Very friendly and quick service! I called in the morning and asked if they could do a same day turnaround for my husband's dress pants and he said yes. At first I thought it was just 2 pairs of pants but ended up being 8 pairs. We dropped it off around noon on a Sunday and they said it could take one day, which was fine, but we still asked if it could be the same day. In my experiences, Pros, 1. Reasonable price 2. Kind and nice personality Cons, 1. Not excellent skill so don't recommend if you need to alter your valuable clothes. I saw my clothes didn't good alterations. Not even sewing, many wrinkles, not good length. 2. Very slow job. He often didn't meet the schedule . Not mentioned his business busy but He delayed the schedule appointments. 3. If you want to tell your re-alteration, he will try to persuade you about his job was right. That made me unpleasant. I came to this tailoring shop and had a really unpleasant experience right from the start. As I was getting out of the car, the owner suddenly shouted at me, saying I couldn't park there because of a cone. For context, the cone wasn't even centered properly, and the space was clearly open--so naturally, I assumed it was for customers. She began yelling that it was her parking spot and continued ranting in another language. I had my boyfriend move the car to avoid conflict, and as we were doing so (exactly as she asked), she started screaming that we were going to hit her car--which we clearly weren't. At that point, I decided it wasn't worth giving this place my business. If that's how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how the actual service would be. Definitely don't come here ! 0 stars Response : The lady keep yelling "I am the owner I am the owner, that's my parking "it's even more disappointing that you didn't step in to de-escalate the situation. You were actually standing right there and still didn't do anything to calm her down or tell her to stop. Instead, you allowed her to continue yelling and acting aggressively. Probably my go-to tailoring place! My boyfriend and I have been here twice already and Mr. Hung and his workers have been such a great help. Prices are reasonable. Their deadlines depend on how many items you bring in and how many items they have scheduled ahead of yours but I've always gotten mine back at an ideal time. One time I brought pants in and Mr. Hung told me to return in 2 hours! One thing to note is this location is different to Hung's Tailor! Discovered this place on yelp and was in need of a pant alteration for an upcoming wedding. Located in a very busy plaza with tight parking spots on the bottom floor you can find hung tailoring. After speaking with Hung and trying on the pants I needed altered, he suggested what he can do and pinned/measured my pants to give me an idea of the outcome. I had my waist, length, bottom hemmed and pocket adjusted for a total of $40. After saying it would be ready in 5 days, I received a text 2 days after that my pants were ready! Been here twice to tailor my pants + jacket. Left satisfied both times. Hung knows exactly what needs to be tailored and will recommend it once he sees you in the suit. The most rude tailoring man I have ever met, I am not sure about his skills but his attitude toward customers needs much tailoring. Lie, lie lie.... We came in to make adjustment to a simple dress . Of course we have to ask how much does it cost ? He gave us a price and also suggested we take the dress back to where we bought it for a "free" adjustment to save money. He also said " don't worry , come back any time when you decided to have it done here " .. we left the store for 10 mins but decided to let him do the work since taking the dress back to the store is not an option. I called back and asked how long does it take to finish the job ? He replied in a very rude tone of voice " take it somewhere else , we are very busy here ". What an attitude !! It was a bit more expensive than other places I've been to for tailoring my bridesmaid dress shorter, one layer. And it felt like I was being rushed. I wasn't really given much time to think about what I wanted. I asked for it to sweep the floor still and it's actually higher by half an inch, without the shoes I had worn. So I'll need to buy flats now. I've been here before to have my husbands suits tailored and he did a good job but made it a bit too slim at the bottom, however, my husband didn't mind at the time. I love this place!! I feel really bad for the yelper below who had that experience with the lady, she's been nice and sweet to me every time. I can usually get same day turnaround if I come in the morning as well! -$4 for simple hem - you can try your pants on in there for her or usually i just tell her my inseam - EASY -$8 to keep the original hem $12 - MAGIC... ie when you somehow rip/wear out the inside lining of your pants on your inner thigh on your super expensive jeans yet you don't want to buy a new pair because they are still good? Yeah Ladies -- you know what I'm talking about! yup - she can sort of hobo patch up rips and make sure the world won't know your jeans got hobo patched. It's not good as new, it's good and better than shelling out $140 for a new pair of designer pants. Since you are in the middle of bolsa expect the standard: Ask for a receipt, pay at the time of getting your stuff done, ask for a business card, speak in polite asian and often use your secret vietnamese name because the lady can't pronounce your American Name. read more

My boyfriend was in dire need of a tailor and we were running out of time so we had to resort to Yelp for a quick fix. Thank god for Yelp because Hung is a god-send! We came at 730 PM (I know, I know) and Hung was wick to help us in figuring out what it is that we need to do. Initially came in for a quick taper but after talking to Hung, we decided to hem and taper his dress slacks and shorten the sleeves of his jacket. We had another bad news for Hung.. we need it done within 24 hours. He was surprised and was like what?! BUT HE DID NOT BACK DOWN FROM THE CHALLENGE. He told my boyfriend that he's lucky and will do it for us because my boyfriend reminds him of his son!
