After I had my services rendered - I read my explication of benefits & they billed a service they did not provide. I called them to ask why & the girl couldn't give me an answer. Had to wait until the following week for a manager to call me.... It was not a straight answer. Ok. Whatever. I then requested for my X-rays to be transferred over from their office & they never responded. The doctor did the cleaning as well... and I'm used to a hygienist doing it and taking their time. Very compassionate and educating dentist. Dr. Kang explains what is going on and takes a more careful, preventative approach. I had a lot of issues from my childhood dentist who did not do a good job. Lot of fillings came loose, root canals not cleaned properly and ended up getting infected, you get the idea. Dr. Kang would give his advice and check if I want to do all these things at once, if I have pain and lots of checking in. He cares. If you are looking for a new dentist, give him a try. The reviews don't lie! My experience at this clinic was phenomenal. I'm relatively young so I didn't have a fancy dental insurance that covers the more intensive types of procedures. I tried to look into other options for cashpay, and came to Dr. Kang's clinic at the recommendation of a family friend. The cost of my extraction + bone graft + implant was $1K less than what I had been quoted at my regular dentist (which was quoted with my current insurance applied). Not only was the care affordable, the clinic was incredibly accommodating. I needed quick emergency extraction, and the office manager Lydia was kind to walk me through the expenses and book me an appointment only 2 days later. The entire process of getting checked in, taking xrays, and consulting with the doctor instilled a lot of confidence in the quality of care I was going to receive even though it was my first time there. The staff is very courteous, and Dr. Kang really takes time with his patients to answer any questions. I think the clinic accepts most PPOs, but if you're in a situation without dental insurance, definitely call and ask for a quote and consultation. They really took great care of me! The entire staff on site is helpful and services with smizes as they are wearing masks. I appreciate the abundance of caution as they are seeing a number of patients and preventative. I was able to schedule the service online and reschedule once. The forms were filled out online as well. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and 10 minutes later, I was in the exam chair. Dr. Kang explained the x-rays and the procedures in detail. During the procedure he was very considerate of any discomfort and sensitivity. I could write a book about the extraordinary care offered by Dr. Kang and the whole office. This is about my grandpa's treatment. My grandma has been taking my grandpa for his broken tooth, old cavities, and partial dentures,, My grandmother never told me or my parents that they have been going to this office. They didn't want to burden my parents with his dental bill, they never told us. My grandpa got Covid in January, so he missed the appointments. My grandma did not reply with appointment reminder texts or calls, so they got worried for them and contacted my parent as emergency contact. I can tell you that Dr Kang is the most patience and exceptional dentist since my grandpa could be very difficult and unreasonable. He is in early 90s who is a veteran with very strong opinions. He hasn't gone to dental cleaning for years. Something about Dr Kang, he was able to work with my grandpa's teeth!!! That is just amazing!!!!! My grandpa's denture looks so natural, and he doesn't complain anything about this office which is so rare!! After we found out that my grandpa is going to Trudental, all of us are going to Trudental. Office manager will go over treatment plan prior to any procedure. The cost is not the cheapest, but they are giving extra attention and time for each treatment. The quality of treatment is superb. Waiting time is so short and get seen by Dr Kang immediately on every appointment. The office send 1 week and 2 day reminder texts. They respond to texts for schedule change. The office is spotlessly clean and very modern. The office is very comfortable and beautiful. I never heard of a general practitioner having a CT Cone Beam!!! I never for a second felt rushed... A little over a week ago, I visited Dr. Kang to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Kang worked quickly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout what is on paper a very uncomfortable procedure. He is very flexible with my rather chaotic schedule. I was able to quickly recover thanks to his detailed advising and didn't need any extreme medication (with the exception of ibuprofen) to help manage my recovery. Dr. Kang also treats each patient with a personal touch beyond a piece of paper. In addition to the standard procedure of taking X-Rays, Dr. Kang takes photos and provides detailed visual explanations to help me better understand the state of my dental health. I have never had cavities in my life so having Dr. Kang explain what they looked like beyond the X-Rays definitely helped me understand what to look for and what it takes to prevent them from happening. With personal touch and extra-mile care, know that you are in good hands with Dr. Kang compared to standard dental groups where you are merely a piece of paper. Been to a lot of dental offices before, Dr. Kang is absolutely the best- he is professional, honest, kind, and also very gentle. I've done several cleaning, wisdom tooth removal, and a few cavity treatment and never felt pain in any of these procedures. Dr. Kang also spent a lot of time looking for a right oral surgeon for me, contacting and writing referrals to multiple doctors, which I really appreciate. Upon my first visit, I was very anxious/worried because I haven't been to dentist for 2 years. However, he made it very comfortable and carefully explained each steps that I had to take. He professionally answered all my questions and communicated with me a lot to find the best solution for my somewhat messed up teeth condition lol They are also very responsive, which I really like. Just make sure to call/text them for appointment at least 2 weeks ahead. Although they are open on Saturdays, it is really hard to book an appointment on Saturdays- so you might have to call them month or two earlier if you want a Saturday appointment.
