I was looking for an office in Cypress to get professional teeth whitening. I've tried all kinds of teeth whitening that is sold online and in local markets: none of them work and only caused sensitivity. I came across this office online and the pictures definitely looked modern. I called the office and I believe I spoke with Mike, the manager, and he ensured that I was not going to have a negative whitening experience because of my past experiences doing it myself. I walked in and was greeted by Mike. I can tell he is a transparent person and a cool guy. I checked in using my phone instead of those old school paper work and it was a breeze. This office is definitely up to date on technology and they have state-of-the-art equipment. Their dental chair was very comfortable and even had a TV from the top. I also saw a cool machine which Mike told me makes permanent crowns, in an hour. Most dental offices make temporary crowns and patients have to come back after 2 weeks to get their real crown. Sometimes, the temporary crown can fall out from pervious experience.. For that reason, I'm going to get a crown done here in the future. I believe Erica was the person that did my Zoom teeth whitening and the process went smoothly. I went on YouTube and watched boxing while getting my Zoom treatment. She checked up on me to see how I was doing. Dr. Faye also came by to introduce herself and she was really nice. Customer service is a plus here that's for sure. I didn't feel too much sensitivity during the treatment but after I started feeling it after. I looked at my teeth and it got 3 shades whiter -- all my stains were gone. I was given Advil because of these zingers and I have no regrets. No pain, no gain. I appreciate Dr. Faye, Mike, and Erica for my first in-office pro teeth whitening experience great. I am never going to buy those strips online or in the market anymore because I wasted a lot of money and caused more damage to my teeth. I will definitely be back for my cleaning in the near future or for a crown. I highly recommend this office. This is not your typical old fashion dental office.

Updating my review for full transparency…read more I still stand by my original comments about Dr. Mary. She was incredibly friendly, kind, patient, and wonderful with our son during his first dental visit. She made the experience as comfortable as possible, and she's the main reason this review remains at 4 stars. The front office staff was also kind, although the office itself felt a bit chaotic. It seemed unusually busy for a Friday morning, the waiting area was fairly small, the second-floor location wasn't the most convenient, and the office felt a little stuffy, as it didn't seem like the A/C was running very well. One thing that also stood out was the pricing. When I called to schedule the appointment, we were quoted $50 for the consultation. However, upon arrival, we were charged $59 instead. The payment was collected immediately without any mention of the difference from the original quote. We were also informed there would be a 3% fee for paying by credit card, although there was no additional fee for using a debit card. While the price difference wasn't significant, I would have appreciated being notified ahead of time if the consultation fee had changed. I also wanted to provide some context regarding my original review. At the time, there was a sign offering a free goody bag in exchange for leaving a 5-star Yelp review. Looking back, I don't feel that this encouraged completely unbiased reviews, and it's something I think potential patients should be aware of. Like many parents, I was motivated by the opportunity to receive something special for my son. After I submitted my review, the front desk staff seemed unsure what the prize was supposed to be. They eventually put together a small bag with toiletries and candy and mentioned they were "out of plushies," which sounded like the item they typically gave away. Once we were taken to the treatment area, I noticed there was a row of chairs with multiple children receiving treatment at the same time. Since this was our first experience at a pediatric dental office, I don't know whether that's standard practice, but it felt a little overwhelming at first. The office also had a large number of staff members, which definitely caught our attention. One observation my husband made was that many of the clinical staff appeared very young. We weren't always sure who was the dentist versus another member of the dental team. The only dentist we personally met was Dr. Mary, whose name was displayed in our treatment room. Overall, we're still deciding whether we'll return. We plan to visit another pediatric dental office for a second opinion and to compare the overall experience before making a long-term decision. That said, Dr. Mary truly deserves recognition. She was gentle, compassionate, and exceptional with our son. She made his first dental visit a positive experience, and we're genuinely grateful for the care she provided.

For kids, they have televisions on the ceiling. Come on! Where was this when I was a kid?!? My children are always asking when we are installing ceiling TVs at home. Sorry, not happening. The first time when we came here, my daughter was scared and brought her stuffed animal for comfort. The dentist gave the stuffy an "exam" too, just to make her feel more comfortable. Remembering that kindness still hits me in the feels. These professionals clearly work with kids because they enjoy it. My children actually look forward to going to their appointments, and ask when they're scheduled to go back. The dentists have always done great work, and I have no complaints about the quality of the dental treatment itself. My issue is with the billing and front office. In the early months of 2026, I went in for our routine cleaning. I've been bringing my family to this office since 2023, and during that visit I was suddenly told I owed $85 for services dating back to 2023, 2024, and 2025. My question is: why am I just now hearing about this years later? Every time we visit, the front office makes sure payment is collected before we leave. You don't walk out without settling your balance. They told me this balance was discovered during an audit, but that explanation doesn't make much sense when these charges supposedly go back several years. To make matters worse, I now receive frequent calls from their collection company, and the amount isn't even consistent. Sometimes they say I owe $85, and other times it's $87.75. Which amount is actually correct? I typically pay with cash, so it's frustrating to suddenly be told I owe money years after the fact. I don't know whether there was a bookkeeping error or something else happened, but the billing process has been handled very poorly. Being contacted by collections over a balance that was never brought to my attention at the time of service is both frustrating and unprofessional. The dental care deserves praise, but the billing practices have left me questioning whether I can continue bringing my family here. I hope the office improves its accounting and communication so other patients don't experience the same.
