Everyone is consistently professional, kind, and welcoming, and the quality of care is excellent. Over the years, I've completed Invisalign and had my wisdom teeth removed through their office. When Dr. Devani discovered that one of my teeth had a dead nerve, he referred me to an excellent endodontist for a root canal. The procedure and recovery went smoothly, and Dr. Devani continued helping me afterward with the appearance of the tooth. Michelle has often been my dental hygienist, and she is wonderful. She is thorough with my X-rays, cleanings, and checking the health of my teeth and gums. She is also incredibly friendly and sweet, which always makes appointments more comfortable. Dr. Devani is knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I also think it speaks volumes that so many members of his team have remained with the practice throughout the seven years I've been a patient. I even recommended him to my partner, who never enjoyed going to the dentist or felt motivated to attend regular checkups. Premier Smiles completely changed his perspective! In the past few years that my family received care from Dr. Faye, she had earned my trust and respect. After she performed an initial evaluation, she recommended that I see an endodontist as soon as possible. My dental benefit for that year maxed out after seeing the specialist. Basically, she only got paid for preventative dental work during my first year with her. In order to maximize her earning potential, as soon as possible, she could have recommended that I do all the other work under general dentistry first. Besides, as a business owner, one never knows how long a new patient will stay to complete the recommended treatment plan. Because she was capable of correctly diagnosing a chronic tooth infection from my x-ray (which no other dentists in recent years prior to her had caught), she helped me solve and address a medical mystery. Because I experienced no pain from my problematic tooth, which already had a root canal, I did known the source of my infection. Nonetheless, the infection kept showing up in my annual blood & urine labs. Antibiotics did no lasting good. Dr. Faye is the dentist and owner for both Toothworx and iSmile (another highly reviewed dental office at Lakewood). My only complaint is that my dentist is too successful in serving the community and cannot physically be at both practices at the same time.

Oh my god! I've been coming here for all my dental needs for years now but I never thought I'd be able to get my facial and micro needling/radio frequency treatments done at my dental office. Furthermore, I have had recurring discussions with your dental assistants concerning the four lower anterior teeth. It has been repeatedly suggested that these teeth require extraction. It is important to note that these teeth have exhibited signs of deterioration and cavities along the gum line since the commencement of my treatment. My primary concern stems from the proposed fabrication of a denture; I find myself perplexed as to the rationale of proceeding with such a prosthetic appliance if it is intended to incorporate teeth that are already compromised and require future removal. This approach appears counterproductive to achieving a durable and healthy long-term solution. Given these discrepancies and the apparent shift in the treatment plan, I am struggling to maintain confidence in the current trajectory of my dental care. Besides the usual X-rays and small talk with the assistant, it was about an hour and 15 minutes from arriving at my time slot to when the dentist/dental hygienist begin cleaning my teeth. That's a pretty long time considering I had an appointment but it's all good. The issue I had was with the cleaning itself. I'm not even exaggerating when I say the entire teeth cleaning process took roughly around 12 minutes. This includes polishing, the cleaning itself, AND fluoride treatment. The teeth cleaning itself was probably like 7-8 minutes tops. Now I'm not an expert when it comes to cleaning teeth but I can't imagine you'd clean much in that short amount of time. Not sure if flossing is part of standard teeth cleaning procedures but I didn't get that either. Not too happy with this cleaning as it felt rushed after waiting so long so I probably won't be coming back. At least the staff were nice.

Dr William had to give me shots in the back of my mouth. This is hard for me and I could barely stay in the chair while she administered the shot. We made it through that and the tooth was set up for the impression and the crown. I paid in full as I left that day. A short time later, I got the message that the crown was ready. I get the usual message with a disclaimer about charging me if I canceled late or didn't show. I was hesitant to answer. Next day, got the same message. I got a message the next day and responded. Within 30 minutes, I got a call that the crown was not finished and the appointment had to be rescheduled. I had to reschedule my day off but Dr William went on vacation. I got a message to schedule a time. I had to ask about the shots as I was sure Dr William said that I would need some to fit the crown. I got the reply back, "not that we don't trust you but we have to ask the doctor." That was the final straw. I texted them some time later to let them know I would no longer need their services. I never got the crown either. It wasn't worth it to me. Since Lakewood Smiles left Lakewood and changed their name, the office wasn't the same. The front office staff doesn't meet the high standards they had when they were in Lakewood. It was the little things over time that added up to my leaving.

We got there 10 minutes earlier & we wait. Apparently on iPhone maps AND google maps it's closed on the weekends and opens at 9 AM which is SUPER weird. All workers got there at 8 AM, and other clients had gotten there around the same time we had arrived. My mom goes in and already the front desk lady is unprofessional and rude, my mom lets her know the whole situation and she responded rudely saying that no one called my mom to change the time and that she was the one who calls & confirms the appointment and time, and that they open at 8 AM. This was our first time here, our dentist recommended this place and another place in Riverside, so we just went to this one because it was closer and I needed to get my molars extracted. That's another thing, the appointment was for molar extraction and they didn't even let my mom know if this visit was for a consult or the extraction. Honestly extremely unprofessional, rude, would not recommend this place. Will be going to the orthodontist in Riverside. To the workers, change your hours to ACCURATE working times you have instead of putting the wrong hours and days. Do a better job of being professional.
