Can't even believe this story is real .. asked for a return & they declined which was okay at first (missing out on around 300$ but working retail I understand) we also explained that we hadn't even picked up the suit, it was still there on the counter in the shop & that we won't be needing it all. Owner/worker literally explained he "had to take a SHIT" & declined the refund because of that and proceeded to close the store early... very odd & unprofessional. So at this point my husband is having to step his foot down for the return trying to remain as calm as possible & even explaining we weren't aware of return policy because THEY DIDNT SPECIFY IT WAS A FINAL SALE (also understandable but maybe state that on receipt).. the owner/worker is frustrated ( I understand why as he had to use the restroom ) owner/worker proceeds to insult my husband & his appearance and calling him names to try getting him out the store forcing us to take the suit by going outside , turning the lights out on us INSIDE THE STORE & putting the packaged suit on the car?!!. And then him & my husband go back and forth because he's in shock that the man even went that far to do that . I've been coming here for years and introducing all my friends who are getting married to this suit shop. Found this gem about 5 years ago when I was planning my own wedding and was searching for suits for the groomsmen to wear. This is definitely where you want to come to to buy groomsmen suits but, not so much for your groom because obviously you'd want your groom to where something a little bit higher in quality. They have a large selection of suits in all colors and in slim fit. The quality is not all that bad and suits are about $100 a set. Pros; for $100 you get to keep the suit as opposed to renting for just about the same price elsewhere or even more. Cons: Ok, so I can see why this place doesn't have very many stars and it's because the people who work here don't really speak English. So, if you don't speak Vietnamese than you're gonna have a hard time with communication and it's gonna probably come off as bad service. Tip! You can have your suits tailored there as well. My two guy cousins dragged me in here with them to find suits They were both from out of town and were looking suits to bring back home. They had slim fit and regular fit. All suits were around $150 for an outfit. The regulars also came with a tie and dress shirt. Most were buy one get one half off. They had a good variety in colors and sizes. They also had a tailor in the back for questions. My cousins both got a suit and they were able to get them tailored within a week before they left home. They also had ties and dress shirts but a terrible selection of ties. It was difficult finding a solid thin tie. I thought the service was okay. Not as bad as the other yelper on here had mentioned. I sat and watched and the sales associate gave my cousins good recommendations and pointers. We were in and out in no time. The suits aren't saks fifth ones but good for the price. read more

I took my three grandson's shopping for suits last minute due to their extremely busy schedule for school and sports which is their number one priority and I completely understand and I'm thankful for that they are so involved in school. so this evening I took them first to the horrible place called Hollywood suits in Westminster no one assisted us not one person we were there quite a while trying our hardest to find the three of them nice suits as they all three have different taste their ages are 17, 16 and 15 they have homecoming and it's a very exciting event for them clearly they want to look as sharp as possible we left Hollywood suits so disappointing in the horrible way and manner that they were treated it was disgusting. we went MP import suits as they were about to close and they still assisted us they immediately helped out the three boys they pulled out measuring tapes .chalk did everything possible to make sure their suits were tailored to fit them perfectly we walked out of there completely ready for homecoming. I am 100% satisfied with the manner and courtesy they took with the three boys and making sure that they were happily suited for homecoming evening. One of the boys suit needs to be tailored and they will have it ready tomorrow by 5pm. I'm so impressed I highly recommend MP imports suits they are professional and courteous and never once did they treat us bad and gave each of the boys their Undivided attention and I'm very thankful that. The boys ended up completely ready and happy which is the most important thing for me "grandma". Although I went in there with the thought of "no matter what it cost I will pay it". However, Vince was sick and we started working with his mom and things became incredibly unorganized and they kept trying to charge us for every single thing. Everyone that works here has the worst customer service ever! From the owner man, to his daughter and the lady that works here! How do they even stay open?? We had to come back 5 times to get a suit that didn't even fit perfectly which I had to get re-tailored! Every single time we came back NOTHING was fixed!! I do like the wide variety of suits, ties, and vests here. I've gone here for every formal/special occassion I've had to go, like dance, recitals, weddings. Their prices are extremely affordable and high quality. I love their dress shirts. Only $15! Their ties are plentiful, and I've gotten a lot of compliments when wearing my their bowties. ;D I would agree that they're limited on options for people who are wider. I also don't recommend their belts, as you could get a better quality one at costco for around the same price. I can see how their customer service would strike people the wrong way--it's not up to the standardized american customer service style. It's more casual and vietnamese lol. Be warned: these people are super shady. They will do whatever it takes to get your money upfront then they don't deliver on their promises. We wasted so much time here, I regret coming here and would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't know where they learned to tailor but we had to come back so many times and the suits didn't fit the way they were supposed to. On top of that they tried to get more money out of us when we already paid for the alterations. And they were rude! This was my worst experience at any business. If you come here know that you are getting cheap quality suits for a cheap price. They claim the suits are made in Italy but I'm sure they're probably made in Vietnam or China with a fake tag. I don't even know where to begin. My fiancé & I are so disappointed with this place. Went there on 3/27/16 to order 4 groomsmen suits for our wedding on 9/3/16. Made a deposit of $100. Had the guys come get fitted couple weeks later with us; only 3 of them were able to come (paid remaining balance that day $380). The other 1 went to get fitted alone couple weeks after the other guys. Maybe 3 months rolled by. We heard nothing from MP Import Suits. Called them and asked if the suits are ready. They told us, "come tomorrow to pick it up." Had my parents go there on a weekday to get it. I get a call from my mom stating they only got 3 suits ready. After work, I went in person to see what happened... why did they only have 3 instead of 4. The lady who was working was not nice at all; she was a bitch. She had the nerve to tell me 1 of the guys never came to get fitted. I told her... that's not true... they ALL did. Here I am thinking, "ok, maybe she lost the guy who came by himself a few weeks after the others. Wrong, they lost one of the 3 guys who originally came from the get go." My mom straight out told her they are so unorganized for losing a suit. That lady in return keeps blaming our friend for never coming in to get fitted. Smh... That lady has such bad customer service. Any who, our friend finally goes in again a week later to get fitted... AGAIN. We stopped by couple weeks later to see if it's ready and they said, "tomorrow." A week rolls by... we went to pick it up and they still haven't gotten it altered. WTF?!?! And our wedding is in 24 days. I don't care how cheap the suits are, I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family members after this horrible incident. Two thumbs down.
