just has a lot to provide in the shopping plaza. Lot of Restaurants, Shops, Coffee, Ice Cream, Bars, Whole Foods Grocery Store, and I just found out they have an Anthropologie on the second floor (which I gotta check out). A 100 million outdoor retail development, the 2nd and PCH retail center (named after the two roads that it intersects) opened in the Belmont Shores neighborhood of Long Beach in 2017. It takes full advantage of the constant beautiful weather that we take for granted, allowing outdoor walkways between stores and providing beautiful views of Alamitos Bay. Most of the retail here are higher-end, with Whole Foods being the main anchor store. Most of the retail space is occupied, which is different than some of the other retail space nearby. Marina Pacifica is on the other side of 2nd Street, Marina Shores across the parking lot, and Market Place Mall across the PCH. All are walkable from here. read more

Driving down PCH, I've always passed by 2nd & PCH and never actually visited. I was so happy to finally check this place out recently during the Yelp Elite Event at LATHER Long Beach. It is definitely a cool shopping center with plenty of seating and areas for relaxation. There's a lot of different shops and restaurants! They even have a Whole Foods Market. Parking is free for the first 90 minutes and then you pay for every 20 minutes or get a whole day pass. I came on a Sunday and parking was a little tough - lots of folks + there was the Farmer's Market across the street. Aside from an initial difficult time with parking, I did enjoy the rest of my visit here! It's a great place to shop, dine and just enjoy the day! I would definitely love to explore more of the shops and restaurants here in a future visit. read more

I find myself here regularly for a couple of my favorite stores, to wander the aisles of Whole Foods, and to meet friends at the various dining establishments. Their 2nd annual food bash event had great food and drinks. In particular, the Teleferic food was amazing with all the cold cuts and cheeses. The only downside was that the enclosed area was small compared to the number of people present. read more

This parking situation is an atrocity. I've been sitting in my car in line to pay and exit for the past 20 minutes. Parking used to be free for the first 90 mins! We love coming here and making different stops at all the shops this place has to offer. So gorgeous for outdoor walking and to just take a stroll on a nice sunny afternoon, or even night time. From outside water fountains to art and swing chairs, this place is very artsy vibes! There are many options to choose from such as ramen, ice cream, permanent jewelry at Gorjana, mexican food, a place to get your nails done, go grocery shopping at Sprouts, Nike store, or even to have a craft beer at the beer cart! I enjoy spending time at 2nd & PCH. While Anthropologie and Madewell are established favorites, this year I ventured into Evereve and was pleased to find several casual and wear to work pieces. The staff are willing to find items throughout the store to provide a personal stylist session. Prices range from $30 - $250 for accessories, tops, sweaters, shoes, and denim. Having access to Whole Foods is convenient for a quick trip to snag essentials after happy hour at the Bungalow. There are often vendor fairs (that I keep missing due to time constraints) as well. Can't wait for the skating rink to open this season and end the night with a scoop or three from Van Leeuwen! read more

Awesome shopping center! We were pleasantly surprised with all the shops and the ease of parking. They have a good range of different stores as well as a good amount of typical stores that you'd find like Sephora, Madewell, Free People, and Urban Outfitters. We didn't think that they had a good selection of items, however. There are also some other random shops that we've never really heard of so we found it to be a waste of space. The workers were interacted with were nice and friendly. I especially found it to be a very smart business tactic to add a Chase Bank to the shopping center ^_^ I've never seen that before, but it makes sense for people to quickly grab some cash or make a deposit during their shopping trip. The best part is that they offer a parking garage with the first 90 minutes free! It's very spacious and easy to go in and out of. Will definitely be returning! read more

At night, there are restaurants to try or just relax outside in the many cozy seating area around. Bonus that the mall has a big Whole Foods attached to it. This lifestyle center currently has 3.5*Stars. I'll grant 3*Stars, so as not to mess with their average score, too much. I am just offering feedback: CenterCal Properties - you have got to do something about parking management. Specifically, the bottleneck as cars attempt to exit the parking structure. When I pulled out of my parking spot and entered the cue to get out, traffic was practically at a standstill. The elapsed time for me to get onto the street was fifteen minutes. The breakthrough was when a (human) parking attendant intervened. But she was one employee bouncing between two lanes - two gate machines. But I was glad she was there. You see, I paid for my parking at the kiosk near the elevator. When I presented my ticket, the gate stated that I owed another $2.00. The attendant waived the additional charges and sent me through. Also know, the long queues of cars waiting to exit created blocked traffic lanes, so cars looking for parking could not navigate the lot. read more

