I have been through a good amount of dentist in the area and by far this place has been my permanent dentist for the past several years. My sister was coming here and was very satisfied with the care and service she got here by doctor Han and his staff. I went and I have been here ever since. I love how personable Dr Han is and he truly makes you feel comfortable and takes his time explaining things to me. My spouse started going here too and says dr Han is knowledgeable and he felt confident in what he says. It was the first place that a dentist didn't tell me I needed this and that done at my first visit. It was just recently I needed an implant done but that was years after seeing dr Han before I needed something major done. I come here twice a year paying out of pocket for my cleanings since I have no dental insurance but I do believe the prices are very reasonable. The front desk ladies are always so kind and flexible. I absolutely adore all the staff here. I've been very happy about the service I get here from Dr Han and his staff. I finally found an ethical dentist who doesn't charge you arm and a leg or make you feel like you need something new done every visit. Dr Hahn is actually really good. I appreciated everything he did. Very clear and made me feel very comfortable with very little pain through every procedure. The Dental assitant was very kind as well. My problem is with the front desk. Telling someone that they're busy when you're trying to follow up on a preauthorization? That's really rude. Also, why does it take other places 10-14 days to get preauthorization and she tells me it'll take 3-4 weeks. Very unprofessionaly spoken to as if I'm a child. I know I am younger than the lady at the desk but that gives her no right to talk to me as if I am a child. I am 40 years old and have a child of my own. Don't disrespect me that way. I wish i could rate the lady at the desk and the dentist seperate. I feel bad to the dentist that I made this rating but after getting off the phone with her, I felt so disrespected and angry. Very out of character for me to feel those emotions. If you can somehow bypass the lady at the front and just see the dentist, i'd go here again. what a shame. read more

I was utterly surprised by the fact that everything was well-organized, speedy, and professional. I was greeted by two smiling-face staff at the front desk and both of them were sincerely welcoming. Afterwards, the dental nurse - I think her name was Ellen - thoroughly and carefully examined my teeth. Since I have not gotten any dental treatments for almost two years mostly due to the pandemic and my relocation from LA to OC, my teeth had been left in quite a bad condition. So she had to spend a lot of time getting rid of my caffeine stains etc. but she was extremely patient to deal with my teeth and cleaned everything perfectly. And then Dr. Hahn came and reviewed notes from the nurse (Ellen?) plus then did his own exam, and then explained the details to me. First of all, thank you Dr. Hahn for the honest and caring treatments! Doctor Hahn's priority is always patient focused. Unfortunately, many dentist these days are not honest and try to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. But Doctor Hahn is different. My boyfriend needed several treatments including two wisdom teeth extraction, cleaning, and cavity treatments. He got all of his treatments almost half the price from what we have received for the quotes we got from other dentist! Another extremely wonderful tip is that his anesthetic shots are so much comfortable and pain-free compare to other dentists!! The staff at this dentist is amazing. They are very polite, friendly and know how to make a patient feel at ease. Staff are focused on making sure you are feeling comfortable and your concerns are addressed. Humor is used very well. Dr. Hahn was very thorough, patient, and provided professional feedbacks regarding his concerns, what he will/plan to do, why he is doing it versus another and provides a thorough explanation of what to expect post procedure and what types of complications will require immediate re-examination. He has a great sense of humor that made what could have been a painful/ uncomfortable procedure painless and tolerable. He also followed up with me to make sure there are no acute complications post procedure. I could tell they are patient focused here. By far the best dentist and staff I have encountered. Ok..so let me first start off by saying that i don't have a fear of dentists but I am EXTREMELY picky about dentists, hygienists, and assistants who work on my teeth. I've been seen/treated by several dentists throughout my lifetime and I find that there are the non-conservative over-treating dentists on one end, and conservative dentists who really do care about their patients. I'm not a dentist but I have worked in the field for a while so I know what it's like to be treated right when you're in the chair as a patient. Dr. Joseph Hahn is a graduate of UCLA Dental School and has a speciality in prosthodontics so it only made sense to go to Dr. Hahn for my dad's dentures. I'm a USC Trojan and I was a bit uncomfortable about being treated by a Bruin but at the end of the day, I knew my dad was in good hands. Not only did he present a variety of options that made sense, but also made sure there were no hidden details. Dr. Hahn was very honest about telling us that the process would be very long, but rewarding because my dad's dentures would finally fit right and work right (my dad's previous dentist made horrible dentures that were aesthetically displeasing and poorly fitting). Even my dad, a man of few words, mentioned that he felt different sitting in Dr. Hahn's chair. read more

