Dr Tran is detailed in her work and in her explanations. She is not pushy at all, she will tell you her suggestions and plans without rush or arrogance. She explained exactly what I will get and the process. Including custom shading to ensure the veneers matches the rest of my teeth. She gave me time to decide and answered my many many questions. The way she approached my consultation with patience was what made me decide to get them done with her. There were moments in our consultation where she just sat and stared at me as she can tell that Im trying to think and formulate my thoughts into questions. If she takes that much time just to talk to me and ensure that Im happy with an explanation, I knew my teeth were going to get even more care and attention. She did porcelain veneers for me on only two teeth and everyone says they cant tell even which is which. They blend really well with the rest of my teeth. I should have provided follow up comments about how things are "biting" (working :) ) from the detailed procedure I had at the time...A complete rebuild/replace of a \ upper front bridge which was decades old. It was a lot of work, per my earlier review. My own personal fear came at no cost! That increased over the years. Yet, to reiterate, and now 4 years later, it's been great! No problems! All compliments and smiles. A blessing indeed. So, once again, after prescibed cleanings and guidance from the Tran Dental team, I stand by the highest recommendation and regard for amazing dental work and comfort. Thank you! I delay always, whether it's a cleaning, or a checkup. Yet, when there's a problem, I have no choice but go in. To use the old cliche, even the thought of going in is "as bad as a root canal" (unless of course, Dr. Tran and team perform the procedure - she's done two of them for me, without pain). On my first visit with Dr Julie, I was very pleased and happy. I came in because one of my back molers became infected, and it was painful. Dr Julie took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, and never once had she made me feel embarrassed or gave me a huge lecture on what I did wrong about my teeth. I've been to a fair share of dentists in my life, and I would always dread going. The first reason was because I would always get scolded on how bad my teeth were and what I did wrong, etc, leaving me so ashamed and embarrassed. Second, it can be expensive when you don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I have asked a few friends and family for their opinion on why they avoid going to the dentist, and they say that because of those reasons, they avoid it all cost. Anyways, I appreciate that, Dr. Julie really numbs your mouth, so you dont feel any pain before any procedure she does on you. When I went in for a deep cleaning from my past dentist, he would barely use novocaine, so I felt some pain but just withstand it. I just started coming here for my dental work and I'm very happy I did. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and does the work really well. I just had a root canal yesterday which I was feeling anxious about but she assured me it would be relatively painless and she was right, I was in and out and barely felt a thing. They also keep things really simple. They're open on Saturdays!!! This is such a benefit of this office, considering I'm a teacher and cannot take time off during the week! They are very accommodating and quick at what they do.