Everything about this shopping center is wonderful. The shops and businesses are carefully curated. From Whole Foods to Gelsons across the street. From Vuori to Lululemon, everything has a high price point and screams bougie. lol. I'm not a Long Beach resident but I enjoy coming to this mall for the most part. I've been to a few free workouts and a recovery sesh at Sweathouz. I like that there's plenty of parking with the first 90 minutes free. The only sucky part was when I came for Long Beach Strong Beach and had to pay $18 for parking since I stayed the whole time (4 hours) for the event (they should have offered some kind of parking comp for attendees but that's a complaint for another time lol). Clean bathrooms and a water filling station (although the filter needs to be changed). Overall pretty decent food options and a variety of other stores...kinda pricey but isn't everything these days. read more

Beware ordering online. Even if your credit card company approves transaction Athleta will cancel your order via email. Saying its fraudulent. When you call to clear it up. They can't fix order on phone. I redid order in app. and again canceled by email. Called back again about the cancelation of order. Note this was not an Athleta's credit card. When I called the 2nd time they stated that yes, unfortunately once suspected of fraud on an account. This happens repeatively. Apparently they can't fix this. Mind you I have been ordering from them for years. Now my account is suddenly fraudulent. Oh and I was told on 2nd call no supervisors. Thus I will no longer support this company. I came with my family and I have a toddler. I was going to change her in the family lounge but it says not accessible and call the number but when. I called and asked if there is another changing area I ca go to he said no and you just have to go tot the women's bathroom but I said there is no changing table inside when I looked and he said it's not my problem anymore and you just have to change her there. I ended up changing her at the sofa outside the family lounge wherein the public saw my toddler's private parts while they pass by. They were very rude and not helpful at all I even said do you have any other bathrooms that has it but he said no. I hope you fix this issue and don't post a number that is not helpful at all. I come here all the time and this is the first time I saw the lounge close and there's no other option to go. Management please fix this. This is unacceptable! read more

Just a simple review of the outdoor mall on 2nd and PCH. Never knew it existed til we went looking for adeli that was located inside. Cute mall, has a little of everything including a doggie shop (Bark, Bark),a roller rink for the kids (both big and small), ice cream, boba shop, coffee shop, restaurants, Whole Food Market, and it's all dog friendly, I loved it. I went to the store to exchange an online order, to total of which was over $1,000. They processed the order for me but ended up having me pay for shipping of one shirt exchange which seems wrong. When I realized it, I called the store and they said shipping would be refunded within 10 days. When the refund didn't come through, I stopped in the store again and they just didn't seem to care. This place reminded me of the pacific city in HB...there are not too many stores here though...if you need to kill time and around the area, I think it's ok to visit but won't come back here out of my way. My dog, my mom and I, love coming here. We've been here so many times, we really love coming here to enjoy a matcha latte, a walk with my dog, a bite to eat and some shopping, too. There's a restaurant to satisfy any craving, there's 2 different places to get matcha lattes and there's a whole bunch of different stores to satisfy your retail therapy itch and needs. We love coming here with a hungry tummy and no agenda to sit around and enjoy the marine weather/wind after eating a delicious bite to eat. We've invited many friends here and they've all enjoyed coming here to enjoy a bite to eat and a walk. If you haven't come here yet, I highly suggest that you try this place asap! I know this sounds petty but I do not have good cell service here. They have a free wifi but it actually only works maybe 20% of the times I've visited - it's super frustrating because I live close and want to be here more but I need to be connected - period. My advice is to spend a little extra and get your wifi up and running. Low hanging fruit in my opinion. Caffe Luxxe would probably appreciate not hearing complaints that "their" wifi never works. read more

This is like the new Pacific City in Huntington Beach. Outdoor shopping with a food area and skate rink that can be rented out for parties. This place also has a Whole Foods attached to it which makes it super convenient to shop and explore. The decor has a modern beach theme to it which is fitting given its location. There's a fun grass area where kids can roam and a good selection of restaurants to visit. It's a fun evening stroll with the family or date night if you want to get out of the house.