I only know one person who actually likes going to the dentist. Like many of you, I (used to) hate going to the dentist and I haven't gone for years. And of course, one day, I get this really really bad toothache and I couldn't delay any longer. After asking people around for referrals, I first visited one that was close to where I live. After getting a check up, I almost cried at the dentistry. I had several cavities and root canals... The estimate came out to thousands. I wanted to get second opinion so I asked my dentist friend and he referred me to Dr. Han. I was little hesitant at first because it was kinda far from where I live (Pomona - La Palma) but decided to give it try. When I first visited for exam, Dr. Han and all the staff were super nice and friendly. I knew I'd be spending a lot of money and have a lot of dental works to get done which will probably take a few months. So I knew I wanted to find a dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with. And that's how I felt at WPD during my first visit. However, I decided to check out one more dentist near my work because of the distance. After visiting the 3rd dentist, I was sure I wanted to go back to WPD despite the distance. After checking out 3 different dentists, I felt most comfortable at WPD and Dr. Han did an excellent job explaining the procedures that I'd need to get done. It's been almost 2 months now with WPD, and I'm SO glad that decided to go with WPD. Dr. Han and the staff are superb at their job, always explaining before what he does, making sure I'm ok and comfortable. They are so friendly and nice and I am not scared nor hate going to the dentist anymore. Reasonable price, outstanding service, staff you can trust, there is a reason why I would go that far when there are many other dentists nearby. I've been going here since middle school and the staff have always been really kind to me and my parents. I recently got my wisdom teeth extracted here (all four at once!) and the procedure was quick and as painless as possible. Dr. Hahn is very skilled and friendly; he gave me his personal phone number so I could text any questions or concerns to him during my 2-week recovery process and always replied within the hour I contacted him. My recovery was fast, and I had almost no swelling after the first day! There was only one time when I was particularly concerned, and Dr. Hahn had me come in to the office in the same day for a quick checkup. Everyone here is very good at what they do, super friendly, and the prices have always been really reasonable. The facilities are also always sparkling clean. On a Friday night, I had a dental emergency and called his private home number. Instead of being irritated, Dr. Han expressed concern and immediately scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Needless to say, I was very touched by his exceptionally kind gesture. I am thoroughly convinced that Dr. Han goes above and beyond for his patients. The clinic is spotlessly clean and well organized. All the staff members are professional are skilled in their craft. The dental team meticulously ensures that there is no pain in any procedure and communicates with patients often to relieve anxiety. In addition, I find the whole staff very humorous and down to earth. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and relaxed. I recommend Dr. Han and his staff to the utmost degree. This office and Dr. Hahn are AMAZING! If I could rate them 1 of 10 (10 being Phenomenal) They would get an 11. They are so caring and professional. I admit I was very nervous going in to start my implant process and get them done in time for my wedding. Dr. Hahn explained the process every step of the way, made me feel comfortable from start to finish, took his time to make sure the implants looked aesthetically correct, never settling for anything than perfect for me. My husband found Dr. Hahn on Yelp so it's fitting that I write a review here. We decided to find a new dentist when our previous dentist's rates started climbing and he hired an assistant dentist to do the "small" jobs like scaling. My husband switched over first because he had to get new procedures done on his teeth. After each of his visits, Dr. Hahn would text him to check on his condition which I thought was very thoughtful! So I went in to get a routine scaling done, and I just fell in love with this place! It was the most favorable experience at a dental office. Dr. Hahn has such a bright personality, and you can tell that his positive energy rubs off on his staff as well. Everyone seems to be enjoying what they're doing in this office. I found Dr.Hahn by complete accident and I'm so glad I did... I was wearing a temporary bridge and it fell down the sink drain. I completely panicked and had no dentist for a replacement. I called every dentist within 20 miles and explained my situation. The only dentist who agreed to help because of my desperation was Dr. Hahn group. His entire staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Their prices are fair and affordable. I've continued receiving my dental needs from WPD Dental and have recommended Dr.Hahn and his staff to friends, family, and co-workers. Dr.Hahn and his staff always ask about my children by their names (which isn't an easy task because their names are very unique) and how they are doing. Everyone at WPD Dental communicates concise instructions of what to expect so there's built trust and confidence in their ability to take care of your dentist needs. My wife hasn't gone to the dentist in 20 years! So you could only imagine how nervous and scared she must've been to go back. Dr. Hahn is very friendly and makes his patients feel very comfortable. He made both my wife and I feel relaxed and assured us he'd take care of us both. My wife had to take out all her wisdom teeth and also had a couple cavities to remove. Apparently Removing wisdom teeth past a certain age can be risky and painful, but Dr. Hahn did such a fantastic job that my wife left without any complications.
